Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2015;(8):766-768
[Summary] From November 2013 to March 2014, 3D laparoscopic operations were carried out in 14 cases in the department of urology of our hospital .The operation went smoothly , without conversions to laparotomy .The operation time was 54-466 min, with an average of 180 min.The intraoperative blood loss was 5 -400 ml, with an average of 70 ml.No pressure sores or operation complications occurred. The medical staff participating in the operation generally felt a good 3D vision, without sense of vertigo. We deem that during urological operations which have different operation postures , it is very important to protect both laparoscopic system and operation area from pollution .Timely and properly wearing 3D glasses, application of one-eye-detection method for lens sharpness , and the switching between 2D and 3D modes can reduce and relieve visual fatigue .

Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(8):510-513
Objective To investigate the effect of M-CSF and GM-CSF on migration and expression of VEGF-A in breast cancer cell line 4T1.Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect VEGF-A mRNA expression in 4T1 cells treated by 5 ng/ml or 10 ng/ml M-CSF or GM-CSF.Ability of migration and metastasis of 4T1 cells were analyzed by scratch and Transwell assays. Results The relative expression of VEGF-A mRNA at 12 h and 24 h in 4T1 cells treated by 5 ng/ml or 10 ng/ml M-CSF were 17.81±2.49 and 17.48± 5.43,5.15±2.59 and 5.45±4.28,respectively,while those treated by GM-CSF were 9.77±2.39 and 7.61±2.80,6.53±2.41 and 6.30±2.89,respectively.M-CSF and GM-CSF can promote the expression of VEGF-A in 4T1 cells (P < 0.05).The relative expression of VEGF-A was higher in 4T1 cells treated for 12 h than that for 24 h (P < 0.01).M-CSF,GM-CSF and VEGF-A can promote metastasis of 4T1 cells (all P < 0.05),whereas no gross migration of 4T1 cells was showed by VEGF-A treatment. Conclusion M-CSF and GM-CSF can promote the migration and expression of VEGF-A in breast cancer cell line 4T1.
3.Progress in the study of triple negative breast cancer
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(01):-
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subgroup of breast cancers defined by a lack of the expressions of estrogen, progesterone and HER2 receptors, with more aggressive biological and clinicopathological characteristics and a close relationship with basal-like and breast cancer susceptibility gene-1 (BRCA1)-related breast cancers.TNBC is insensitive to most available hormonal or standard therapeutic agents, associated with increased risk for distant metastases and with poorer prognosis than other types of breast cancer.A deeper insight into the biology of TNBC may lead to improved therapies and better clinical outcomes of the disease.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(4):11-12
Objective To assess the effect of anti- Helicobacter pylori (Hp) treatment on patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (cITP). Methods Fifty-nine patients with cITP and positive-Hp were divided into two groups by random digits table:Hp eradication group (30 cases, given a standard anti-Hp treatment) and placebo controlled group (29 cases, received a placebo). The platelet response of two groups was compared after three months' follow-up. Result The platelet response in Hp eradication group (63.3%, 19/30) was significantly higher than that in placebo controlled group (27.6%,8/29 )(χ2 = 7.59, P < 0.05 ), and the increasing level of platelet count in Hp eradication group [ (33.5 ± 21.6)× 109/L] was higher than that in placebo controlled group [(12.6 ± 19.5) × 109/L] (t = 5.52,P <0.05).Conclusion Hp eradication treatment can promote the platelet recovery in mild and moderate cITP patients with positive-Hp.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE To survey hepatitis B virus(HBV) contamination on hands of laboratory staffs and to evaluate the protection efficacy against HBV infection by wearing gloves.METHODS Samples from used gloves and gloves-protected hands were carried out according to the methods stipulated in the Technical Guidelines for Disinfection. All samples were divided into 3 groups:gloves worn for 1h,gloves worn for 3h and gloves-protected hands, each group had 202 cases. To detect HBsAg and HBV DNA by microparticle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA) and fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR),respectively.RESULTS HBsAg polluted rates of gloves worn for 1h,gloves worn for 3h and gloves-protected hands were 22.77%,34.65% and 2.48%,respectively;HBV DNA polluted rates of gloves worn for 1h,gloves worn for 3h and gloves-protected hands were 27.72%,41.58% and 2.48%,respectively.The HBsAg and HBV DNA polluted rates of gloves worn for 3h were higher than those of gloves worn for 1h,the difference was significant between them(P

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(12):1215-1219
Objective :
To understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity, and the influencing factors among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province.
Methods :
Stratified random cluster sampling was used to randomly select students aged 7-22 years in 11 prefectures of Zhejiang Province in 2019. Height and weight were measured. The general information, dietary habits and living habits of students were collected using the Student Health Status and Influencing Factors Questionnaire. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obesity.
Results :
A total of 33 800 respondents were included, 7 685 (22.74%) were overweight/obese, 4 729 ( 13.99% ) were overweight, and 2 956 ( 8.75% ) were obese. The multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that boys ( OR=2.059, 95%CI:1.949-2.175), not living on campus( OR=1.306, 95%CI: 1.214-1.405), history of alcohol consumption ( OR=1.158, 95%CI:1.083-1.238 ), average daily consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.214, 95%CI: 1.103-1.336; once and more, OR=1.431, 95%CI: 1.259-1.626 ), average daily consumption of fries in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.171, 95%CI: 1.065-1.288; once and more, OR=1.266, 95%CI: 1.102-1.454 ), and average daily consumption of sweets in the past week (less than once, OR=0.727, 95%CI: 0.658-0.802; once and more, OR=0.504, 95%CI: 0.444-0.572) were associated with overweight and obesity in students.
Conclusion
The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province are 13.99% and 8.75%, respectively, which are associated with boys, not living on campus, and consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages, fries, sweets and alcohol.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;12(2):191-193
Objective To explore the protective mechanisms of Buyanghuanwu decoction (BHD) on heart function by observing its effect on MIRI rabbits. Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, including sham group, model group, and BHD group. After pretreatment for one week, the model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was established by ligating the branch of left coronary arter-y. The changes of electrocardiography were observed, and the values of LVSP, + dp/dtmax, - dp/dtmax were recorded and compared. Results Compared with the model group, the values of LVSP, + dp/dtmax, - dp/dtmax in BHD group were significantly increased (P<0.01 ). Conclusion BHD can improve heart function of MIRI rabbits.
