Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To establish a method for the determination of phthalates in water by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPE-GC-MS).Methods The water samples were extracted and enriched by solid phasse extraction, using 10%methanol-methyl tert-butyl ether as eluant, dimethylphthalate(DMP),diethylphthalate(DEP),dibutylphthalate (DBP)and diethylhexylphthalate(DEHP)were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring mode(SIM).Results The concentration had a good linear range in the range of 0.00~10.00?g/ml,the correlation coefficient was above 0.998.The detection limit of DMP,DEP,DBP and DEHP were 2.7,2.1,1.6 and 2.5 ng/L respectively, the average recovery rate and the RSD of the method were 78.0%~102.5%and 3.3%~7.8%respectively.Conclusion This method, with small amount of solvent,is simple, fast, accurate and is applicable to the determination of phthalates in water.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(11):-
Aim: To prepare chitosan nanoparticlescarrying gene and study its characteristics in vitro and in vivo.Methods:12-ACSs was dissolved in 0.05mol/L sodium acetate buffer to form a solution of 1mg/ml and a DNA(plasmid-encoding antisense ECE ) solution of 0.1mg/ml was dissolved in 25mmol/L Na2SO4.The charge ratio of components is selected as 2/1 for 12-ACSs /DNA complex. The complex was prepared by mixing 12-ACSs solution with DNA solution prior to observation by using transmission electron microscopy.Using Electrophoretic Retardation of DNA Migration detection,DNA precipitation,Binding Equilibration and DNase Resistivity Assay, the formation of 12-ACSs /DNA complex was determined and its stability was simultaneously evaluated.MTT Cell Proliferation Assays was performed on investigation of the cytotoxicity of 12-ACSs /DNA nanoparticles in bronchial epithelial cells (16HBE).The transfection efficiency of 12-ACSs /DNA nanoparticles in vitro and in vivo was investigated in 16HBE cells and Balb/c mice. Results: 12-ACSs /DNA nanoparticles (100~150nm) were observed by transmission electron microscopy.12-ACSs can protect the plasmid encoding antisence-ECE from degradation by DNase I.12-ACSs can transfer plasmid-encoding antisense ECE into 16HBE cells and into the airway epithelium in mice.As shown by fluorescent microscopy, green fluorescent protein reporter can be observed in the transfected cells as well as in the airway epithelium of the treated mice. And it showed a lower cell cytotocixity in cultured 16HBE cells and in mice treated with12-ACSs /DNA nanoparticles. Conclusion: In summery, the chitosan can be used as an effective protectant for DNA as well as an enhancer for in vitro gene transfection.
4.Integrative pharmacology: new paradigm of modernization of Chinese medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(3):357-362
Chinese medicinal formulae( CMF) were often used in the clinics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) which were critical for modernization of Chinese medicine to shed light on the interaction between CMF and biological organisms. In current studies, correlation between system and part, macroscopic actions and microcosmic mechanism, ADME process and pharmacologic actions were often neglected. Thus, we put forward integrative pharmacology, which could integrate the correlation between CMF and biological organisms from multi-levels and multi-dimensional views. Integrative pharmacology would reveal the molecular mechanism of CMF for ailments treatment and screen out effective material systematically, which would be the new paradigm of TCM research.

5.Effects of lactic acid bacteria on P38 signaling in immune response to dust mite in mite-sensitized mice
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2000;0(09):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of lactic acid bacteria on P38 signaling in immune response to dust time in mite-sensitized mice.Methods:40 C57BL/6 mice in Group M,P and C,except for N(saline control),were sensitized and challenged with mite extract.Mice in C and P were simultaneously fed to Lactococcus lactis and Lactobacillus respectively.Total cell count and classification in BALF were done and IL-4 level detected by ELISA.Western blot were performed for detection of P38 signaling from mice's spleen cells stimulated with mite extract.Results:IL-4 level, total cell count and the percentage of eosinophils in BALF were significantly lower in Group C(P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(1):10-13
Hypoxia-induced factors(HIFs)are the main regula-tors for the response of hypoxic environment. They are involved in hypoxia-related lung tissue cell damage and abnormal cell pro-liferation,among which,HIF-1αand HIF-2αplay the most im-prominant roles. This paper reviews the current researches of HIF-1αand HIF-2α,focusing on their structural and functional similarities and diversities,as well as their roles in the patho-genesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(9):831-832
Objective To study the incidence, risk factors and prognosis of stroke-associated infection(SAI) in acute stroke patients. Methods 382 serial acute cerebral stroke patients were retrospectively surveyed. Results The incidence of SAI was 29.3% in all cases, mainly involved lower respiratory tract(63.0%) and urinary tract(28.4%).Escherichia coli,Coagulase negative staph and Streptococcus viridans were the main pathogenic organisms.Developments of SAI were closely related with aging, diabetes mellitus, the application of antimicrobial agents and invasive procedure. The mortality was 10.7%(12/112) in the cases with SAI,but 1.9%(5/270) in the cases without SAI.Conclusion SAI is caused by various factors in acute stroke patients.Controlling SAI can help to succeed in treating stroke.

Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2009;29(2):224-228
Objective To investigate the influence rule of the atmospheric Rainfall to the γ radiation Kerma rate in surface air in order to revise the resuh of its measurement during rainfall. Methods The influence factors of rainfall to the measurement of the γ radiation Kerma rate in air were analyzed and then the differential equation of the correlation factors was established theoretically, and by resolving the equation, the mathematical model Was obtained. The model was discussed through several practical examples. Results The mathematical model was coincided with the tendency of curve about the measured data on the influence rule of rainfall to the γ radiation Kerma rate in surface air. Conclusion By using the theoretical formula in this article which is established to explain the relationship between the rainfall and the γ radiation Kerma rate in surface air,the influence of rainfall to the γ radiation Kerma rate in surface air could be correctly revised.

Nursing experiences on 4 children with organic acidemia were summarized. The nursing care focused on correct collection of samples for early diagnosis, prompt opening of an effective intravenous route to manage water,electrolyte,acid-base and metabolic imbalances, special medication nursing, strict diet control to prevent relapse, health education to keep normal growth and development. Three children were followed up for 1 month,7 months and 1 year respectively with disease controlled and a child was withdrawn treatment from.
