2.Reflections on the Types of Legal Relationship Between Doctors and Patients
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
In view of the origin of doctor-patient relations, the rights and obligations of the parties, and their corresponding legal responsibilities,doctor-patient relations may be divided into three categories, namely, medical contract relationship, undefined medical management relationship, and forced medical relationship.Of these three, the first two are civil relationships while the last an administrative one. This paper deals in depth with the legal nature and character of three types of doctor-patient relations, based on principles of civil and administrative laws.
3.Role of platelet activating-factor (PAF) ,tumor necrosis factor(TNF), interleuking8(IL-8)on septic rats
Chongqing Medicine 2001;(3):205-207
Objective To investigate the role of PAF, TNF, IL-8 on septic rats. Methods Made use of the model of cecum ligated and perforated, observed the mortality rate of septic rats and examined their level of blood PAF, serum TNF,IL-8 at several plastic points, analysizd the relationship between level of blood PAF and serum TNF, IL-8. Results (1)The level of blood PAF, and serum TNF,IL-8 elevated significantly. The blood PAF was positively related with serum TNF, IL-8. (2)Treated with PAF antagonist WEB2170 could reduced the level of blood PAF, serum TNF, IL-8. (3)The mortality rate of the severe infectious rats could be reduced by WEB2170. Conclusion The PAF antagonist can block the network relationship between PAF and TNF,IL-8 and has an important role on preventing MOF.
4.The effect of TiN coating on retention of conus telescopic crowns after repeated insertion/separation tests
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(4):479-481
Objective:To evaluate the effect of TiN coating on retentive force of conus telescopic crowns after repeated insertion/separation tests. Methods: Fourteen pairs of standard metal specimens fabricated by precision Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Lathe were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, seven pairs in each group. The external surfaces of inner crowns and internal surfaces of outer crowns of experimental group were coated with a 2.0 μm titanium nitride (TiN) by multi-arc ion plating method. The group without titanium nitride coating was served as control. The retentive forces of two group telescopic crowns was investigated by repeated insertion/separation tests. Statistical analysis of group t-test was performed by SPSS 13.0 software package. Results: The results demonstrated that the initial retentive force of titanium nitride group in our study were lower than that of uncoated titanium nitride group. The retentive forces of two groups gradually decreased depending on the number of insertion/separation cycles and the rate of retention attenuation was found to be statistically significant. It was also shown that the retentive force of titanium nitride coating group began to decrease after 3 000 cycles and declined slowly not only before 3 000 cycles but also after 7 000 cycles. Conclusion: Titanium nitride coating deposited on external surface of inner crowns and internal surface of outer crowns can significantly decrease retention attenuation rate of conus telescopic crowns and maintain persistent retentive force.
5.Influence of psychological intervention on the mental state of patients before Mammotome minimal-ly invasive biopsy system for excision of benign breast lump
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(21):72-73
ObjectiveTo study the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and de-pression of patients before Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in resection of benign breast lump. Methods120 patients with breast lumps were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The psychological intervention was used in the experimental group be-fore the surgery, including psychological cognition, psychological guidance and support, family support, etc,and the routine nursing care was given to the control group. SDS and SAS were used to evaluate the psy-chological state of the two groups before surgery using χ2 test. ResultsThe anxiety and depression score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. ConclusionsThe psy-chological intervention before Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in resection of benign breast lump can effectively ameliorate the anxiety and depression of patients.
6.Affinity capiIIary monoIith in the study of interaction between bovine serum aI-bumin and nefopam enantiomers
Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2016;(1):66-72
A pepsin modified poly (glycidyl methacrylate-ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate)(poly (GMA-EDMA)) capillary monolith (32 cm ×75 μm,22cm effective lenth)was applied in exploring the interaction between nefo-pam enantiomers and bovine serum albumin (BSA),mode of frontal analysis was selected to measure the binding constant, number of binding sites and the location of binding sites of BSA to both nefopam enantiomers. The opti-mal CEC conditions obtained were a running buffer consisted of 15 mmol /L ammonium acetate at pH 5.5,separa-tion voltage 5.0 kV,detection wavelength 215 nm,injection 10 kV ×6 s,solvent of samples consisted of 50 mmol/L ammonium acetate at pH 7.4.The results indicated that the monolith could provide a satisfactory resolution between the two enantiomers plateaus,BSA in the binding system didn′t disturb the separation or determination of nefopam enantiomers in electrochromatography. The frontal analysis demonstrated that BSA has only one binding site with both enantiomers, the binding constants (K)were 443 L/mol and 527 L/mol,respectively,and the dis-placement experiments indicated that binding site of both isomers to BSA molecule was the Sudlow siteⅡ.
7.Relationship among interpersonal initiative personality, emotional intelligence,self-esteem and social positive adaption in left-behind junior high school students
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(4):295-300
Objective:To explore the multiple meditation effects of emotional intelligence and self-esteem between interpersonal initiative personality and social positive adaption in left-behind junior high school students. Methods:Totally 331 left-behind junior high school students [165 boys,160 girls, average age of (14.5 ± 1.2) years] were selected. They were assessed with the Interpersonal Self-Support Scale for Middle School Students (ISSS-MSS),Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ),Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Social Adjustment Scale (SAS-YB).Results:The scores of social positive adaption were positively correlated with the scores of interpersonal initiative personality,EIQ and RSES (r = 0.47-0.67,Ps < 0.001).Path analysis showed that interpersonal initiative personality had direct effects on social positive adaption (β = 0.47,P <0.001).Mediation modeling showed that interpersonal initiative personality could exert effects on social positive adaption indirectly through the mediating effect of not only emotional intelligence, but also self-esteem (x2/df= 3.03,TLI = 0.87,CFI = 0.89,RMSEA = 0.08).Conclusion:The present study indicates that parallel multiple mediation model of emotional intelligence and self-esteem could explain the mechanism of influence of interpersonal initiative personality on social positive adaption appropriately.
