Objective To explore the clinical application value of blood routine examination in judgment of the activity of inflammatory bowel diseases.Methods 102 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were selected as the main research objects,60 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group,all of the subjects were received routine testing of blood,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and the relationships between disease and blood routine indexes were compared.Results In UC group,the PLT,WBC RDW index levels of remission were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =6.75,8.21,5.73,all P ＜0.05).In patients with UC,the HGB,HCTand MPV index levels were lower than those in the remission patients and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =8.12,11.03,6.72,9.35,10.23,8.71,all P ＜0.05).But the PLT index was higher than that of patients in remission,the RDW and WBC indexes were higher than those in the control group and the remission period,there were statistically significant differences (t =7.59,8.51,6.03,all P ＜ 0.05).The routine blood indexes of the relief patients of CD group had significant differences compared with the control group(t =6.17,7.29,9.01,10.35,8.27,7.69,8.01,9.91,allP ＜ 0.05),the HCT,MCV,HGB and MPV indexes were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =9.01,10.35,8.27,9.9i,all P ＜ 0.05),the WBC,PLT,N and RDW indexes were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =6.17,7.29,7.69,8.01,all P ＜ 0.05).In UC group,the HGB,HCT,MCV and MPV indexes were lower than those in the remission patients and the control group,there were statistically significant differences(t =8.19,6.97,7.53,9.02,all P ＜ 0.05).But the PLT,RDW,WBC and N indexes were higher than those in the remission patients and the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =9.81,7.94,8.36,7.61,P ＜ 0.05).In the active patients of CD group,the WBC and N indexes were significantly higher than those of UC group,the differences were statistically significant (t =8.15,9.07,all P ＜ 0.05).In the remission patients of CD group,the PLT index was significandy higher than that in the remission patients of UC group,the difference was statistically significant (t =10.35,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Indexes of blood routine has obvious significance in activity of inflammatory bowel disease,and it is significant correlation with inflammation index,which can be used as one of the routine clinical method to determine the activity of inflammatory bowel diseases.

Objective To study the role of risk factors associated with hemodynamics in patients with intracranial artery stenosis.Methods Eighteen patients with local stenosis of middle cerebral artery were recruited in this study retrospectively.According to patients′clinical symptoms and magnetic resonance imaging findings, they were divided into the symptomatic group (n=13) and the asymptomatic group (n=5).Wall shear stress ( WSS) , oscillatory shear index ( OSI) , velocity and pressure of the stenotic artery wall were compared between the two groups after reconstructing 3-dimentional model of hemodynamics.Then related risk factors of hemodynamics were analyzed in symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the parameters such as age, sex, degree of artery stenosis, mean arterial pressure and some medical histories of hypertension and diabetes.The results showed obvious changes of hemodynamics in local artery stenosis.The WSS(78.69(68.15,117.65) Pa vs 39.34(22.76,60.54) Pa,U=4,P=0.003), pressure of the stenotic artery wall (1 815.14(1 242.44,4 398.84) Pa vs 735.55(361.17,1 528.78) Pa,U =7,P=0.010)and velocity of the local stenosis(3.87(2.58, 4.52) m/s vs 2.31(1.38,3.12) m/s,U=12,P=0.046) in the symptomatic group were much higher than those in the asymptomatic group; however, there were no significant differences between the two groups in OSI.Conclusions Hemodynamic features do exist in local intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.The WSS, wall pressure and velocity of the local stenosis may be vital risk factors associated with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of perineal nerve electroacupuncture combined with tolterodine in the treatment of female overactive bladder(OAB).Methods A total of 150 female OAB patients treated in Huzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tolterodine,and the study group was treated with pudendal nerve electroacupuncture combined with tolterodine.Clinical symptoms,urinary symptoms,and urodynamic indicators[maximum cystometric capacity(MCC),maximum urethral closure pressure(Pura clos max),maximum detrusor pressure(Pdet max),and maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)],bladder function indicators(initial bladder sensation volume,bladder volume during strong micturition desire),nerve growth factor(NGF)mediated transient receptor potential(TRP)pathway indicators[NGF,NGF/urine creatinine(UCr),TRPV1,TRPV4]and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the number of night urination and urgent urination in study group were significantly less than those in control group,and the average volume of urination was significantly more than that in control group(P＜0.05).The overactive bladder symptom scores and visual analogue scale scores of study group were significantly lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The MCC and Pura·clos·max in study group were significantly higher than those in control group,while Pdet max and Qmax were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The initial bladder sensation volume and bladder volume during strong micturition desire in study group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).NGF,NGF/UCr,positive expression rates of TRPV1 and TRPV4 in study group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was significantly higher in study group than in control group,(x2=5.374,P=0.020).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between two groups(x2=0.362,P=0.547).Conclusion Perineal nerve electroacupuncture combined with tolterodine can significantly improve bladder function and inhibit clinical symptoms in female OAB patients,possibly by inhibiting bladder sensitivity caused by NGF-mediated increase of TRP channel proteins TRPV1 and TRPV4.
