Objective To investigate the curative effect of Suhuangzhike capsules and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium used in chronicity allergic pharyngits .Methods Branched 147 patients into two sets ,the observation group with 85 patients treated with Suhuangzhike capsules and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium ,the control group with 62 pa-tients treated with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium only .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%.The total effective rate of the control group was 75.8%,with statistical significance(χ2 =14.25,P<0.05). Follow up in 6 ~8 weeks, relapse rate of the observation group was 14.1%,relapse rate of the control group was 37.1%,with statistical significance(χ2 =10.53,P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuangzhike capsules and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium has good curative effect used in chronicity allergic pharyngits ,which can be decreased relapse .
2.The curative effect investigate of Draft type frontal sinus drainage used on 42 patients with prosopantritis
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(28):3744-3745
Objective To investigate the curative effect of DrafⅠtype,Ⅱa/b-type frontal sinus drainage used on 42 patients(75 sides)with prosopantritis. Methods A summary analysis of 42 patients(75 sides)with prosopantritis who lined DrafⅠtype,Ⅱa/b-type frontal sinus drainage according to dissect characteristics during January 2011 to October 2012.Results CT of the 42 patients shows that there are 75 sides with prosopantritis,Based on the analysis of anatomical features performed DrafⅠtype,Ⅱa/b-type frontal sinus drainage to these patients, efficiency was 82.67%.Follow-up in half a year, restenosis and atresia again of 21 sides frontal sinus ostium was found. Conclusion Draf drainage has a good curative effect with small creation, few bleed and few recur-rence in chronic prosopantritis.
3.3. 0-Tesla: opportunities and challenges.
Chinese Medical Sciences Journal 2006;21(4):205-208
With the development of magnetic resonance (MR) technology, the concern is focused on molecular and physiological imaging besides structural information. Ultra high field MR scanner shows great superiority. 3. 0-T MR scanners provide almost two-fold signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) compared with a standard 1. 5-T MR scanner. The higher baseline SNR can be converted into a variety of alternative benefits. There are still some other changes brought about by 3. 0-T, such as higher sensitivity to motion, susceptibility effect, more difference in resonant frequency among different metabolites, and so on. These features may be a double-edged sword in structural and functional imaging. But with the ceaseless progress of the technology and gains in experience, 3. 0-T systems will provide more information and show more advantages.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Objective To explore the diagnosis, treatment and pathology of malignant brain tumor in children. Methods The clinical data of 61 children with malignant brain tumor were reviewed, including their age distribution, diagnosis, operation route(according to the position of the brain tumors),chemotherapy [using bischloro-nitrosourea(BCNU),teniposide(VM-26) and temozolomide]and radiotherapy (part and whole brain irradiation, three diamensions conformal therapy, gamma knife and X-kinfe).Results Of 61 cases, which including 37 boys and 24 girls whose mean age was 11.3 years,24 cases were supratentorial tumors and 37 cases were infratentorial.Forty-five tumors received total or subtotal recession,10 cases with major recession, and 6 cases with partial recession. After operation,39 cases (63.9%) received radiotherapy, and 29 cases (47.5%) with chemotherapy.Follow-up of 49 cases were achieved,in which 22 cases died and 27 cases survived. Conclusions Surgical removal is still the chief treatment for malignant brain tumor in children. The exairesis profect should be formulated according to the specificity of each case.Radiotherapy methods should be related to post-operational images(CT or MRI).And it was different from the brain tumors in adult. It is good to prolong survival duration for some chosen cases with optimal chemotherapy.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
The morbidity and mortality of malignant tumor is increasing in our country. It is crucial to enhance the clinical oncology education. We set the clinical oncology class for the medical university students and obtained good teaching effect by enhancing cognition, selecting the proper teaching content, making reasonable teaching program and using multiple teaching style.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2017;17(4):294-297
Objective To investigate the effect of pantoprazole (proton pump inhibitor, PPI) and gefarnate (gastric mucosa protectant) on the prevention of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients undergoing post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) dual anti-platelet therapy. Methods This research included 1263 patients taking enteric aspirin and clopidogrel after PCI.The cases were divided into 4 groups: routine treatment group (n=332), PPI group (n=318), gastric mucosa protectant group (n=299), and PPI+gastric mucosa protectant group (n=314).A follow-up for 6 months was observed including gastrointestinal symptoms, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, major adverse cardiac events (MACE), and adverse reactions. Results There were 52 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding within 6 months, including 21 cases from routine treatment group, 9 from PPI group, 15 from gastric mucosa protectant group, and 7 from PPI+gastric mucosa protectant group. The incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding among the 4 groups within 6 months was statistically different (X2=8.883, P=0.031).The routine treatment group had significant higher rate than the PPI group and the gastric mucosa protectant group (P<0.05), while among other groups there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The upper gastrointestinal bleeding occurred within 3 postoperative months in 34 out of 52 cases (65.4%).There was no statistical significance among the four groups in regard to bleeding occurrence time (X2=4.212,P=0.648).Conclusions Patients undergoing post-PCI dual anti-platelet treatment can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding by taking pantoprazole or combined with gefarnate.Intervention against upper gastrointestinal bleeding should start on the first day after PCI and last for a minimum of 3-6 months.
