By analyzing the assessment of the recruit military doctors graduating from civil medical schools for their training pattern,some advantages and disadvantages about the current training pattern are discussed.According to the result,some suggestions were given to the training content,curriculum setting,curriculum duration and so on.

Objective To design a good scoring function for predicting the tertiary structures of proteins. Methods A scoring function,which was composed of simple sum of pairwise distance-dependent potentials of C?-C?,N-N,C′-C′ and backbone dihedral angle-dependent potentials,was proposed in this paper. Results The performance of the scoring function was verified with experiment to be improved. Conclusion The proposed scoring function is effective and valid in predicting the tertiary structures of proteins.

Objeclive To investigate the relationship between carotid atheroselemtic(CAS)plaque and homocysteine(HCY),C-reactive protein(CRP)and ischemie eerebrovasclar desease(ICVD).Methods 468 patients with ICVD and 456 patients without eerebrovaseular disease(control group)were detected by carotid color duplex in IMI,number,size and character of carotid atherosclerosis(CAS) plaque and thelevels of HCY and CRP were evaluated,and compared with normal control group.Results(1)Compare with control group,the IMT,prevalence of CAS plaque,the rates of soft plaque in ICVD group were significantly higher(all P＜0.05).(2)The levels of HCY and CRP in ICVD were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05),and in ICVD with plaque subgroup were significantly higher than those in ICVD without plaque subgroup(P＜0.05).(3)The prevalence of CAS plaque and IMT were positively correlated with the levels of HCY and CRP(r=0.32,0.30 repectively,P＜0.05).Condusion ICVD patients show increased IMT and hJish prevalence of CAS plaque.CAS plaque and hyperhomocystoinemia is an independent risk factor for ICVD.The level of CRP is an important biological marker to evaluate the severity and prognosis of ICVD.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy in aromatase inhibitors and tamoxifen on Luminal postmenopausal breast neoplasms.Methods PubMED,Science Direct,EBSCO Host,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,CECDB and CQVIP were retrieved,the evaluation methodology included.The quality of the included studies and extracted data should be researched rigorously.Review Manager 5.0 software was used to evaluate the quality standards of randomized clinical trial (RCT).Results Twelve RCT were selected,included 2634 patients,1354 cases of treatment group (use aromatase inhibitors),1280cases of control group (use tamoxifen).The results of the evaluation of the system:compared to control group,treatment group significantly improved disease-free survival in 1 year (RR =1.10,95％ CI 1.01-1.19),disease-free survival in 3 years (RR =1.09,95％ CI 1.05-1.13),the overall efficiency in 1 year (RR =1.21,95％ CI 1.12-1.30),furthermore treatment group significantly reduced the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in 3 years (RR =0.47,95％ CI 0.27-0.83),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of bone and joint disease in 3 years between the 2 groups (RR =0.99,95％ CI 0.61-1.61).Conclusion Compared to tamoxifen,the efficacy of aromatase inhibitors is excellent in treatment of Luminal postmenopausal breast neoplasms,it is worth promoting.

Clinical data of 448 patients aged ≥60 years with osteoporotic hip fractures admitted in Shanghai Huashan Hospital between January 2010 and December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Among 448 cases,there were 143 males and 305 females;196 cases aged 80-89 years (43.8％) and 137 cases aged 70-79 years (30.6％);304 cases of femoral neck fracture (67.9％) and 144 cases of intertrochanteric femoral fracture (32.1％);the fractures caused by fall in 328 cases (73.2％) and comorbidity with hypertension and diabetes mellitus in 415 cases (92.6％).Two hundred and sixty eight patients were followed up for 2 years,among whom re-fractures occurred in 17 cases.The study indicates that health education is important for prevention of osteoporotic fractures in elderly people.

The Ad-IL-2 and/or Ad-IL-3 were i. p. injected into experimental leukemic mice after high dose chemotherapy. When Ad - LacZ was i. p. injected into leukemic mice, there were leukemic cells in bone marrow, vessal, liver and spleen. After i. p. injection of Ad-IL-2 and/or Ad-IL-3, the leukemia - bearing mice showed significant inhibition of tumor growth. As i.p. injection of Ad-IL-2, the splenic NK, CTL activity increased; as i. p. injection of Ad - IL - 3, the number and cytotoxicity of peritoneal macrophages were significantly higher than that of the control groups. After i. p. injection of Ad - IL - 2 and Ad - IL - 3 at the same time, the anti - leukemia activity was the best. Though there were less leukemic cells in the bone marrow, there were no leukemic cells in the liver and spleen. Our results suggested that i. p. injection of Ad - IL - 2 and Ad - IL - 3 could significantly enhance the anti - leukemia activity of chemotherapy.

Objective To evaluate the MR manifestation to provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis.Methods The MR images of 43 cases of adenomyosis which were proved by operation and pathology were reviewed.Results Among the 43 cases of adenomyosis,26 cases were of diffuse adenomyosis and 17 of focal adenomyosis.Leiomyoma(21 cases),intra-pelvic cavity chocolate cyst (17 cases)and ovarian cyst(15 cases)were concurrently found in this group of patients.The MRI of diffuse adenomyosis demonstrated an enlarged uterus and widened uterine junction zone with ill-defined margin between junction zone and myometrium.The adenomyosis lesions showed iso-signal intensity on T_1 weighted images and iso-signal or slight low signal intensity on T_2 weighted images with scattered hyper- intense foci.The uterine cavities were irregularly narrowed due to compression of thickening junction zone.The lesions showed mild con- trast enhancement on contrast-enhanced MR images.The MRI of focal adenomyosis displayed localized myometrial masses with ill-defined margin with widening of junction zone.The lesions were round or oval in shape with iso-signal intensity on T_1 weighted images and inho- mogeneous slightly low signal on T_2 weighted images.Multiple scattered hyperintense foci could be found in the mass on the T_2 weighted images.The lesions had mild contrast enhancement on contrast-enhanced MR images.The concurrent leiomyoma,intra-pelvic cavity choc- olate cyst and ovarian cyst were also displayed by MR imaging.Conclusion The widened junction zone is the characteristic change of ade- nomyosis.MRI can demonstrate the types,size and concurrent changes in adenomyosis,and is a useful noninvasive imaging method for the diagnosis of adenomyosis.

ObjectiveTo develop an experimental model of orthostatic hypotension (OH) after spinal cord injury (SCI) in rabbits and investigate the effect of tilting table exercise and Shengmaiyin on it. MethodsRabbit model of OH after SCI were induced by complete transection of spinal cord at the T5 spinal segment and raised to 60° head up tilt (HUT) on a tilting table. Tilting table exercise and Shengmaiyin were applied to different groups for 28 d from 4 days after operation. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and pulse rate (PR) were observed with non-invasive sphygmobolometer of rabbit 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 d after the operation. Liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD) was used to detect the concentrations of plasma norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine(E) with horizontal position and HUT 60° on the 31st day. ResultsSBP with HUT 60° in rabbits of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in rabbits of SCI group on the 24th day after operation,and the drop in SBP from horizontal position to HUT60° was significantly lower than that in rabbits of SCI group. SBP with HUT 60° in rabbits of exercise group and combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in rabbits of SCI group on the 31st day after operation. The drop in SBP from horizontal position to HUT 60° was significantly lower in rabbits of Shengmaiyin group, exercise group and combined treatment group than that in rabbits of SCI group on the 31st day after operation. The concentration of E and NE of SCI group, Shengmaiyin group, exercise group and combined treatment group was lower than that of sham group, but there was no significant difference among these groups. ConclusionThe treatment with tilting table exercise and Shengmaiyin can improve OH after SCI partially in rabbits without involving norepinephrine and epinephrine significantly. The period of treatment can be shorten when both therapies used together.
