Objective To observe the latency and amplitude characteristics of event-related potential P300 under different target stimu-lus. Methods During January to December, 2014, 35 patients with memory impairment received P300 test under the percentage of target stimuli of 0.10 and 0.25. The latency, amplitude and area under amplitude were compared. Results There was no significant difference in la-tency (t<0.256, P>0.800), but the amplitude and area under amplitude increased under 0.10 compared with those under 0.25 (t>4.259, P<0.05). Conclusion Less target stimulation may improve the patients' attention and increase amplitude of P300, but no more interference in la-tency, suggesting latency of P300 is more stable for assessment of cognitive function.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the attachment type,the level of alexitymia and the defense style of depression patients and their relativity.Methods 32 depression patients were assessed with the adult attachment scale (AAS-1996 Revised Edition),toronto alexithymia scale (TAS) and defense style questionnaire( DSQ),and 80 healthy people were involved as controls.Results The depression patients showed significantly different attachment type from the control group( x2 =47.6,P ＜ 0.01 ).Compare with the control group,the depression patients showed higher scores in immature defense style( (5.47 ± 1.13 ) vs (3.79 ± 1.09 ) ) and neurotic defense style( (4.93 ±0.56) vs (4.20 ± 1.00),(P＜0.01) ).Compared with controls,the depression patients showed higher scores in TAS total score( (76.88 ± 8.94) vs (65.70 ± 7.98 ) ) factor Ⅰ ( ( 3.34 ± 0.77 ) vs ( 2.41 ±0.78)) and factor Ⅱ ((3.64 ±0.51) vs (2.65 ±0.55),P＜0.01),and lower scores in factor Ⅲ((2.51 ±0.78) vs (3.14 ± 1.03 ),P ＜ 0.01 ).The depression patients' adult attachment was significantly correlative with their scores of alexithymia.The depression patients' adult attachment was also significantly correlative with their scores of defense style.ConclusionThe attachment of depression patients may lead to depression via their defense style.Depression leads to alexitymia.Depression patients with different features of attachment show different level of alexitymia.

Objective To evaluate the effect of various sampling errors on ELISA test results. Methods Standard sample volume,standard sample volume reducing 1,2,3,4 μL or adding 1, 2,3 μL were respectively pipetted into the wells of a microplate,follwed by routine operation of ELISA test. Then the influence of various sampling errors was analyzed on ELISA test results of HBsAg, HCV and TP. Results S/CO value was increased with the increase of sample volume. The statistical difference of mean S/CO value of HBsAg and TP was only found between sample volume adding 3 μL group and control group(P<0.05). For HCV result, there were significant differences between standard sample volume adding 2,3μL or reducing 3,4μL groups and control group(P<0.05), while no obvious differences were found in the other groups(P>0.05). The difference of mean positive rate between ex-perimental groups and control group showed an increasing tendency with the reduction of sample vol-ume,and significant differences in HBsAg, HCV and TP results were also found between sample vol-ume increase groups and reduction groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Various sampling errors influence ELISA test results to different degrees,and the extent increases with the reduction of standard sample volume.

miRNAs are endogenous short RNA molecules widely distributed in eukaryotic organisms.They are closely related to tumor development. One good example is miR-21. It is overexpressed in a variety of tumor tissues, suggesting that miR-21 may have significant carcinogenic activities and act as a oncogene.Many studies confirm that overexpression of miR-21 has great indication in the development, diagnosis, biological treatment and prognosis of gastrointestinal cancer.

[Objective] To expound the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure by tranditional Chinese and western medicine, to make the syndrome differentiation and treatment more accurate and the efficacy better. [Method] The progression of chronic heart failure can be divided into four stages, to combine the tranditional Chinese and western medicine to use the traditional Chinese theory to treat the four stages. [Result] Pre-heart failure and pre-clinical heart failure most belong to Qi deficiency of heart and lung syndrome, deficiencies of Qi and Yin syndrome; Clinical heart failure belongs to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, turbid-phlegm and water-rheum collecting internally syndrome; refractory end-stage heart failure belongs to heart-kidney Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome, spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and endogenous turbid-phlegm syndrome, even depletion of Yin and Yang syndrome.[Conclusion] The pattern of diagnosis and treatment of combind tranditional Chinese and western medicine is the result of the development of modern medicine which contributes to the diagnosis of tradition Chinese medicine. This paper expounds the syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the western medical staging to make the syndrome differentiation and treatment accuracy and the curative effect better.

Objective To explore the problems which have occurred in the basal living nursing for severe in-bed patients, and then map out the countermeasures. Methods Using retrospective study analyzed the condition of basal living nursing for severe in-bed patients from 2003 to 2004, and then summarized the existed problems, mapped out the countermeasures and using them in the course of future nursing. [Objective]To conclude the result of comminnted fractures of humeral intercondyle treated by operation with variable approaches and variable fixations.[Method]Six-three cases with comminuted fractures of humeral intercondyle treated by operation with variable approaches and variable fixations were followed by averaged 44.0 months(14～84 months),functional result were evaluated with three rating systems.[Result]The function resume after trans-olecranon approach and AO plate fixation technique were satisfactiary with broad indications.[Conclusion]Trans-olecranon approach with AO plate fixation is recommended to be the best choice to treat comminuted fractures of humeral intercondyle.The severity of the initial trauma,operative scheme,postoperative functional training and patients' cooperation are the most important elements for postoperative functional recover.
