1.A Clinical Observation of Compound Zaofan Pill For Aplastic Anemia
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1999;0(02):-
Objective To assess the therapeutic ef fects of Compound Zaofan Pill (CZP) on aplastic anemia (AA). Methods A prospective randomized control trial was carried out. Thirty_six cases of AA treated with C ZP combined with stanozolol were allocated to Group A and other 30 cases treated with levamisole, prednisone, stanozolol and folacin served as Group B. Hemoglob in content, leukocyte and platelet counts were detected. Results The total e ffective rate was higher in G roup A (86%) than that in Group B ( 53.5% ), the differences bein g significant (P
2.Application of Xuemeian Capsule for Acute Leukemia During Intermission of Chemotherapy
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuemeian Capsule for intermission of acute leukemia with bone marrow arrest after chemotherapy. Methods A prospective trial was carried out in 136 cases of acute leukemia after chemotherapy. The cases were randomly allocated to two groups.Group A(n=86)was treated with Xuemeian Capsule and routine western medicine and Group B(n=50)with routine western medicine. The changes of hemoglobin, platelet and leukocyte and the hyperplasia of bone marrow were observed. Results The totally effective rate was 93% and 54% in Group A and Group B respectively, the difference being significant(P
3.A pilot study on the effects of Mini-SG~ F attachments on periodontal health of the abutment teeth used in free-end partial removable dentures
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
Objective : To investigate the effects of Mini-SG~ F attachment on periodontal health of the abutment teeth in restoring free-end removable partial dentures (RPDs). Methods : The periodontal status of the abutments in restoring free-end RPDs was longitudinally observed with periodontal indices commonly used in clinics, and a group comparison was made using a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The stability and retention of free-end RPDs retained by Mini-SG~ F attachments were excellent during the whole observation course. Compared with the periodontal status of the first and the second abutments before restoration respectively, no significant differences in gingival indices, plaque indices, periodontal probing depth, alveolar bone resorption levels of those were shown 6 months after restoration. The mobility of the abutments was significantly reduced when they were splinted together. Conclusion: Mini-SG~ F attachments used in free-end RPDs have no evident adverse effect on periodontal health of the abutment teeth, and the way of splinting the abutments is advantageous to their long-term health and stability.
4.Decreased expression of apelin in lung and heart tissue of rats induced by hypoxia
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the probable function of new peptide apelin in pathological proceeding of pulmonary hypertension induced by hypoxia. Methods Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group and hypoxia group(9%-11% O_(2),9 h/d,6 d).The mean of pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP),mean carotid arterial pressure(mCAP) and the weight ratio of right ventricle to left ventricle plus septum(RV/LV+S) were measured. The concentration of apelin in the plasma, right ventricular myocardium and lung tissue were measured by radioimmunity. The expression of apelin gene in right ventricular myocardium and lung tissue were measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain raction(RT-PCR).Results The mPAP and RV/(LV+S) of hypoxic group were respectively more by 26.06% and 10.83% than control group(P
5.The explore of risk factors on DeBakey type Ⅰ aortic dissection postoperative respiratory dysfunction
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;(5):34-37
Objective To analyze the risk factors associated with respiratory dysfunction (ARD) in patients with DeBakey type Ⅰ aortic dissection after operation and provide the measures for prevention and treatment. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of DeBakey Ⅰ type aortic dissection 18 patients under deep hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass from September 2008 to March 2012 in the application of the three-branch type aortic arch endovascular stent.Recorded age, sex, preoperative complication, with or without perfusion badness syndrome, cardiopulmonary bypass time and aortic cross-clamping time.Monitoring preoperative and postoperative blood gas analysis, chest X-ray,ventilator parameters, intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion. The single factor analysis of the risk factors associated with postoperative ARD was analyzed. Results No patient died in peroperative period.Five patients (27.8%) was in perfusion badness syndrome preoperative,8 patients (44.4%) was in ARD postoperative.Three patients (16.7%) occurred within 72 h and 5 patients (27.8%) occurred within 48 h.Three patients (16.7%) performed incision of tracheal for the duration of mechanical ventilation for more than 7 d.Correlation factor analysis showed that BMI (P =0.047),cireulatory arrest time (P =0.035) had correlation with postoperative ARD.Conclusions ARD is a common complication during perioperative. It can be correctable by pay full attention to the risk factors, and the prognosis is good.
6.Negative pressure pulmonary edema
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(2):167-169
Negative pressure pulmonary edema is a common pediatric disease, but also often to be ignored, which occurs from the upper airway obstruction caused by the change in the absolute value of negative intrathoracic pressure increase, resulting in a corresponding respiratory physiology, hemodynamic changes, common causes include laryngitis, whooping cough, foreign body, such as obstructive sleep apnea. Therefore,it is important to know the common causes of negative pressure pulmonary edema and to treat the patients in time.
7.Safety issues of sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer
China Oncology 2006;0(09):-
LevelⅠ&Ⅱ proofs of Evidence-based medicine support the safety of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in breast cancer. The accurate staging of axilla, the axillary recurrence rate and complication, radiologic safety and the new indications of SLNB were discussed respectively.
8.The Personality Pathology in Schizophrenic Patients
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(02):-
The personality abnormality is a remarkable characteristic in schizophrenia. Some evidence to date indicated that there existed measurable scores of personality traits in schizophrenic patients, though the psychotic symptoms were concomitant. The psychotic symptoms were deemed to influence the assessment of personality traits in schizophrenia for the symptoms and personality abnormality were entangled tightly. Yet, it cannot exclude the personality pathology in the psychopathology of schizophrenia. Moreover, the personality abnormality was related to cognitive deficit, prognosis, and insight in schizophrenics. It was difficult to disentangle the relationship between personality psychopathology and schizophrenia. Spectrum, pathoplasty, and etiology model each could explain the relationship partially. An integrated viewpoint incorporating all three models was discussed. However, it needs further researches to investigate some important issues such as the physiological basis and psychological mechanism of the relationship, the influence of culture on personality assessment.
