2.Diagnostic significance of urine microalbumin test for early diabetic retinopathy
International Eye Science 2016;16(8):1480-1482
? Diabetic retinopathy is one of those significant complications of diabetes. With the increasing number of diabetic patients, blind caused by diabetic retinopathy is a serious threat to human health which cannot be neglected, but there is no highly effective treatment for it. Consequently, early detection and preventive treatment for it are important.Currently, studies have found that urine microalbumin had a close relation with diabetic retinopathy and that urine microalbumin might play an important role in early predicting of diabetic retinopathy. The review is about the diagnostic significance of urine microalbumin test for early diabetic retinopathy.
3.Chemopreventive effects of NSAIDs on colorectal cancer

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Many epidemiological data and study of experiment show that adminstration of NSAIDs in long term can prevent the carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer, its mecanism can be associated with the inhibition of PG which is produced by Cox 2 way, in addition, promoting apoptosis and anti oxidation were also one of the mecanisms of NSAIDs, the new selective Cox 2 inhibitor without gastrointestinal side effect would become the chemopreventive drugs of colorectal tumor.
4.Progress in studying of damage of venous valves in deep vein thrombosis
International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(9):625-628
Venous valve plays an important role in regulating the venous flow, especially in preventing the blood backflow. It has heen observed that when deep vein thrombosis and dissolved, the valves in the lesions had been destroied or dysfunction. The mechanism of damage of vein valve has not been fully clarified, but as we know,it's common that the inflammatory reaction, due to many unfavorable factors, can cause thrombosis. On the other hand, deep vein thrombosis could bring out the inflammatory reaction as well.So the author will review the development of researching of the destruction of venous valves in recent years.

The cancer stem cell hypothesis posits that cancer stem cells, which are rare among the tumor cell population and share many common properties with normal stem cells, and have been positively identified and successfully isolated from some cancers, are responsible for tumorigenesis and implicated in multistage cancer progression, particularly with respect to metastasis.A better understanding may provide insights into the development of cancer stem cell-targeting therapeutic strategies. The examines what is known regarding cancer stem cells' concept, comparison with normal stem cell, potential origins, assays for isolation and their roles in metastasis.

Operation is one of the important ways in breast cancer treatment. With the deep basic medical research, new theory, new concept and new technology improve the operation therapy in breast cancer in more scientific and rational way Breast-conserving therapy and sentinel lymph node bipsy (SLNB) are applied, and the neoadjuvant chemotherapy make breast-conserving therapy more feasible. The progress of operation therapy in breast cancer make it critical to emphasize the individualized treatment in breast cancer.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Er,Cr:YSGG laser combined with NaF treatment on the acid resistance of human dental hard tissue. Methods:The enamel or dentin samples were randomly divided into four groups and prepared by different methods as follows: ①without treatment(control group),②laser irradiation(Laser group),③ treated with 20 g/L NaF solution(NaF group),④laser irradiation+ NaF solution treatment(Laser and NaF group). The samples of each group were respectively demineralized in 0.1 mol/L of lactic acid for 24 h and the calcium ion in the demineralization solution in each group was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The fluoride on the surface of the samples was examined by SED-X and the ultrastructure was investigated by SEM.Results:The concentrations of Ca~(2+) dissolved from the enamel or dentin samples in NaF,laser and NaF and laser groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(P(0.05)).Only in the NaF group, the F peak appeared.SEM observation showed the lased surface showed various patterns of microirregulation with a scaly appearance, the openings of dentinal tubules were visible, but no melting or carbonization;there were lot of particles attached to the surface of NaF treated samples;the ultrastructure of the NaF and laser-treated sample surfaces was similar to that of the laser treated. Conclusion:The combined use of laser and NaF dose not have synergetic effects on acid resistance of human dental hard tissue.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objective To morphologically observe the changes of cornea tissue a long period after myopic LASIK with confocal microscopy. Methods 34 patients (68 eyes) from April 1999 to July 2004, who had undertook LASIK in our Hospital, were involved in present study. The confocal microscopy was employed to examine the changes of cornea tissue. The average spherical equivalence was -6.81?2.88D (ranged from -3.0 to -16D). The average age of the patients was 24.17?5.93 (ranged from 18 to 42). The average follow-up time was 39?3 months (ranged from 6 to 73 months). Results The Micro-folds at the Bowman's layer were found in 68 eyes (100%), as well as variously reflectivity particles located at the interface in all eyes examined after operation. The density of high reflective particles did not decrease significantly with time. In the middle stroma, the mean depth of acellular area was 44.01?10.67?m in all 68 eyes (100%). The appearance of morphology of subbasel corneal nerve fiber bundles after operation recovered. Conclusions Morphologic changes were found in central cornea. Acellular area, micro-folds as well as variously reflectivity particles located at the interface in all eyes existed in the central cornea for long time.
