1.Application of sympathetic skin response detection in evaluate the autonomic nervous damage in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the value of sympathetic skin response (SSR) detection for evaluating the autonomic nervous damage in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 56 cases with cerebral infarction within 2 weeks and 50 cases of healthy controls were detected SSR by EMG,and the results were compared.Results 18 patients with cerebral infarction did not elicit SSR and 18 patients were abnormal with the latency and amplitude of SSR,and the abnormality rate of SSR was accounting for 64.29%,which was significantly different compared with control group( t =10.66,3.83,all P <0.01 ).Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction had severe autonomic dysfunction and SSR,and SSR detection was a simple,safe and noninvasive method,and could quantitatively evaluate the svmpathetic function in patients with cerebral infarction.

5.Distribution and characters of peptide YY receptor in rat jejunum epithelial cell

Objective To detect normal rat jejunum epithelial cells to learn about the distribution of peptide YY(PYY)receptor and measured two important parameters of PYY receptor so as to explore the target that PYY binds to and display its physiological function.Methods Receptor radioligand assay was conducted by using 125I-PYY to detect normal rat jejunum epithelial cells.We also measured receptor dissociation constant(Kd),the affinity or the ability that the receptor could bind ligand;maximum binding capacity(Bmax),the concentration of binding site;and Hill coefficient.Results There were PYY receptors in normal rat jejunum epithelial cells.Dissociation constant(Kd)of PYY receptor was(386.69?129.95)pmol/L.Maximum binding capacity(Bmax)was(303.21?116.85)fmol/mg protein.Hill coefficient was 1.PYY receptor had high affinity.Conclusion There are distributions of PYY receptors in normal rat jejunum epithelial cells.Kd means that PYY receptor has high affinity.Bmax means that the number of receptors is limited and decides the characters of saturability.We think that PYY directly inhibits secretion by binding to PYY receptor in jejunum epithelial cells when PYY inhibiting jejunum secretion.
6.Study on the possibility of differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal cells into endithelial cells in vitro

[Objective]To study the possibility of differentiation of rabbit marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)into endothelial cells in vitro.[Method]BMSCs of rabbits were obtained by using gradient centrifuge method.The adhesive cells were preserved to passage culture to get pure MSCs.MSCs in the second generation were used.After induction with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),microscopic exarm,cytoimmunofluorescent staining confirmd the trial group cells becomes to endothelial cells.W-P corpuscles which was the symbol of endothelial cells were observed by transmission electron microscope.[Result]The differentiated cells demonstrated the characters of endothelial cells under phase contrast microscopy.The cytoimmunofluore-scent staining showed that the trial group cells were induced to endothelial cells.W-P corpuscles could be seen under transmission electron microscope.[Conclusion]The adult rabbit BMSCs can present features of endothelial cells in certain induction medium,they are ideal donor cells of tissue engineering vascularization.
7.Discussion on Clinical Experiences of Professor Zhang Yonghong in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

Professor Zhang Yonghong thinks that the deficiency of lung qi always exists in advanced lung cancer cases. Pathogen infection, phlegm and blood stasis are key factors to the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Clinical treatment in advanced lung cancer should emphasize on the benefiting of qi and supplementing the lung as well as reducing phlegm, removing blood stasis and disintoxication. Attention should be paid to both syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation with the combination of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil factors according to different stages of lung cancer.
8.Early treatment of central herniation observation and prognosis of dual frontal concurrent severe cerebral contusion

Objective To investigate the bilateral frontal cerebral contusion complicated by severe central herniation early treatment .Methods 54 cases of severe bilateral frontal cerebral contusion complicated by central herniation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group using number table .The obser-vation group were taken the early surgical treatment and the control group were not underwent surgery .The clinical symptoms and prognosis of treatment were compared .Results After treatment ,the GCS score of the observation group was (12.98 ±3.85),which was higher than (11.35 ±4.12) of the control group(t=2.354,P<0.05),and the total time of the observation group ICU hospitalization time was significantly lower than the control group (t=10.007,P<0.01;t=19.278,P<0.01);The good recovery rate of the observation group (40.74%) was higher than the control group(14.81%)(χ2 =4.523,P<0.05),the residual rate of the observation group ,severe disability rate,plant sur-vival and mortality (33.33%,14.81%,7.41%,3.70%) were lower than that of the control group (44.44%, 22.22%,11.11%,7.41%),but the difference was not significant between the two groups (χ2 =2.587,2.135, 2.268,2.189,all P>0.05).Conclusion Dual frontal severe brain injury complicated by central herniation patients with early diagnosis and surgical treatment method using craniotomy decompression can significantly improve the cure rate and effectively improve the prognosis of patients with treatment .

Bone Morphogenetic Proteins(BMPs)belong to the Transforming Growth Factor beta(TGF-?)family and play pivotal roles in osteogenesis,induction,maintenance and repair of bone.Differentiation of osteoprogenitor mesenchymal cells and up-regulation of osteoblastic features depend on the expressing level of BMPs.Because of their osteogenic potential,BMPs have tremendous potentia l as therapeutic agents in healing fractures of bone,preventing osteoporosis,healing of spinal fusion,treating periodontal defects and enhancing bone formation around alloplastic materials implanted in bone.Some mature products have been invented and available in market.This article reviews available therapeutic preparations of BMPs,involving carriers implanted for slow release,closed local injection and gene therapy,and suggests future applications likely to develop from current investigations.
10.Fouling mechanism during refined process of Qingluo Tongbi Decoction by inorganic ceramic membrane

Objective To study the fouling mechanism during the filtration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction by inorganic ceramic membrane so as to make a valuable exploration both on membrane fouling prevention and the industrialization of membrane separation technology in the field of Chinese materia medica. Methods Micro-filtrating Qingluo Tongbi Decoction using alumina ceramic membrane, researching the applicability of the membrane with different pore sizes, observing the fouling on membrane surface by scanning electron microscopy, studying the resistance distribution of membrane in filtration process, analyzing the fouling existence shape, position, and forming rule. Results In this system, alumina membrane with the pore size of 0.2 ?m was most suitable, which had the biggest permeating flux and reservation rate of effective component with less fouling. Among the alumina membranes with three different pore sizes, auto resistance and pore block resistance made up inferior percentage in total resistance, fouling resistance distribution mainly consisted of the reversible resistance, such as concentration polarization and gel layer resistance. Conclusion Optimizing parameters of the techniques in membrane process, using suitable pretreatment method and cleaning method can reduce membrance fouling and make the memberane property recover.
