Tissue factor (TF), a transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular mass of 47000, plays an important role of coagulation within vessel wall. Recently, people also present that TF have identifying and regulating function in cells signaling. And it contributes in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, angiogenesis and restenosis. This review presents the development of TF in above mentioned .

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of pediatric tuina plus Chinese medicine for exogenous fever in children. Methods: A total of 150 children withexogenous fever were randomly divided based on the random digital table into a control group (75 cases) and a treatment group (75 cases). The control group was treated with oral Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Keli (<1 year old, 0.5 bag/time; 1-3 years old, 1 bag/time; 4-6 years old, 1.5 bags/time), 4 times/day. The treatment group was treated with pediatric tuina plus the intervention of the control group. The amount and usage of Chinese medicine were the same as those of the control group; tuina was conducted 1 time/day. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed after 3 d of treatment in both groups. The recurrence was observed within 7 d after the end of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92.0％ in the treatment group and 81.3％ in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment. The recurrence rate was 1.5％ in the treatment group and 13.1％ in the control group. The difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pediatric tuina plus Chinese medicine is effective in treating children with exogenous fever.

Exosomes was separated by ultracentrifuge at 200000 g in normal persons and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients′ urine. For proteomic analysis of urinary exosome, 1D sodium dodecylsulfonate-polyacrylate gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) was carries out and cut the gel 31 kDa-20 kDa bands in normal group and disease group′s. These gel blocks were subjected to in-gel trypsinization, and the extracted peptides were analyzed HPLC-CHIP-MS/MS. Approximately 24 unique proteins were identified in the UniProtKB/SWISS-PORT. The difference expression proteins were found in urinary exosome from NSCLC patients, including three fragment of the immunoglobulin kappa, two kinds of Ras related proteins, glutathione S-transferase A2, serum amyloid P-component precursor and phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1.

Objective · To determine the expression of miRNA-7 in TWEAK-stimulated macrophages and their secreted exosomes;to investigate the role of exosomal miRNA-7 from TWEAK-stimulated macrophages in modulating the metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) cells.Methods · Real-time PCR analysis was used to determine the miRNA-7 expression in TWEAK-stimulated macrophages,their exosomes and recipient HO8910-PM cells.The activity of EGFR signaling pathway in HO8910-PM cells was detected by Western blotting analysis.AntagomiR-7 was used to downregulate the miRNA-7expressions in macrophage exosomes and then their effect on metastasis of HO8910-PM cells was examined by transwell assay.Results ·TWEAK increased the levels of miRNA-7 in macrophages and their secreted exosomes and also resulted in an elevated level of miRNA-7 in recipient HO8910-PM cells,which eventually reduced the activity of EGFR/AKT/ERK1/2 pathway.Pre-transfection of antagomiR-7 remarkably decreased the levels of miRNA-7 in macrophages,their secreted exosomes and the recipient EOC cells,with the enhancement of HO8910-PM metastasis.Conclusion · Exosomal miRNA-7 from TWEAK-stimulated macrophages plays a critical role in suppressing the metastasis of EOC cells by attenuation of EGFR signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate whether fluoxetine has therapeutic effect of clinical score and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression in serum of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE)model. Methods Rats were randomly divided into solvent control group (n=6) ,model control group ( n= 10)and fluoxetine group ( n= 10). The EAE model was prepared by injecting guinea pig spinal cord homogenate subcutaneously. The clinical score was daily measured according to the sign and symptoms of rats in the behavior examination. The serum BDNF level was measured by EL1SA. Results 1. Except for the solvent control group,the first sign of EAE(Piloerection) was detected on 4th day after immunization of rats from both model control group and fluoxetine group,then EAE rats had distal tail weakness on 8th day, and gradually developed into completely tail paralysis and limb paralysis. EAE rats' clinical score reached the peak on 16th day after immunization. 2. The clinical score of fluoxetine group became scientifically lower than model group since 18th day after immunization ( Fluoxetine group :3.27 ± 0. 33; Model control group :4.66 ± 0. 55, P ＜ 0. 05 ). 3. Compared with the model control group,fluoxetine did not significantly increase the expression of serum BDNF in EAE model ( Fluoxetine group:62.27 ± 0.43; Model control group :61.67 ± 0.85, P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion Fluoxetine reduced the clinical score of EAE since 18th day after immunization,which indicates fluoxetine could promote the recovery of neurological function in EAE rats. BDNF may not contribute to protective effect of fluoxetine in EAE animal.

Objective To study the clinical nursing significance of ECG monitor in primary PCI for AMI patients and the relation of changes in ECG and the reperfusion of infarction related artery.Methods Regressional analysis was made in ECG changes including different types of arrthymia,degree of ST segment regression,and their relation between the reperfusion of infarction related artery before and after interventional therapy in AMI patients.Results In 468 AMI patients,142 patients had ventricular arrhythmia before therapy.After interrentional therapy,285 patients were co-morbid with accelerated ventricular tachycardia,203 patients with transient ventricular tachycardia or R-on-T phenomenon,62 patients with ventricular fibrillation and received asynchronous electriacal cardioversion.Twenty four patients had new onsent of Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree atrio-ventricular block and 45 patients had bradycardia or sinus arrest.The atrio-ventricular blook in 10 patients before PCI disappeared after the operation.There are 301 patients with apparent ST segment regression(ST segment regressed ≥50%,57 patients with partial ST segment regression,and 29 patients without ST segment changes.Conclusion Arrhythmias always accompanied with IRA reperfusion.Careful monitoring of ECG is essential for patients' safety after AMI.Obvious ST segment is observed in sufficient IRA reperfusion.However,poor regression of ST segment as well as haemodynamics disorder and cardiogenic shock is observed in patients with poor reperfusion or subacute occlusion of IRA.

Objectives To analyze SLC37A4 gene mutations in glycogen storage disease type Ⅰb patients and to investigate the correlation between genotype and phenotype. Methods The clinical data and SLC37A4 gene detection results of 3 cases of glycogen storage disease type Ⅰb were analyzed retrospectively. Results Two males and one female aged 6 years, 9 years, and 16 years respectively were presented with hepatomegaly, fasting hypoglycemia, slactic academia, hyperlipidemia, and granulocytopenia. The analysis of 6 alleles in SLC37A4 gene by direct sequencing of peripheral blood DNA found 4 mutations, including 2 missense mutation (p. Leu23Arg and p.Pro191Leu), one shear mutation (c.870+5G>A), and one deletion mutation (c.1042_1043 del CT). The genotypes of these 3 cases were p.Pro191Leu, p.Pro191Leu;p. Leu23Arg, c.870+5G>A;p.Pro191Leu, p.Leu347ValfsX53 respectively. Conclusions There were 4 mutations detected among these 3 cases of glycogen storage disease type Ⅰb. All of those were known mutations. The most common mutation was p.Pro191Leu. It can not be excluded that P.Gly149Glu homozygous mutation is associated with repeated infections.
