Objective :
To investigate the mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and to examine the effects on life expectancy among residents in Yuhang District of Hangzhou City from 2010 to 2020, so as to provide insights into the management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
Methods:
The mortality surveillance data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of registered residents in Yuhang District from 2010 to 2020 were collected from Zhejiang All-cause Death Surveillance System. The crude mortality, standardized mortality, annual percent change ( APC ), Fulfillment index, life expectancy, cause-eliminated life expectancy and years of life lost, and the mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the impact on life expectancy were analyzed.
Results:
A total of 21 761 deaths occurred due to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Yuhang District from 2010 to 2020, and the annual average crude and standardized mortality rates of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were 206.14/105 and 129.62/105, respectively. The annual crude and standardized mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases both appeared a tendency towards a decline from 2010 to 2020, with APC of -3.63% and -5.45%, respectively ( P<0.05 ), and the Fulfillment index showed a tendency towards a reduction in residents at ages of 50 to 79 years ( P<0.05 ). The mean life expectancy and cause-eliminated life expectancy were 82.71 and 88.39 years in Yuhang District from 2010 to 2020, which both appeared a tendency towards a rise, both with APC of 0.50% ( P<0.05 ). The years of life lost were 5.02 to 6.47 years due to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the life loss rates were 6.00% to 7.73%.
Conclusions
The mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases appeared a tendency towards a decline decreased and the cause-eliminated life expectancy appeared a tendency towards a rise in Yuhang District from 2010 to 2020. Intensifying the management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases death may increase the life expectancy.

Objective To investigate the distribution and molecular epidemiology of Candida strains isolated from vulvovaginal candidiasis in Shanghai, and conduct molecular phylogenetic analysis of the strains. Methods Candida pathogens were collected from the patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis during the period from August 2015 to February 2016 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University,Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital, and Intemational Peace Matemity and Child Health Hospital. All the strains were identified and statistically analyzed.ATB FUNGUS 3 kit was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of antifungal agents against these strains in vitro.Molecular typing was conducted using multilocus sequence typing (MLST) method.Phylogenetic analysis was carried out by eBURST and MEGA 6 software. Results Of the 2 185 strains of Candida,1 988 were identified as Candida albicans,149 Candida glabrata,20 Candida tropicalis and 28 other Candida species.Overall,6.5% of the Candida albicans strains were resistant to fluconazole.Twenty-six diploid sequence types (DSTs) were identified among the 93 strains of Candida albicans analyzed, including 50 fluconazole-susceptible strains with sporadic genotypes, but 43 fluconazole-resistant strains clustered as one clonal complex (CC 69) on the same branch (MLST Clade 1) of phylogenetic tree. Conclusions Candida albicans was the main pathogen of vulvovaginal candidiasis in the three obstetrics & gynecology hospitals in Shanghai, which showed slightly higher resistance to fluconazole. It is necessary to monitor the spread of fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans in these hospitals, especially clonal dissemination of CC 69 clone.

In view of the high incidence of malignant diseases such as malignant arrhythmias in the elderly population, accidental injuries such as falls, and the problem of no witnesses when danger occurs, the study developed a human vital signs and body posture monitoring and positioning alarm system. Through the collection and analysis of electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration (RESP) and acceleration (ACC) signals, the system monitors human vital signs and body posture in real time, automatically judges critical states such as malignant arrhythmias and accidental falls on the local device side, and then issues alarm information, opens the positioning function, and uploads physiological information and patient location information through 4G communication. Experiments have shown that the system can accurately determine the occurrence of ventricular fibrillation and falls, and issue position and alarm information.
