Prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2)is one of the major metabolic products of arachidonic acid.PGE_2 plays important roles in various important physiological processes by binding to its G protein-coupled receptors designated EP1,EP2,EP3,and EP4,respectively.EP receptors are highly expressed in the kidney and cardiovascular system, and PGE2-mediated activation of EP receptors plays important roles in the regulation of blood pressure. The abnormal expression of EP receptors in the kidney and cardiovascular system is associated with some blood pressure disease such as salt-sensitive hypertension, renal hypertension, and myocardial hypertrophy.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(07):-
Aim To study the effect of Taurochenodeoxycholic Acid (TCDCA) on immunologic cell in vitro and in vivo in mice. Methods Five doses were used , including 0.043, 0.065, 0.1, 0.153, 0.189 g?kg-1 in vivo and 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 1, 10 mg?L-1 in vitro. Effects of TCDCA on peritoneal macrophage in mouse in vitro, splenic lymphocyte, normal organism, immunologic functional inhibiting model and nerve-endocrine-immunoregulation system were investigated. Results TCDCA had the obvious immunoregulation effect on normal organisms in mouse. 0.1 g?kg-1 TCDCA had the obvious anastated effects on the immunological inhibiting model made up by the cyclosporine A and cyclophosphamide. TCDCA may affect the peritoneal macrophage and splenic lymphocyte in vitro directly, meanwhile two kinds of immunological cells showed the obvious immunoregulation effects on the whole. 0.1 g?kg-1 TCDCA can increase the hydrocortisone contents of the nerve-endocrine-immunoregulation system in mouse most remarkably. Conclusion TCDCA had the adjustment effect on the immunoregulation function in mouse.

Objective:To extract the common factors for evaluating the teaching effect of the integrated curriculum of basic medicine in China, and to analyze and explain the practical significance of these common factors. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduates of 15 medical colleges in China to evaluate the teaching effect of integrated curriculum of basic medicine, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted for screening and classification. SPSS 22.0 was used to conduct factor analysis. Results:The four major common factors evaluating the teaching effect of integrated curriculum were the effectiveness of teaching process, the rationality of teaching organization, the education of teaching content, and the innovation of teaching methods. Conclusion:The integrated curriculum reform of basic medicine should pay great attention to the simultaneous development of basic theory learning and practical ability training, the effective connection between theoretical teaching and experimental teaching, the educational role in comprehensive quality cultivation of students, and the flexible application of various teaching means and methods.

Dalian Medical University, aiming at cultivating innovative talents, has formulated and implemented a "5+3" innovative talents training reform plan. In the whole process of medical undergraduate education, tutorial system is used as the carrier to develop a phased innovative ability training system, which covers basic scientific research ability training such as courses, lectures, experimental design, papers and so on, and strengthens the cultivation of undergraduate scientific research ability. Through statistical analysis of the results of the first "5+3" students' periodic training, it is found that the proportion of "5+3" students publishing Chinese periodicals and SCI, and hosting national innovation projects and provincial innovation projects is significantly higher than that of ordinary 5-year students ( P<0.05). Although there are some problems and deficiencies in the implementation process, the basic scientific research training with tutorial system as the core has a significant effect on improving students' scientific research thinking and innovation ability, and is feasible for training medical innovative talents.
