After the 7-day treatment, the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 89. 7%(26/29), which was significantly higher than that in the control group 58. 6%(17/29). The pain relief rate on the first day was 93. 1% (27/29) in the observation group, which was also significantly higher than that in the control group 58. 6%(17/29) with statistically significant difference ( P<0. 01). Conclusion: Titanoreine suppositories combined with hypertonic magnesium sulfate solutions in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids acute attack is with rapid onset of action and obvious curative effect.
