Objective To research the relationship between binocular acuity and monocular acuity, and their effect on the evaluation of visual impairment and disability. Methods 1006 patients, aged between 18 and 60 years, are measured monocular and binocular acuities after the best lens correction. Results Binocular vision is higher than, equal to and less than monocular vision, three accounted for 27.14%, 70.78% and 70.78% respectively. Interocular difference has certain correlation with binocular interactions (χ2=54.939,P<0.05,r=0.228). Thirty-three patients have same binocular acuity but different monocular acuity. Conclusion Binocular acuity associated with the monocular acuity and the better eye vision plays a special role in visual disability evaluation.

Laser techniques are widely applied in medical research and military affairs. The characters of laser make it the best way to evoke pain.Pain induced by laser stimuli is influenced by laser parameters such as wavelength, pulse duration and stimulus area in addition to the properties of skin such as the distance from the brain, type and color of skin. In this review, both laser evoked pain and factors influencing it are discussed.

To identify the prevalence and the distribution of ticks infected with spotted fever group rickettsiae (SFGR) in Xunke Area of Heilongjiang Province ,China ,partial outer membrane protein A gene (ompA) and citrate synthase gene (gltA) specific fragments were assessed using the PCR method .The positive products were sequenced .Result showed that the pres-ence of SFGR was 14 of 60 in detection Dermacentor silvarum cases ,while the overall positive rate was 23 .33% .Its nucleotide sequence of ompA showed 99 .3% and 99 .18% similarity with nucleotide sequence of Rickettsia sp .JL-02 and Rickettsia rao-ultii respectively .And the evolutionary positions of SFGR species were similar with Rickettsiamontana and Rickettsiamassili-ae .It's concluded that the nature focus of tick-borne spotted fever did exist in the area of Xunke Area of Heilongjiang Province , China .
8.Protective effect of Yindan Pinggan Capsules on liver inflammatory injury and oxidative stress induced by acute alcoholic intake.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2019;44(6):1233-1237
To investigate the protective effect of Yindan Pinggan Capsules(YDPG)on acute alcoholic liver inflammatory injury and oxidative stress, sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups randomly:normal group, model group,YDPG-L group,YD-PG-M group,YDPG-H group and Haiwang Jinzun(HWJZ)group.Except for the normal rats, while the remaining rats were administered orally with alcohol(50%,5 g·kg~(-1)).One hour after drinking, the rats in normal or model group were administered orally with PS,while the remaining rats were separately given YDPG(0.15,0.3,0.6 g·kg~(-1))or HWJZ(0.3 g·kg~(-1))for 10 days. After the last intragastric administration and fasting for 8 h,the HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes. The serum was used to determine the content of ALT,AST,ALP,TB,TP,LDH.The expressions of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-4 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).The content of SOD,MDA,GSH,GSP-Px in liver were determined. The results showed that both YDPGand HWJZ alleviated the liver injury induced by alcohol, decreased the activities of ALT,AST,ALP and LDH,down-regulated the expressions of TNF-αand IL-1β,up-regulated the expressions of IL-4 and IL-10;increased the activities of SOD,GSH,GSH-Px,but decreased the content of MDA.Therefore, the above results indicated that YDPG could protect the liver from alcoholic injury.
