Case management is a flexible, systematic, holistic new care model which can integrate the episodic therapy of cancer patients. Case management applied the process of assess, plan, implementation, evaluation and feedback to the process of case management, conduct the path management from diagnosis to follow-up. This paper introduces the job descriptions and competence of case managers, the development of cancer case management domestic and overseas; so as to offer reference for the domestic implementation of cancer case management. Consequently realize the comprehensive rehabilitation of physical, psychological, social and spiritual function for cancer patients.

Objective To explore the value of anatomical liver resection in the treatment of bilateral intrahepatic biliary lithiasis. Methods We collected the clinical data of 32 patients with bilateral intrahepatic biliary lithiasis who received anatomical liver resection and 25 patients who recevied non-anatomical liver resection from May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital. We comapred the therapeutic efficacy of these two operative modalities in the diagnosis and treatment of bilateral intrahepatic biliary lithiasis. Results The intraoperative blood loss was 436 ±48.162 mL in patients who received anatomical liver resection, and was significantly less than that in the control group (763 ± 37.645ml) ( < 0.05 ) . Postoperative liver function status:for patients who received anatomical liver resection,on the third day after operation, the total bilirubin and AST were significantly lower than those in the control group ( <0.05), and the postoperative hospitalization time was also shorter than that of the control group ( <0.05 ) . The two groups in the operation time, postoperative complications and residual calculus had no significant difference ( >0.05 ), but there 1 patients died of liver failure in the control group. Conclusions Anatomical liver resection is a favorable method to completely remove the lesions under the premise of retaining the residual liver function as much as possible. The rate of remnant biliary lithiasis and recurrence is lower and the recovery is quicker in these patients after anatomical liver resection. Thus, anatomical liver resection is worthy of promotion.

Objective To investigate the relationship of sperm morphology with seminal plasma zinc and sperm acrosin activity in male infertile patients. Methods 455 patients with male infertility were divided into 5 groups and 8 groups according to age and sperm morphology respectively. The sperm morphology, seminal plasma zinc and sperm acrosin activity were detected by the Diff-Quik stain, modified 5-Br-PAPS and modified Kennedy methods respectively. Results The percentages of morphologically normal sperm and seminal plasma zinc concentration in the infertile men groups were not different in various age groups(P >0.05 ).The sperm acrosin activity in the age group of 36-50 years was remarkably decreased (P <0.05),while which in other age groups had no statistical difference(P >0.05).Seminal plasma zinc concentration in the infertile men groups were not different in the 8 groups (P >0.05 ).Sperm acrosin activity was decreased with the percentage decrease of morphologically normal sperm (r =0.93,P <0.01).Conclusion The percentage of morphologically normal sperm is not affectd by the age and the seminal plasma zinc, which is positively correlated with the sperm acrosin activity.

Objective To investigate the current situation on the infection of Acinetobacter baumannii in ICU and evaluate the efficiency of resistance control project which was performed in Xiaolan hospital,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods Used VITEK-2 microbiology analysis system for the pathogen identification and drug sensitivity.Compared drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the samples of ICU patients in 2012 (before the project executed)with that in 2013 (after the project executed). Results 71 strains and 57strains Acinetobacter bauman-nii were isolated from the ICU in 2012 (before the project executed)and in 2013 (after the project executed)respectively, which majorly isolated from the samples of respiratory system, and occupied 94.4% and 84.2% respectively. The infection rate of multi-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii was decreased from 77.5% to 66.7%,and the resistance rate of Acinetobact-er baumannii to cefepime, ceftazidime, cefatriaxone, tobramycin and cotrimoxazole decreased distinctly after the implementa-tion of drug resistance control management (χ2 > 3.84,P <0.05).Conclusion The drug resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to 14 kinds of routine antibacterial drugs in 2013 were lower than that in 2012 in ICU.Among them, the drug re-sistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to 5 kinds of antibacterial drugs decreased distinctly.

Objective To investigate medication adherence and its influencing factors in community-based hypertensive patients in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province, and lay the foundation for the development of targeted compliance interventions. Methods Between July 2015 and October 2016, a multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to conduct a community-based diagnostic survey in the Pearl River Delta region.A total of 1 829 community-based hypertension patients in this survey population were used to investigate medication adherence, the factors of which were derived through a multi-factor logistics regression analysis. Results The average medication-adherence score of hypertensive patients surveyed in this study was (4.6 ± 1.8), and patients with good medication adherence accounted for 62.82%(1 149/1 829).There were significant differences in medication adherence among patients according to their age, household registration types, marital status, level of education, employment status, medical payment methods, per capita monthly household income, drinking status, and family history of hypertension (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that medication adherence was affected substantially by the type of household registration:local household types (OR= 0.537, 95% CI: 0.415-0.695); education level: college, bachelor and above (OR=2.139,95% CI:1.100-4.160); employment status: self-paying (OR=0.591, 95% CI: 0.376-0.930); and a family history of hypertension (OR= 1.279, 95% CI: 1.012-1.617).Conclusions It is necessary to pay more attention to medication adherence in patients with hypertension in communities.Given the influencing factors and characteristics illuminated by this study,it is suggested that various measures be taken to prevent and intervene in poor medication adherence, to improve the curative effect of hypertensive patients in communities.
