Journal of Medical Informatics 2015;(6):72-75
〔Abstract〕 The paper introduces the connotation of digital learning environment and digital scientific research environment, analyzes the strategies of constructing digital learning environment and digital scientific research environment in hospitals, including hospital librar-ians taking part in scientific research knowledge service, doctors, teachers and researchers participation, creating personalized scientific research information environment, etc.
4.Adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction:concept and strategy
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
In contrast to the decreasing prevalence of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer, there has been an alarm rise in the incidence and prevalence of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction during recent literatures. Many discrepancies exists in the current literature, however, regarding the etiology, classification and surgical treatment of the tumor. This confusion is due to a lack of clear current UICC recommendation for the classification and staging.Consequently, the selection of the surgical procedure for tumor is controversial.A clear definition and classification is,therefore, the prerequisite for a discussion of the optimal surgical approach. This review give a detailed description of the related concept and recent advances in treatment of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction.
5.APPLICATION OF LINEAR REGRESSION METHOD OF MULTIWAVELENGTH DATA AND ORTHOGONAL FUNCTIONS SPECTROPHOTOMETRY——DETERMINATION OF SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIEMETHOPRIM IN CO-TRIMOXAZOLE TABLETS
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
The linear regression method of multiwavelength data and orthogonal functions spectropho-tomtry have been used for the determination of sulfamethoxazole and triemethoprim in co-trimo-xazole tablets without any preliminary separation. The methods are simple and rapid.Good results have been obtained. The average recovery of sulfamethoxazole was 99.72-100.5%, with coefficient of variation below 0.48%, and the average recovery of triemethoprim was 99.26-99.46%, with coefficient of variation below 0.83%. The accuracy and precision meet the requirements of analysis of the pharmaceutical preparations
7.Risks and benefits: new concepts of treatment of late-onset hypogonadism.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(6):483-489
Late-onset hypogonadism (LOH) is a clinical and bio-chemical syndrome associated with advancing age in males and seriously affects the quality of life of some of the patients. A classical therapeutic option for LOH is testosterone supplementary treatment (TST). Its effectiveness has been verified, whereas its long-term safety remains to be further evaluated. With deeper insights into LOH, many new therapeutic strategies have been proposed, which include the treatments with gonadotropins, testosterone precursors (such as dehydroepiandrosterone [DHEA]), non-aromatizable androgens (such as dihydrotestosterone [DHT]), antiestrogens (such as aromatase inhibitors and estrogen receptor antagonists), and Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, studies on the transplantation of Leydig stem cells, selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs), and selective estrogen receptor beta (ERbeta) agonists have shed new light on the treatment of LOH.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(6):646-648
The binding characteristics of quinolone antibacterial agent, ofloxacin (OFLX) and ciprofloxacin(CPFX) with catalase(CAT) were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy in aqueous solution. It was showed that both OFLX and CPFX had a strong ability to quench the CAT intrinsic fluorescence through a static quenching procedure. The formation constant K and the number of bind ing site n were further calculated according to the fluorescence quenching r esults.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Objective To discuss the characteristics and management of pregnancy on cesarean section scar. Methods Five women with pregnancy on cesarean section scar were reviewed from Apr. 2000 to Mar. 2003. Results All of the five patients had cesarean section before and suffered from painless, irregular vaginal bleeding after 6~8 weeks of amenorrhea. The pregnancy could be misdiagnosed as invasive mole or cervical pregnancy. All had better outcome by uterine suction under ultrasound monitoring without massive bleeding or hysterectomy. Conclusions Women who had cesarean section before are in the risk of pregnancy on the old scar. Clear diagnosis should be made before any treatment. Ultrasound monitoring, local MTX injection and packing can be utilized to prevent perforation during suction. Patients should be monitored continuously after operation with serum hCG level and ultrasound. The principle prevention of pregnancy on cesarean section scar is to reduce the cesarean section rate and effective contraception.
