Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(2):41-43
Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent pneumatic pressure pump on the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in elderly patients undergoing thoracotomy. Methods Fifty patients undergoing thoracic surgery were managed with intermittent pressure inflation pump besides general preventive measures. The pre-and postoperative blood flow in the lower extremity and incidences of deep venous thrombosis were compared. Result The differences in blood flow in the lower extremity and incidences of deep venous thrombosis were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic pressure pump can promote pulsatile blood flow in the lower extremity so as to effectively prevent formation of deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients after thoracotomy.
2.Correlation analysis between self-compassion, coping style and job burnout in Operating Room nurses
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(8):1079-1083
Objective:To investigate the levels of self-compassion, coping style and job burnout of nurses in Operating Room, and to explore the relationship between self-compassion, coping style and job burnout. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 263 nurses in the Operating Room of five tertiary hospitals in Beijing and Wuhan were surveyed through the General Data Questionnaire, the Self-compassion Scale (SCS) , Simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) , and the Maslach Job Burnout Scale from June to July in 2019. The level of self-compassion and job burnout of nurses in Operating Room were analyzed and the correlation between the self-compassion, coping style and job burnout was analyzed by Pearson linear correlation analysis. Results:A total of 259 valid questionnaires were collected. The nurses in the Operating Room scored (86.42±12.84) points for self-compassion, (1.88±0.57) points for positive coping style, (1.26±0.52) points for negative coping style, and (44.04±19.92) points for job burnout. Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that the total self-compassion score of nurses in the Operating Room was negatively correlated with job burnout ( r=-0.549) , self-compassion was positively correlated with positive coping style ( r=0.556) , positive coping style was negatively correlated with job burnout ( r=-0.362) , and negative coping style was positively correlated with job burnout ( r=0.275) (all P<0.01) . Conclusions:The Operating Room nurses have a moderate level of self-compassion. The higher the level of self-compassion. the more likely to adopt a positive coping style to reduce job burnout. Operating Room managers should also fully recognize the positive significance of self-compassion, help Operating Room nurses improve self-compassion level, promote the formation of positive coping styles, and reduce Operating Room job burnout.

Methods The general data questionnaire, Proactive Personality Scale, Nurses Professional Values Scale-Revised and Career Resilience Scale were used to select the specialist nurses in operating room who participated in the specialist nurses of operating room training course of the Chinese Nursing Association and Beijing Nursing Association in 2018. Data were distributed and collected through Wenjuanxing software and analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of career resilience. Results The average age of the 169 specialist nurses of operating room was (33.00±4.23) years old, the proactive personality score was(43.55±5.53)points, the occupational values score was (103.50±14.20) points, and the career resilience score was(41.12±4.78) points. As shown by multiple linear regression results,"Years of nursing care in the operating room" "initial education" "proactive personality" "professional values"were the factors that affected the career resilience of specialist nurses in the operating room. Conclusions Both proactive personality and professional values of specialist nurses in operating rooms have a positive effect on career resilience. The nursing manager of operating room can fully explore the characteristics of the proactive personality of specialist nurses in operating room, help them cultivate positive and scientific professional values, improve their career resilience level.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2021;27(27):3714-3718
Objective:To explore the development of surgical arrangement and scheduling scheme based on medical and nursing integration and queuing mechanism and to evaluate its application effect. Methods:The patients who completed surgery in Cancer Hospital of Peking Union Medical College in 2018 were set as the control group, and patients who completed the surgery in the same period in 2019 were set as the experimental group. The control group adopted traditional surgical scheduling methods, while the experimental group formulated surgical arrangements and scheduling programs based on the theoretical basis of medical and nursing integration and queuing mechanism and reached consensus on medical and nursing in the program practice. Every department formulated procedures for receiving procedures and submitted surgical information and pre-sequence of requirements. According to the operation information of each ward, Operating Room arranged the operation, the operating rules, the energy level matching and dynamic adjustment of Operating Room nurses, defined rules of receiving emergency surgeries, real-time monitoring and feedback, strictly implemented the established plan and observed its application effect through the utilization rate of the operating table. Results:In 2019, an average of 5.36 cases/d were performed on each operating table, and the utilization rate of the operating table increased from 91.26% to 95.74%.Conclusions:The operation scheduling mode based on medical and nursing integration and queuing mechanism can realize the joint decision-making and cooperation of medical staff, which has certain advantages in improving the utilization rate of the operating table. In the future, artificial intelligence, big data and other methods can be fully utilized to continuously optimize the operation scheduling mode and improve the operating efficiency of the Operating Room.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2022;28(10):1292-1298
Objective:To search the literatures related to surgical isolation technology of malignant tumor in China from 2011 to 2020 and conduct bibliometric analysis. Methods:Based on the literature retrieval system of the Union Medical College, "surgical isolation technique for malignant tumor" and other search terms were used to retrieve literature from CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP, China Biomedical Literature Database, PubMed, Embase, CINAHL Nursing Database. The retrieval time was from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2020. NoteExpress software was used for literature management and analysis. Results:A total of 21 034 Chinese literatures and 1 509 English literatures were retrieved. After screening according to the exclusion criteria, 304 literatures were finally included, all of which were Chinese literatures. Among them, there were 119 treatises, 95 nursing coordination articles, 68 experience summary articles, 21 reviews and 1 expert consensus. They were distributed in 125 medical journals. There were 37 core journal papers (12.17%) and 23 foundation papers (7.57%) . Journal of Frontiers of Medicine, Journal of Medical Information and World Latest Medicine Information were the top 3 periodicals with the most publications. The literature came from 261 publishing institutions, and each institution published an average of 1.16 papers. The top 3 provinces in terms of published papers were Jiangsu Province (46 papers) , Sichuan Province (25 papers) and Guangdong Province (20 papers) . The top 3 high-frequency words were "tumor-free technology" "laparoscopy" and "malignant tumor". The co-authorship rate of the literature was 48.68%, the degree of cooperation was 1.91 and the average citation frequency of the literature was 3.57 times. Conclusions:Research on surgical isolation technology for malignant tumors in China is gradually deepening and developing, but there are still some problems, such as low overall research quality, obvious regional differences, lack of depth and systematization and single research content. It is necessary to carry out higher quality research.
