Objective To evaluate the role of multiple sequences MRI in diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of non-palpable undescended testis. Methods 58 patients with unilateral or bilateral non-palpable undescended testis underwent abdominal and pelvic MRI 2 weeks before surgery.Multiple sequences MRI included diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)with b values of 400 and 800 s/mm2,T1 and T2-weighted sequence, and T2-weighted fat-suppressed sequence.Preoperative images including the conventional MRI images,DWI images, and the conventional-MRI and DWI images together.ADC value was detected.Pathological findings were used as the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of multiple sequences MRI in detection of non-palpable undescended testis and its differential diagnosis with lymph nodes. Results The combination of DWI and conventional MRI was the most sensitive method in detection of non-palpable undescended testis, with the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 96.5%,87.5%,and 95.3%,respectively.Malignant non-palpable undescended testes were all detected. The ADC value of the non-palpable undescended testis, lymph nodes and malignant non-palpable undescended testis was(1.18 ± 0.17) × 10-3 mm2/s,(1.49 ± 0.27) × 10-3 mm2/s,and (0.84 ± 0.20) × 10-3mm2/s,respectively.The difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Multiple sequences MRI improves the diagnostic accuracy of non-palpable undescended testis, which can be routinely used in preoperative evaluation of non-palpable undescended testis.

Objective To lay the physiological and biochemical basis for establishing and evaluating tree shrews model of human disease. Methods There were 92 Tupaia belangeri chinensis, in which half of them were male, they were allowed to eat nothing for 12 hours, then we sampled heart blood 0.8~1.0 mL without anesthesia and put blood samples into sterilized centrifuge tube for separation and preparation of serum. Olympus AU5400 automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to measure biochemical indexes. Then 1.5~2.0 mL of urine of each tree shrew was collected and put into sterilized centrifuge tube for measuring renal function by using Combi-scan500 urine analyzer. Fianally SPSS statistics software was used to analyse the measured values, and comapared the measured values with the human reference values. Results There were significant differences in myocardial enzymes and some renal function indexes such as lactic dehydrogenase,α- hydroxybutyric, acid dehydrogenase, creatinine, uric acid, urine specific gravity and pH value between male and female Tupaia belangeri chinensis ( <0.05), and there was no significant difference in the rest of the measured values ( >0.05) . Then determination value of Tupaia belangeri chinensis, male’s and female’s, myocardial enzyme and part of the renal function indexes were compared with the human reference values. Some indexes including urea, urine specific gravity, urine, urobilinogen were in the range of human reference value, while the values of urine bilirubin, urine nitrite. lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase isoenzyme CKMB were higher than the human reference value. White blood cell, urine protein, ketone, occult blood most of them were negative as the same to human reference value, but sometimes were positive, and the positive rates respectively were 3.95%and 46.1%,39.5%,2.63%. The measured value of Vitamin C was positive that is completely opposite to human reference value, but sometimes is negative, the negative rate was 6.6%. Conclusion Urea, urine specific gravity, urine, urobilinogen, urine bilirubin, urine nitrite can be directly used as the indexes for evaluating tree shrews models of human disease, other indexes can be used as indexes for judgment of the normal physiological and biochemical basis of tree shrews.

Objectives To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and genetic characteristics of pheochromocytoma (PGL) in children. Methods Clinical characters and gene mutation analysis of a child with PGL were retrospectively analyzed and discussed;similar cases in the literature were reviewed. Results The patient was a 10-year old-boy without obvious complaint but transient headache. Urine 3 methyl-4 hydroxy mandelic acid and homovanillic acid were in normal range, and the pathological reports revealed some malignant cells located at the margin of the tumor, while CT scan of the neck, chest and abdomen were negative, and the cranial plus spine revealed no significant abnormalities by MRI. Gene test of the patient and his parents found mutations in SBHB gene. Thus the diagnosis was confirmed as benign, nonfunctional, extra adrenal pheochromocytoma. The patient was treated with surgery, without chemotherapy, and followed up regularly. Conclusions The diagnosis of PGL relies on pathological analysis, and the classification was made by catecholamine metabolites, imaging results, and gene sequencing. Implementation of chemotherapy was dependent upon if there is any distant or invasive metastasis, or a relapse is present.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a hospital logistics operation and management based on the"one center, four platforms"model. Methods In line with the grading evaluation standards for hospital intelligent management,we used technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,Internet Plus, and artificial intelligence to develop a"one center, four platforms"model. This model consisted of a logistics intelligent operation and maintenance management center,an equipment control information platform,a security prevention information platform,an energy consumption monitoring information platform, and an operation management information platform. Results The equipment fault resolution capability, enhanced by the"smart linkage",showed a significant improvement. In 2022,false alarms decreased by 28.63%compared to 2021,with high-level and ordinary-level alarms decreasing by 69.53%and 33.15%,respectively.The"one-stop"logistics service capability was signifi-cantly improved,as indicated by a 2.92%decrease in maintenance frequency in 2022 compared to 2021.This improvement was further reflected in the quality of maintenance and a decrease in the repeated maintenance occurrences. The energy consumption control capability, based on the"data mining",showed a significant improvement, with an 8.71%year-on-year decrease in en-ergy expenditure of ten thousand yuan in 2022 compared to 2021.Conclusion The"one center, four platforms"model can sig-nificantly enhance the efficiency of logistics operation and maintenance management.
