Objective To investigate the use situation of sunscreen agent in the sunblock cosmetics.Methods Statistic analysis was performed in the kinds,frequencies,dosages of sunsereen agents and the mark dosage coincidence in 414 cosmetics from Sep.2004 to Aug.2007.Results Fourteen kinds of sunscreen agents including phenylbenzimidazole sulphonic acid and its potassium,sodium and triethanolamine salts,benzophenone-4,benzophenone-5,benzophenone-3,isopentyl p-methoxycirmamate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor,ethylhexyl dimethyl PABA,butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane,octocrylene,ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate,ethylhexyl salicylate,ethylhexyl triazone,methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol,bis- ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine were detected in 414 cosmetics.The use frequency of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate was above 90%,butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane was 30%,benzophenone-3 and ethylhexyl salicylate were 15% and 11% respectively,and others were less than 10%.The rate of exceed standard limit of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate,octocrylene, ethylhexyl salicylate,4-methylbenzylidene camphor ethylhexyl dimethyl PABA were 0.24%,0.97%,1.21%,0.48% and 0.24% respectively.The mark dosage coincidence rate of 14 kinds of sunscreen agents were from 42.9% to 89.5%.Conclusion The many kinds of sunscreen agents were used in the sunblock cosmetics,so the special attention should be paid to the cosmetics safety.

Objective To analyzes the CT manifestations of pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis (PLCH). Methods CT features of 11 patients with PLCH proved pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Results The main findings in 11 PLCHs were cysts and nodules. Two cases only had cysts,and 1 only had nodules, which most had cavitations. The other 8 cases showed cysts and nodules with 4 cases mainly manifested with cysts and nine mainly manifested with nodules. Two cases had pulmonary interstitial changes. One case only had cysts in the left upper lung field and 10 cases had lesions not only in the upper and middle but in the lower lung field, which 2 cases had more lesions in the lower and costophrenic angle field and 8 cases had less lesions in the costo-phrenic angle field. Three of these 8 cases had more lesions in the superior lobe and apical segment of lower lobe. Conclusion CT manifestations of PLCH are helpful for the early diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognostic factors of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE),and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT).Methods Sixtythree cases of HCC with PVTT were retrospectively analyzed.All of them received 1-3 time(s) of TACE therapy followed by RFA.IMRT was finally performed to PVTT.Both the therapeutic effects of HCC and PVTT were observed in 6 to 8 weeks after IMRT therapy.The long-run efficacy was observed by analyzing the 1-3 year(s) survival rate,and the hazards to prognosis were analyzed.Results The CR,PR,SD,PD numbers and rates in PVTT were 9 cases (15.0％),36 cases (60.0％),10 cases (16.6％),and 5 cases (8.3％).The effective rate in PVTT was 75.0％.Meanwhile the CR,PR,SD,PD numbers and rates in HCC were 19 cases (31.6％),30 cases (50.0％),6 cases (10.0％),and 5 cases (8.3％).The effective rate in HCC was 81.6％.The 1,2 and 3 year survival rates were 73.3％,45.0％ and 27.0％,respectively.ECOG score (x2 =53.046,P =0.000),history of hepatitis (x2 =6.472,P =0.030),tumor size (x2 =7.293,P =0.026),the number of tumor(x2 =24.382,P =0.000),the types of tumor thrombus (x2 =28.085,P =0.000) and Child-Pugh class (x2 =6.184,P =0.040) were independent hazardous factors for survivals.Conclusion TACE combined with RFA is effective treatment for HCC with PVTT patients with low frequency of severe complications and high rate of tumor response.ECOG score,history of hepatitis,the size and number of tumor,the types of tumor thrombus,Child-Pugh class are the factors that influence the long curative effect.

Objective:To produce the mAb which specifically reacting with colorectal cancer confirmed by the tissue microarray technology.Methods:The mice were immunize with LOVO, and the mAb were screened by indirect cell ELISA and immunohistochemistry.Results:A McAb was obtained which can react to the colon cancer, but very little or not to normal tissue and other caner tissues.Conclusion:A McAb which can react to the colon cancer have been obtained,and the McAb can be useful on clinic for diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.

Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of diagnostic ultrasound associated with microbubbles to open the blood brain barrier(BBB).Methods Microbubbles were injected through caudal vein,the rat head was radiated by GE Vivid 7 diagnostic ultrasound immediately.The radiated depth was located in the basal ganglia assisted by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning.The degree of BBB opening was evaluated by enhanced MRI and Evans blue dyeing.The safety was inspected by observation of cell morphology under hematoxylin eosin(HE)staining.Results After the rat head radiated by diagnostic ultrasound with microbubbles,signal enhancement of the radiated area was observed on post contrast T1-weighted images.Red fluorescence of Evans blue was detected by fluorescence microscope in the same area.Normal cellular morphology and structural integrity were showed by HE staining.Conclusions The BBB of rat could be opened targetedly and noninvasively by diagnostic ultrasound associated with microbubbles.This may provide a new strategy for the drugs and stem cells treatment in the central nervous system diseases.

BACKGROUND:With the increasing incidence of distal tibial fractures, locking plate fixation has become the preferred internal fixation method. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the biomechanical performance of distal tibial fractures, and to study the difference between medial and lateral locking plate methods for internal fixation of distal tibial fractures. METHODS:Articles concerning the biomechanics of the internal fixation of distal tibial fractures were col ected by literature search. The articles that met the criteria were analyzed in depth. In this paper, a biomechanical comparison between locking plate fixation and intramedul ary nail fixation was done as wel as the stress distribution and mechanism of the ankle joint. Meanwhile, 60 patients with distal tibial fractures who had received medial or lateral locking plate fixation at the Department of Orthopedics, Chongming Branch, Xin Hua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, China from January 2009 to January 2012 were enrol ed for efficiency comparison. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: For patients with distal tibial fractures, it is easy to cause posterior mal eolus fractures, Y-shaped fractures and anterior tibial compression, respectively, in the plantar flexion position, neutral position, and dorsiflexion position. Locking plate is better than the intramedul ary nail in the torsional force, and the intact fibula contributes to the improvement of fixed effects of these two internal fixation methods. When the fibula cannot be effectively fixed, the locking plate fixation has a better stability than the intramedul ary nail. Moreover, there is no difference in the fracture healing after fixation with medial and lateral locking plates. However, a lower incidence of complications and better function recovery of the ankle joint can be realized after lateral locking plate fixation.

Objective To investigate expression of 4-1BB and lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of children with acute infectious lymphocytosis. Methods Flow cytometry (FCM) was applied to detect the expression of 4-1BB and lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 15 cases of acute infectious lymphocytosis and 20 cases of acute upper respiratory infection, and 20 healthy children. Results The expression of 4-1BB and CD3+, CD4+and CD8+lymphocytes were higher in acute infectious lymphocytosis group than those in acute upper respiratory infection group and healthy control group (P<0.05). There was no sig-niifcant difference of CD19+CD23+lymphocytes among three groups (P>0.05). A positive correlation was found between 4-1BB expression and CD3+ lymphocytes expression in acute infectious lymphocytosis group (r=0.73, P<0.05). Conclusions The abnormal expression of 4-1BB may play a pathological role in the development of acute infectious lymphocytosis. T cells in chil-dren with acute infectious lymphocytosis may not function to activate B cells.

objective To investigate the method of securing donors and recipients during the initial procedure of adult-to-aduh living donor liver transplantation(ALDLT).Methods The clinical data,preoperative assessment,surgical strategies and complications of 71 adult donors and recipients who underwent ALDLT from April 2007 to November 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Sixty-three right lobes without middle hepatic vein(MHV),1 extended right lobe,4 right lobes with MHV and 3 left lobes with MHV were obtained.Two donors suffered from postoperative complications including 1 with bile leakage and 1 with abdominal bleeding.No donor mortality occurred.Eighteen recipients had postoperative complications including 12 with biliary complications,3 with vascular complications and 3 with small-for-size syndrome.The perioperative mortality rate of recipients was 10%(7/71).Conclusions Strict donor and recipient assessment,optimal surgical strategy and postoperative care are extremely helpful to secure donors and recipients during the initial procedure of ALDLT.
