3.Comparison of Multi-sliral CT and X-ray in Breast Cancer image Diagnosis

Objective To discuss the application valueof the multi-slice spiral CT indiagnosing breast cancer. Methods The images of scanning, enhancing and reconstruction were analyzed in 71 cases of breast cancer proved by clinical pathology. Results All the 71cases were the type of mass. The shapes of the tumor in 57 cases were irregular, burrs can be seen in 48 cases , the skin in 8 cases changed, the nipples in 4 cases sunk, the tissue around the tumor was invaded in 12 cases; The CT value of the tumor rised greatly after enhancement, theranges of value was form 18 to 83 HU. Axilla lumph nodes were detected in 32 cases, Wecan find the lumph node in mediastinum and lung metasis; The tumor and tissue around it can be shown well in multi-orientations through images reconstruction. Conclusions The multi-slice spiral CT has the evident application value in pualitative diagnosing breast cancer.
4.Application of DaVinci robot system in thoracic surgery

Da Vinci robotic assisted surgery has brought a completely new solution to the drawbacks of routine thoracoscopic surgery.At present,some large clinical centers have proved that robotic surgery gets more advantages than conventional thoracoscopic surgery in lymph node dissection,chest surgery with high difficulty and high risk,which reduces the difficulty of the operation,while allowing surgeons to feel more comfortable.Da Vinci robot technology used in almost all of the thoracic surgery (except lung transplantation),widely used in the esophageal surgery,lung surgery,mediastinum surgery,but as a new surgical technique,its safety and efficacy remains to be further verified,comparisons of the perioperative outcome and long-term prognosis are the research hotspot.
5.The research, diagnosis, and treatment of thrombotic disease in China

The International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis has proposed to hold World Thrombosis Day on October 13 annually from 2014 to improve awareness and education of thrombosis. Thrombotic diseases are multidisciplinary disorders involving multiple systems.Thus, multidisciplinary team treatment for thrombotic diseases should be developed in China.A comprehensive study of genetic factors for thrombotic diseases is expected to achieve early diagnosis and risk prediction for this type of disease, and thus precision diagnosis and individualized treatment can be achieved.
6.Exploration on the Reform of the Teaching Methods for Pharmacognostic Courses

OBJECTIVE:To explore the teaching methods for pharmacognosy course in order to improve the quality of teach-ing. METHODS:In view of the disadvantages of the traditional teaching method,the teaching methods in pharmacognosy courses were reformed and practiced in many ways. RESULTS:Special seminar was set up,the role of teacher and student exchange was applied,traditional culture and knowledge was penetrated in class teaching,extracurricular activities were carried out and field prac-tice was added. CONCLUSIONS:Through the reform practise of the teaching method in pharmacognostic courses in pharmacy ma-jor in our university,the initiative and enthusiasm of students' learning has been improved,the ability of professional knowledge has been expanded,innovation and practical ability have been actively cultivated and good teaching effected has achieved. The quali-ty of the teaching in pharmacognosy has been greatly improved.
7.Application of DSA Image Mosaic in Arteriography in Lower Extremities

Objective To evaluate the value of DSA image mosaic in arteriography in lower extremities. Methods 22 suspected cases were examined by bolus chase, and then the images were mosaiced to a full picture after processing by Paste to judge the image effects of vessels. Results This method could display the whole image by one injection of contrast media. Vary lesions were found in the 22 cases. Conclusion This method can display the lower extremities lesions directly, which is better than traditional DSA.
8.Contrast Test of Injection Indisposition between Disome and Monomer Diagnostic Opaque in Femoral Arteriogram

Objective To compare the safety and efficiency of non -ionic monomer diagnostic opaque, iodixanol (Visipaque) and that of non -ionic disomer diagnostic opaque, iohexol (Omnipaque). Methods By comparing retrospectively the DSA opacification of 60 patients from 2006 to 2007, patients′ indispositions, adverse reactions and pictorial efficiency were recorded respectively. Results In the control group, iodixanol showed less indisposition caused by injection than iohexol and there′ s no obvious difference of indisposition. Both images met diagnostic requirements. Conclusion Both iodixanol and iohexol are safe, efficient and well -tolerant diagnostic opaque. Iodixanol is better than iohexol in indisposition caused by injection.

10.Study on a Grey Model for Evaluation of Anopheles minimus Density

The An. minimus density evaluation model was derived as follows: y=0^0578 e~0^0780(8X_10′+7X_12′+6X_11′+5X_15′+4X_9′+3X_4′+2X_8′+1X_7′) The correct rate of evaluation by the model was 92^0%. e_0^5=18%, with an average relative error of 21%. Conclusion A quasi-evaluation on the An. minimus density can be made by applying the grey model.
