Objective To introduce a kind of UPS for portable type-B ultrasonic in vehicular-charging at the situation of flowing in battle field. Methods Long time power supply for type-B ultrasonic and other related medical devices was realized through AC/DC alteration switch. Conclusion It functioned well in field test. Conclusion Being light and convenient with AC/DC, it is worth popularizing.

Osteoarthritis is mainly caused by the degenerative changes of cartilage and cartilage extracellular matrix, while Aggrecanases degradate Proteoglycans which are the major components of cartilage. This review includes three aspects:(1) We have concluded the major enzymes(ADAMTS-4 and ADAMTS-5) which regulate the metabolism of cartilage extracellular matrix.Meanwhile,we have summarized the structure of aggrecanases(ADAMTS-4 and ADAMTS-5) and introduced the function of each regional structure;(2) We have concluded the way cytokines and glycosaminoglycans regulate the metabolism of aggrecanases, and discussed the regulation and control principle of cytokines and glycosaminoglycan;(3) We have summarized the majority of inhibitors to the aggrecanases, introduced the endogenic inhibitors, and put our emphasis on the extrinsic inhibitors(chelating agents, polypeptides and so on).Through deeper research on the enzymes,it will help us further understand the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, and open up new avenues to clinical treatment.Abstract:SUMM ARY Osteoarthritis is mainly caused by the degenerative changes of cartilage and cartilage extra-cellular matrix, while Aggrecanases degradate Proteoglycanswhich are the major components of cartilage. This review includes three aspects:(1) W e have concluded the major enzymes(ADAMTS-4 and ADAMTS-5) which regulate the metabolism of cartilage extracellular matrix.Meanwhile,we have sum-marized the structure of aggrecanases(ADAMTS-4 and ADAMTS-5) and introduced the function of each regional structure;(2) W e have concluded the way cytokines and glycosam inoglycans regulate the metab-olism of aggrecanases, and d iscussed the regulation and control principle of cytokines and glycosam inogly-can;(3) W e have summarized the majority of inhibitors to the aggrecanases, introduced the endogenic inhibitors, and put our emphasis on the extrinsic inhibitors(chelating agents, polypeptides and so on).Through deeper research on the enzymes,it will help us further understand the pathogenesis of osteoar-thritis,and open up new avenues to clinical treatment.

Objective To study the relationship between viral infection and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and the effect of viral infections on the changes of Th1/Th2 in COPD patients. Methods The se-ra from 81 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD,25 patients with stable COPD and 22 healthy subjects were tested for specific IgM of respiratary syncytial virus(RSV) ,herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1), parainfluenza vi-rus (PIV), adenovirus (ADV) and cytomegalovirus (CMV) by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Supernatant INF-γ and IL-4 cultured with PHA were determined. Results The positive rates of IgM in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD compared with those in patients with stable COPD and healthy subjects were significantly different(P <0.001 ). The level of INF-γ, and IL-4 in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD and stable COPD compared with normal control group;the level of INF-γ (242±43) and the of IL-4(42±9) in pa-tients with acute exacerbations of COPD was not significantly different as compared with the level of INF-γ( 198±32) and the level of IL-4(56±11 ) in patients with stable COPD (P<0.05), but the level of INF-γ was increased (90±18)and IL-4 was decreased (141±24) in control group (P<0.05). Compared with those in IgM negative group, the levels of INF-γ were significantly higher and the levels of IL-4 were significantly lowerIL-4 in lgM positive group( P<0.01 ). Conclusion Virus infection is a rather important factor in acute exacerbations of COPD, and COPD is characterized by a predominance of Th1-type response, and there is more significant Th1 response predomi-nance in COPD with virus infection.

Objective To compare anatomically the potential incidences of injury to the nerve roots of ventral and dorsal rami caused by the transarticular screws and Magerl lateral mass screws in the fixation of subaxial cervical spine. Methods Fixations with the transarticular screws and Magerl lateral mass screws were performed in this study. For each kind of fixation,20 screws were inserted from C3 to C7 in two specimens.A 20-ram long screw was used to over-penetrate the ventral cortex. The anterolateral aspect of the cervical spine was carefully dissected to allow ob- servation of the screw-ramus relationship. Results The overall percentage of nerve violation was significantly lower in the transarticular screw fixation(45%)than in the Magerl lateral mass screw fixation(90%).The difference was sta- tistically significant between the two fixation methods(P<0.05).The greatest percentages of nerve violation caused by the transarticular screws and lateral mass screws were found at the dorsal ramus,25% and 45%,respectively. Conclusion The potential risk of nerve root violation caused by the transarticular screw technique is lower than that by the Magerl lateral mass screw technique in the lower cervical spine.

Fuzheng Huayu prescription is developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has the functions of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, nourishing essence, and tonifying the liver, and it is an effective empirical prescription for the treatment of chronic liver diseases including chronic viral hepatitis, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer. This prescription has been used in clinical practice for many years and has a marked clinical effect in alleviating clinical symptoms and improving liver fibrosis and complications. In recent years, many scholars have conducted in-depth studies on the clinical effect and mechanism of action of Fuzheng Huayu prescription in the treatment of chronic liver diseases and achieved satisfactory results. This article summarizes related research findings in order to provide a reference for subsequent studies.

December 2019 witnessed the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan and spread of the epidemic across the country. As a provincial designated hospital for critical patients, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University responded rapidly since then by advocating the four-concentration principles, namely " concentrating patients, experts, resources and treatment" . In its rescue of critical patients, the hospital formulated comprehensive emergency plans, optimized hospital-wide resources, effectively arranged rescue spacing, established medical echelons, and implemented multi-disciplinary strategy. These efforts ensured efficient rescue and treatment, achieving a cure rate up to 98.7% of such patients, with no deaths.
