1.Grasping relationship between teachers and students in hospital personnel training from the perspective of philosophy
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(11):1170-1172
The thesis put forward a feasible method for the communication between teachers and students in the process of hospital personnel training based on comprehension. This approach named‘dialogue’,can adjust the conflict between teachers and students including‘the conflicts between teaching and studying’,‘distraction of teachers’and‘halfhearted students’,etc.Applying‘dialogue’method to resolve conflicts provided a new angle for better understanding of relationship between teachers and students.

Formation of coronary atherosclerotic plaques brings severe damage to human health.Macrophages play an important role during formation and development of plaques, which becomes an important marker for judging whether atherosclerotic plaques are stable or not. Therefore, recognition and quantification of macrophages become hotspot in current study. The present article made an overview on cunent frequently-used imaging techniques for de-tecting coronary plaques and macrophages inside them for now.

Objective:To study influence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) on coronary artery lesion and plaque sta‐bility using optical coherence tomography (OCT) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) manifesting unsta‐ble angina pectoris (UAP) . Methods :A total of 200 patients diagnosed as CAD manifesting UAP were selected.According to complicated with diabetes mellitus or not ,they were divided into normal blood glucose group (n=98) and complicated T2DM group (T2DM group ,n=102). Coronary angiography (CAG) and OCT were used to eval‐uate coronary artery lesion ,assess plaque nature and measure the thickness of plaque fibrous cap in order to confirm plaque stability . Results:Compared with normal blood glucose group ,there were significant rise in percentages of multi-vessel coronary disease (48.98% vs. 78.43% ) ,severe artery stenosis (20.57% vs. 40.21% ) ,lipid plaques (25.00% vs. 39.84% ) and plaques with fibrous cap thickness <65μm (25.93% vs. 45.24% ) in T2DM group , P<0.05 or < 0.01 .Conclusion :Patients with coronary artery disease have more severe coronary artery lesion and high ‐ er incidence rate of multi‐vessel coronary disease and unstable plaque when complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus .

Objective To assess the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in indicating the recurrence and prognosis of liver cancer. Methods Two hundred and eighty-seven patients with primary liver cancer were enrolled,thirty-seven cases received operations ( 12.9% ).The size, profile, margin, echogen, blood supply of the tumors were observed preoperatively by CDFI. Twenty-eight patients were followed for 0.5 to 5 years. Results Recurrent nodules were seen in 24 cases (85.7%) during five years.Lesions larger than 5 cm recurred much earlier than those less than 5 cm in the diameter of the patients( P

Serum levels of testosterone (T), free testosterone (T_f), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, estradiol and sex hormone binding globulin were measured in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Results showed that the levels of T and T_f and mean arterial pressure were significantly higher in the PIH group than those in the control group (all P

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To understand the combined effects of selenium (Se), germanium (Ge) on the level of Ca, Mg, Zn in the tissues of rats exposed to fluoride(F). Methods SD rats were divided into 5 groups and respectively treated with distilled water(control), 100 mg NaF/L(through drinking water), based on the fluoride treatment, Se, Ge were respectively given by gavage at the doses of 0.1 mg Na2SeO3/(kg?d), 10 mg Ge-132/(kg?d) and 0.1 mg Na2SeO3/(kg?d) plus 10 mg Ge-132/(kg?d) for 90 days. The body weight, activity, and general state were observed. The content of Ca,Mg,Zn in the serum, liver and kidneys were determined by flame atomization method. The content of F was detected by ion chromatography. Results The body weight in F+Se, F+Ge and F+Se+Ge groups were higher than that in F group and lower than that in the control group. The content of F in the liver, kidney in F+Se, F+Ge groups were higher than that in F+Se+Ge group(P
