3.Effects of up-regulation of separase/esp1 on tumor chromatid separation and construction of a conditional expression vector
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(06):-
Objective To construct an expression vector containing esp1 in order to investigate the effects on the chromatid separation. Methods A conditional plasmid vector containing esp1 was constructed, and was transfected into spc cells. The expression level of esp1 was detected by fluorescence microscopy, and the chromosomes were observed. Results EGFP-N1-esp1 was expressed in spc cells, and improper chromosome segregation was reduced. The plasmid of pTRE-d2EGFP-esp1 was constructed successfully. Conclusion Up-regulation of esp1 has inhibitory effects on the abnormal chromatid separation of tumors and may be potential in the treatment of cancer.
4.Experience in Treatment of Sleep Disorder of Dialysis Patients with Classic Prescriptions
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(8):113-115
Sleep disorder is a common complication of dialysis patients, seriously affecting the life quality and prognosis of the patients. How to improve the quality of sleep of dialysis patients, their quality of life and survival rate, is still a major clinical problem. At present, the pathogenesis of dialysis patients with sleep disorders is not clear. Western medicine treatment is sedative hypnotic drugs, with obvious adverse reactions, and long-term use will reduce the efficacy and easy to produce dependencies. The effects of TCM on improving sleep disorders and life quality of dialysis patients is worth expectation. This article introduced the experience in using classic prescriptions and dialectical treatment for dialysis sleep disorder, with significant clinical efficacy.
5.Rep78/68 protein of adeno-associated virus
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Rep78/68 is a kind of nonstructural protein from adeno-associated virus. It inhibits a variety of viruses and tumor transformation. In addition, it has significant effect on the proliferation and metabolism of host cells. In this paper, we reviewed the latest research advances of this protein.

7.Comparison of internal fixation and semi-shoulder arthroplasty in treating proximal humerus comminuted fractures in elderly.
China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2013;26(12):992-996
OBJECTIVETo explore clinical effectiveness of internal fixation and semi-shoulder arthroplasty in treating proximal humerus comminuted fractures in elderly.
METHODSFrom October 2009 and October 2011, 32 patients aged over 60 years old with three and four-part fractures of proximal humeral were treated with internal fixation (20 cases) and semi-shoulder arthroplasty (12 cases). In internal fixation group, there were 6 males and 14 females aged from 63 to 82 years old (ranged, 71.50 +/- 5.45), 8 cases with three-part fracture and 12 cases with four-part fracture, and treated with open reduction and locking plate internal fixation. While in semi-shoulder arthroplasty group, there were 4 males and 8 females aged from 61 to 85 years old (ranged, 72.80 +/- 6.80), 5 cases with three-part fracture and 7 cases with four-part fracture, and treated with semi-shoulder arthroplasty. Postoperative complications were observed, EQ-5D was used to evaluate quality of life, and Constant-Murley score was used to assess functional outcomes.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 12 to 24 months with an average of 18 months. All injuries were healed at stage I . Two cases in internal fixation group occurred severe complications, including 1 case with screw fracture, 1 case with avascular necrosis of humeral head. EQ-5D in interal fixation group and semi-shoulder arthroplasty group were respectively 0.65 +/- 0.12, 0.67 +/- 0.12, Constant-Murley score respectively was 63.20 +/- 11.35 and 66.80 +/- 11.96, and with no statistical meaning between two goups (P>0.05).
CONCLUSIONThere is no difference in qulity of life and functional recovery for the treatment of proximal humerus comminuted fractures by open reduction and internal fixation and semi-shoulder arthroplasty. However, the complication rate in semi-shoulder arthroplasty was lower than that of internal fixation group.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(11):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of low dose Xuezhikang on the regression of arteriosclerosis plaque in carotid artery. Methods Thirty patients with perennial dizziness and headache were enrolled (including the persons of normal blood lipid). The plaque and blood lipid level were evaluated before and after treatment with Xuezhikang capsule for 3 to 6 months. The carotid arteries were assessed by Doppler ultrasonography. Results 15 patients of abnormal blood lipid adjusted to normal. The carotid intima-media thickness were regressed from (1.15?0.10) mm to(0.99?0.08) mm (P

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2009;40(6):481-485
Aim: The tandem Claisen rearrangement/Diels-Alder reaction in ionic liquid was carried out to find better changes for the conversion. Methods: The synthesis started with replaced benzoic acid via acylation, cycli-zation, demethylation, allylation and then tandem Claisen rearrangement/Diels-Alder reaction in trational solvent and ionic liquid separately. Results: BmimBF_4 raised the yield of the target compound and shortened the reaction time compared with the traditional solvent Conclusion: BmimBF_4 can promote the tandem Claisen rearrange-ment/Diels-Alder reaction.

Objective To explore the effect of protocatechuic acid on serum tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) , interleukin-1β( IL-1β) and oxidative stress products levels in Parkinson rats. Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group ( n=10 ) , model group (n=10), madopar group (n=20) and protocatechuic acid group (n=20).Rat model with Parkinson disease were builded in model group, madopar group and protocatechuic acid group.Madopar group and protocatechuic acid group were given corresponding drug with a consecutive treatment of two weeks. After treatment, the serum TNF-α,malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and IL-1βlevels were detected in all groups. Results Compared with normal control group, the serum TNF-α, IL-1βand MDA levels in model group were significantly higher, and SOD level was lower (P<0.05).Compared with model group, the serum TNF-α, IL-1βand MDA levels in madopar group pre-treatment were significantly lower, and SOD level was higher (P<0.05).There were no significant difference of serum TNF-α, IL-1β, MDA and SOD levels between madopar group and protocatechuic acid group. Conclusion The protocatechuic acid could significantly reduce the serum TNF-α, MDA and IL-1βlevels in Parkinson model rats, enhance the activity of SOD, which has protective effect on oxidative stress injury induced by Parkinson disease.
