China Pharmacist 2014;(4):627-629
Objective:To observe the curative effect of vinpocetine combined with Danhong injections in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia syndrome. Methods:Totally 120 patients with posterior circulation ischemia syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the conventional therapy, meanwhile, the treatment group was given vinpocetine and Danhong injections, and the control group was given vinpocetine alone. The treatment course was 14 days. The curative effect was observed, blood rheology and hemodynamics were also studied. Results:The to-tal effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75. 0%) with statis-tically significant difference(P<0. 05). After the treatment, the blood rheology (viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and reduced viscosity) and TCD ( LVA, RVA, BA and PI) in the two groups were significantly improved, and the treatment group showed more significant improvement(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Vinpocetine combined with Danhong injections in the treatment of posterior cir-culation ischemia syndrome has significant effect in the effective improvement of blood rheology and hemodynamics, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Objective To evaluate the effects of probiotics in experimental colitis of rats. Methods Models of experimental colitis were established.Several groups of rats were set up as probiotics group, negative group and positive group.Histologic scoring was used to estimate effects of drugs;the expression of CD~+_4 andCD~+_8 on T cell surface in peripheral blood, spleen mononuclear cells and intraepithelial lymphocytes of colon were detected by flow cytometry. Results Histopathology shows that probiotics of larger dosage was curative for experimental colitis in rats.Proportion of CD~+_4 and CD~+_8 T cells increased in colon of colitis, which was decreased by treatment of larger dose of probiotics.CD~+_4/CD~+_8 ratio and T cell subsets in systemic immune system were not influenced by probiotics. Conclusion Probiotics of large dosage are effective in the treatment of experimental colitis of rats incuced by TNBS,possibly associated with immune regulation and tends to be localized in mucosal immune system in colon.

Objective To evaluate the effects of probiotics on experimental colitis of rats and to explore systemic and local changes of T regulatory cells(Tr) after the treatment. Methods The models of experimental colitis were established by enema with 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulphonic acid (TNBS). Live probiotics of combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus (Bifico) were used. Four groups of rats were set up as negative group, TNBS alone group, probiotics group (high dosage and low dosage, with dose of 150 and 300 mg?kg-1?d-1, respectively), and combination group (probiotics plus prednisolone or sulfasalazine). Histologic scoring was used to evaluate the effect of medications; the proportions of CD4+CD25+ and CD8+CD28- Tr in peripheral blood, spleen mononuclear cells and intraepithelial lymphocytes of colon were detected by flow cytometry. Results Histopathology showed that high dosage of probiotics was effective in TNBS-induced colitis rats (2. 2?0.8 vs 3.5?0.7,P

Objective To investigate the bacteria distribution and drug resistance of lower respairory tract infection of re‐spairtory wards .Methods Sputum from patients with low respiratory tract infection was collected ,K‐B methods and minimun in‐hibitory concentration were used to make distribution and antibiotic resisitance .Results Five hundred and twenty‐nine strains were isolated ,of which gram negative organisms accounted for 416(78 .8% ) ,and gram positive organisms accounted for 88(16 .6% ) ,and fungi accounted for 25(4 .7% ) .In whtich ,the pseudomoas aeruginosa(25 .0% )and acinetobacter baumannii(13 .0% )accounted for the first and second one .Pseudomoas aeruginosa showed varying degrees of resistance to most commomly used antibacterials ,but there were still some alternatives .Acinetobacter baumannii had higher resistance to most commomly used antibacterial ,except for cefoperazone sulbactam .Cefoperazone sulbactam showed high susceptibility to most gram negative organisms and gram positive or‐ganisms .Conclusion In the respiratory wards ,gram negative organisms were predominant in low respiratory tract infection .Pseud‐omoas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii play a main role .The later is resistant to most commonly used antibacterials and the former showes high resisitance except for a few antibacterials .

Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(1):74-76
At present, the medical profession generally acknowledged the best way to treat osteosarcoma is gene therapy, which includes tumor suppressor gene therapy, antisense gene therapy, suicide gene therapy, immune gene therapy, combined gene therapy, etc. But no matter what kind of gene therapy is that the gene must have a safe carrier.Gene therapy has made a breakthrough in osteosarcoma recently. On the basis of widespread use,we should emphasize the importance of gene vectors.

Objective To investigate the immunity effects of quorum sensing in the pulmonary infection in rats due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Method(1)300 healthy, clean Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups randomly:two different Pseudomonas aeruginosa(the wide-type Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 and its double mutant PAO-JP2,in which the quorum sensing systems were defective, embedded in minute seaweed algiante beads which was made by an ejection set with an acuminate hole were inoculated to Sprague-Dawley rats to establish animal model of chronic pulmonary infection. The control group were dealed with the same methods using the sterile brine instead.(2)The levels of antibody IgG,IgM,IgG1,IgG2a to Pseudomonas aeruginosa in sera and cytokines including interferon-?(IFN-?),Interleukin-4(IL-4)in lung homogenate was measured at 3,7,14,28 days after infection.Results(1)The mortality in the PAO1-JP2-infected group(11.0%)was significantly lower than that of the PAO1-infected group(29.7%)and the control group(4.21%).(2) Compared with the PAO-JP2 group, during the early stages of infection(3 days after infection),the IFN-?level in lung homogenates was significantly higher;during the middle stages of infection(7 days after infection),the levels of IFN-?and IL-4 of PAO1-infected rats were significantly higher; In the later stages of infection(14 to 28 days after infection),levles of IFN-?,IgG2a were lower, while levels of IL-4,IgG,IgG1 were higher persistantly in PAO1-infected rats. Conclusions Quorum sensing system play an important role in pathogenesis and immunity effects of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection via modulating the expression of virulence factors and interfering with the immune system of hosts.
