In this paper, intelligent control of ultrasonic power during the process of thrombus ablation is realized through the combination of BP Neural Network and the expert system of ultrasonic thrombus ablation. One proper real-time power can be output correspondingly to different treatment circumstance according to expert ruler during the process of treatment.

Objective:To explore the effects of cysteine-rich 6 1 (Cyr6 1 )on biological behavior of human adenoid cystic carcinoma ACC-LM and ACC2 cells.Methods:The chemically synthesized Cyr6 1-siRNA was transfected into ACC-LM and ACC2 cells.Cell proliferation was measured by the MTT method,the invasive ability was evaluated by Transwell chamber assay,and cell apoptosis was analyzed using flow cytometry by double staining with Annexin V and propidium iodide.Results:Cyr61-siRNA significantly down-regu-lated Cyr61 protein expression in ACC-LMand ACC2 cells.Cyr61-siRNA markedly inhibited the proliferation and invasion of the cells, however,there was no significant difference in cell apoptosis between Cyr6 1-siRNA and control groups.Conclusion:Cyr6 1 promote the proliferation and invasion of adenoid cystic cancer cells.

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Modified xiaohuang paste in the treatment of paralytic ileus after thoraeolumbar fractures.METHODS:One hundred and thirty-eight patients with paralytic ileus after thoracolumbar fractures were divided into control group (group A,43 cases),Xiaohuang paste group (group B,47 cases) and Modified xiaohuang paste group (group C,48 cases).Group A was given routine treatment as fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,fluid replacement,nutritional support;group B was additionally given Xiaohuang paste on the basis of group A;group C was additionally given Modified xiaohuang paste on the basis of group A.Group B and C were given relevant paste every 12 h until intestinal peristalsis was recovered and gas exhausted from anus,at the most for 5 days.The improvement time of clinical symptom improvement,VAS score and CRP level were compared among 3 groups as well as the occurrence of ADR.RESULTS:After treatment,the time of gastrointestinal decompression,bowel sound recovery and passage of gas by anus in group B and C were significantly shorter than group A,and group C was significantly shorter than group B,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in VAS score and CRP level among 3 groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,VAS score of abdominal pain and distension,CRP level of 3 groups were decreased significantly compared to before treatment;those of group C were significantly lower than group A and B,and CRP level of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in VAS score between group A and B (P＞0.05).No significant ADR was found in 3 groups.CONCLUSIONS:For paralytic ileus after thoracolumbar fracture,Modified xiaohuang paste can significantly shorten treatment duration,relieve abdominal distension and pain,inflammation with good safety.

Objective To observe the interventional effect of Qingqihuatan Decoction on airway inflammation and inflammatory reaction of lung tissue in asthmatic mouse.Methods Forty-five BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the normal control group(CON),asthmatic model group(MOD),dexamethasone group(TRE),Qingqihuatan Decoction group(X1) and Qingqihuatan Decoction combined dexamethasone group(X2).The asthmatic mouse model was established by the sensitization and inhalation of OVA and aluminium hydroxide gel.The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was performed the cell counts and eosinophil counts,and the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed.Results Compared with CON group,BALF cell count and eosinophil count in the model group were increased obviously,which in the treatment group were significantly decreased.The effect of the X1 group and X2 group had statistical difference between on 5 d and 15 d.(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01);the treatment groups could reduce the pathogenical infiltration,lung bullae production and airway epithelial thickening of mouse lung tissue,especially the inflammation damage in X2 group was mild.Conclusion Qingqihuatan Decoction can relieve the airway inflammation and improves the lung tissue inflammatory response in model mouse.
