Objective:To investigate the effects of laparoscopy assisted complete mesocolon resection on the stress response and immune function of patients with colon cancer. Methods:From January 2013 to January 2016,130 patients with colon cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each group according to the random lottery envelopes. The observation group was treated with laparoscopy assisted complete mesocolon resection, the control group was treated with open operation. The changes of semm IL-6,TNF-α and amours of CD4+ cells, blood loss, bowel function restoration time, hospital stays and complication rate of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:Both groups of patients were successfully completed the surgery and there was no serious complications occurred in both groups. The amount of bleeding, postoperative intestinal recovery time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group (P<0.05).The chylous fistula, wound infection, pulmonary infection and complication rate on the 14th day postoperation in the observation group was 1.5%,which was 12.3% in the control group and significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The contents ofCD4+ cells in the observation group and the control group were 36.34± 7.83% and 33.66± 9.82%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those before treatment(30.33± 6.49% and 30.49± 5.33%)(P<0.05),and the contents of CD4+ cells of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).The serum levels ofIL-6 and TNF-α in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment on the 14th day postoperation (P<0.05),and the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 14th day postoperation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy assisted complete mesocolon resection could promote the immune function and inhibit the stress response, which further promoted the rehabilitation and induced the complications in the treatment of patients with colon cancer.

OBJECTIVE: To provide references for the practice of the zero inventory management mode in hospital drug supply storeroom.METHODS: The zero inventory management mode in hospital drug supply storeroom was summarized based on experiences of hospital drug supply storeroom management in our hospital.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: After introduction of zero inventory management principle in hospital drug supply storeroom, the drug turnover frequency in our hospital reached 8~9 times every quarter, which has greatly lowered drug storage costs, activated the working capital, and brought down the proportion of drug fund to as low as about 15% of total hospital working capital. Therefore, establishing a reasonable managing mode suitable to hospital condition and applying zero inventory principle in the management of hospital drug supply storeroom are of importance for lowering hospital running cots and enhancing working efficiency.

OBJECTIVE:To construct a high-efficiency, high-performance, low-cost flow of drug purchasing. METHODS: The defects involved in the current drug purchasing flowsheet prevalent in many hospitals were analyzed and the optimized flowsheet was put into practice by combining the actuality of our hospital. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The traditional drug purchasing modality can not meet the requirement of current hospitals in that it involves large work load and high probability of error, and it is tedious and time-consuming. The establishment of drug catalog database and the online drug purchase by means of instant communication software can help simplify drug purchase flow, lessen work load, enhance work efficiency, and effectuate a high-efficiency, high-performance, low-cost flow of drug purchasing.

Objective To investigate the down stage effect and long-term results of preoperative chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced lower rectal adenocarcinoma. Methods From Jan. 1989 to Jul 1999, 103 patients suffering from lower rectal carcinoma were treated. Criteria entry: 1. Distance between anal verge and centre of tumor 4-8?cm(median 6.2?cm), 2. Uncertainty in decision of preservation of anus before admission, 3. Lesion belonged to locally advanced type, 4. definitive pathology, clinical stage and presence of objective observation of tumor extent, 5. Performance status proposed by Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group 0-2, 6. Age0.05), 25.5% and 48.5% (P

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2019;21(4):353-357
Objective To evaluate and compare the 3 common inspection techniques for acute atlantoaxial trauma:tomosynthesis(DTS),digital radiology(DR) and computed tomography(CT).Methods The imaging data from March 2013 through December 2017 were retrieved from the Picture Archiving and Communication Systems(PACS) of The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University concerning the patients with acute atlantoaxial trauma.Selected for this study were 50 DTS images(DTS group),50 CT images(CT group) and 50 DR images(DR group). The image diagnoses for the 3 groups were conducted by 2 senior radiologists and their judgments were compared with the definite clinical diagnoses. The 3 groups were compared in terms of diagnostic accuracy, diagnostic rate of acute atlantoaxial trauma, image quality and effective radiation dosage. Results DR was insignificantly different from DTS or CT in diagnostic accuracy for the acute atlantoaxial Irauma which had been caused by mild violence like spraining and falling(P>0.05),but significantly inferior to both DTS and CT in diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic rate of the acute atlantoaxial trauma which had been caused by severe violence like traffic accident(P<0.05).In detection of atlas/axial fracture and atlantoaxial dislocation,DTS was slightly weaker than CT but significantly better than DR(P<0.05).The image quality scores for CT group(4.60±0.11) and DTS group(4.16±0.15) were significantly higher than that for DR group(2.80±0.18)(P<0.05).In average effective radiation dosage,CT group(2.33±0.020 mSv/time) was the highest, followed by DTS group(0.61±0.076 mSv/time) and DR group(0.025±0.003 mSv/time),showing significant differences between any two(P<0.05).Conclusions DR technique may be used for inspection of the atlantoaxial acute trauma caused by mild violence like spraining and falling, but has little value for inspection of most cases of atlantoaxial acute trauma.DTS technique may be the first choice for inspection of most atlantoaxial acute trauma.CT should be applied as a further inspection for complex cases because of its highest diagnostic accuracy and highest effective radiation dosage.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(12):1869-1872
Objective:
To understand and analyze the level and trend of lung function of children and adolescents in Yinchuan, Ningxia from 2010 to 2019, and to explore the influencing factors of vital capacity.
Methods:
Children and adolescents aged 7-13 years were randomly selected from Xingqing District, Jinfeng District and Xixia District of Yinchuan. Based on the data of vital capacity from three surveys in 2010, 2014 and 2019, the trends of changes across residence, ages and sex in 2010-2019 were analyzed, and the influencing factors were explored.
Results:
From 2010 to 2019, the vital capacity of children and adolescents aged 7- 13 years in urban and rural Yinchuan showed an upward trend( F=194.48, 382.47, P <0.01), with an increasing amount of 410.89 and 554.46 mL, respectively. In 2014, the vital capacity of urban students was higher than that of rural students, but it was lower than rural students in 2019. After stratified by age and sex, its trend was consistent with that of urban and rural areas, but students in all age groups in urban areas declined in 2014-2019. Height, weight, 50 m running, the phenomenon of "crowding out" or "Not attending" physical education and health class in school, the feeling of taking physical education and health class when exercising, the average time spent on exercises between classes every day, whether using pedometer, wearable equipment or exercise APP, travel time to school every day, the recognition on sports, were associated with vital capacity in children and adolescents ( β=-185.70, -54.94, P <0.05).
Conclusion
In recent years, the vital capacity of 7-13 year old children and adolescents in Yinchuan has shown an increasing trend. Physical fitness indicators and physical activity are influencing factors of lung capacity in children and adolescents. In the future, health management for students should be strengthened and students awareness of physical exercise should be improved.
