The subjects examined were 398athletes. The method used included both questions and clinical examination. The differences of the data obtained all underwent Chi Square (X~2) test. Result of the investigation showed: the site of the highest incidence of injury was the ankle, 38.4%; the nextwas the knee, 26. 1%; the foot, 15. 3%; low back, 10. 3%; the thigh, 6. 8%; Tendo Achilles, 6. 5%; tibia, 4. 5%and fibula, 2. 3%. The incidence was relatively higher wbenever the injury had any relation with the shape ofthe knee (genu valgum, genu recurvatum), hallux Yalgus, c avus and callus and tarsal navicular. The differencesamong incidences of injury related with the shape of the lower limbs are of important statistical significance. As for the incidence of abnormal shape of limbs, genu valgum and recurvatum are outstanding in female wbilegenu varum occurs much more in male. This article is emphasized on the analysis of the mechanism of the influence of limb shape on injury;and it is thought that it is mainly due to changes in the line of force. In the authors' opinion, in the choiceof high level athletes, those who have such abnormal anatomy of their limbs should not be selected.

Objective To construct a rapid genetic DNA extraction method, with nano magnetic beads, self-designed reagents system and extracting process. Method Part I: DNA extraction from old blood cotton swab sample with self-designed DNA extraction kit, then quantiifed by UV spectrophotometer. The method was further optimized on the preliminary results. Part II: All kinds of difficult DNA sample were tested with optimized kit, to detect the applicability of the kit. Result By improving the experimental condition, the extraction effects of different DNA sample is good, meanwhile, the extraction cost is relatively low.

BACKGROUND:
In the present study, a novel tissue engineering bone graft including platelet rich plasma gel (PRP gel), human umbilical mesenchymal stem cells (HUMSCs) and nanohydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 (nHA-PA66) was constructed. We explored whether the composite scaffolds could enhance the angiogenesis and bone repair capacity in rat femoral large bone defect (LBD). This study aimed to provide evidence for the clinical application of the composite scaffold in LBD treatment.
METHODS:
PRP was prepared, the platelets and growth factors were measured. HUMSCs were isolated and identified.the osteogenic capacity of PRP in vitro was measured. Then HUMSCs-PRP-gelHA-PA66 composite scaffolds were synthesized and observed. The proliferation and osteogenesis differentiation of HUMSCs on the composite scaffold was measured. The angiogenic capacity of PRP in vitro was measured by capillary-like tube formation assay. Finally, the angiogenesis and bone repair capacity of the composite scaffolds was measured in rat LBD.
RESULTS:
PRP contained high level of platelets and growth factors after activation, and promoted osteogenic and angiogenic differentiation in vitro. The HUMSCs-PRP-gelHA-PA66 composite scaffold was porosity and promoted the proliferation and osteogenesis differentiation of HUMSCs. At 12th weeks, more micro-vessels and new bone were formed around the composite scaffolds compared with other groups, the defect was almost repaired.
CONCLUSION
Our study for the first time identified that the combination of PRP gel, HUMSCs and nHA-PA66 scaffold could significantly promote angiogenesis and bone regeneration in rat LBD, which may have implications for its further application in clinical LBD treatment.

Objective To evaluate the effect of esketamine for cesarean section under epidural an-esthesia and maternal and fetal outcome. Methods The parturients all were singleton pregnancies at term and scheduled for elective cesarean delivery.Ninety parturients undergoing elective cesarean delivery under epidural anesthesia, aged 20-40 years,BMI 18-35 kg/m2,ASA physical status Ⅱ,were randomly alloca-ted into two groups:esketamine group(group K)and control group(group C),45 cases in each group. When the targeted upper sensory block level was achieved, esketamine 0.15 mg/kg was administered intra-venously for 1 minute before skin incision in group K,the same volume of normal saline was intravenously injected in group C.Visceral traction reaction during the operation was recorded.Apgar score was assessed 1 minute and 5 minutes after birth. The pH value, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, oxygen partial pressure, and lactic acid value of the neonatal umbilical vein blood were recorded.Adverse events such as nausea, vomiting, hallucination, dizziness and nightmare were monitored in the two groups. Results Compared with group C,visceral traction reaction was significantly lower in group K(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score,pH value, carbon dioxide partial pressure, oxygen partial pressure, and lactic acid value of the neo-natal umbilical vein blood did not differ between the two groups. There were no differences in the incidence of nausea, vomiting and dizziness between the two groups.Hallucinations and nightmares were not encoun-tered in either group. Conclusion Esketamine 0.15 mg/kg can effectively reduce visceral traction reaction during cesarean delivery under epidural anesthesia. There was no significant effect on neonatal Apgar score and blood gas analysis, with no noticeable maternal and neonatal adverse effect.

Primary endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the rectovaginal septum is rare. Its pathogenesis is not clear and there is no standard treatment. One patient with endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the rectovaginal septum arising from deep infiltrative endometriosis was admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital. The patient presented with incessant menstruation and abdominal distension. She had bilateral ovarian endometriotic cystectomy 6 years ago. Imaging findings suggested a pelvic mass which might invade the rectovaginal septum. Pathological results of primary surgery confirmed endometrioid carcinoma of the pelvic mass arising from the rectovaginal septum. Then she had a comprehensive staged surgery. Postoperative chemotherapy was given 6 times. No recurrence or metastasis was found during the 2-year follow-up. The possibility of deep infiltrating endometriosis and its malignant transformation should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a new extragonadal pelvic lesion in a patient with a history of endometriosis, which would avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
