Methods : Sixty-three cases (aged 56~78, 61.9 years on average) with HCH were randomly divided into three groups: (CD+Deproteinized Calf-blood Extractives (DCE) group and Reptilase+DCE group as the treated groups, DCE group as the control group) to observe the outcome of the clinical treatment, hematoma absorbability and changes of ADP-platelet agglutination rate (Pag) and prothrombin time (PT). Results : The rate of the good result (GR) and moderate disability (MD) in CD group was 83.34% with the method of Glasgow outcome score (GOS), others were 47.61% and 61.11% ,respectively. they have significant difference, P

Currently ,EphB receptor has been demonstrated as an important factor on the biological be -havior of normal cells .Some studies found that it plays an important role in the regulation of normal cell morpholo -gy,cell adhesion ,migration and angiogenesis .There is a certain relationship between abnormal expression of EphB receptor with a variety of tumor development .Visiblely,EphB receptor is important research direction in cancer studies, understanding the relationship between EphB receptor and tumor can better realize the progress of the tumor, and further to provide more scientific basis for cancer treatment and prevention .

Objective To compare the scale of the spinal bones removed by microendoscopic discectomy (MED) and interlaminal fenestration approach discectomy (IFAD),and their postoperative influence on the lumber degeneration in patients with lumber disc herniation. Methods Totally 76 cases of MED and 80 cases of IFAD were enrolled in this study. The scale of the spinal bones resected were compared by measuring the width and height of the bone window,as well as the percentages of the removed superior and inferior articular processes by using X-ray.To compare the efficacy of the two procedures,Nakai criteria was employed. The height and angle of intervertebral space and intervertebral displacement were detected preoperation, and then were followed up after the surgery. Results Both the width and height of the bone window and the percentages of the removed superior and inferior articular processes of the MED group was significantly less than those in the IFAD group (P=0.000);whereas,no marked difference was found in the scale of disc removal between the two group[(1.75?0.58) g vs (1.95?0.77)g,t=-1.825,P=0.070].The outcomes of the two group was similar, the rate of excellent and good outcomes of the MED and IFAD groups were 86.8% and 88.8%, respectively (Z=-0.184,P=0.854).In the MED group, the intervertebral space was reduced by 30%?18%,which were similar to that in the IFAD group 34%?15%(t=-1.246,P=0.215);3 cases of the MED group and 5 of the IFAD group had intervertebral instability after the surgery (x~2=0.425,P=0.515).Conclusions Both MED and IFAD are effective for lumbar disc herniation. However,MED shoud be the first choice for the disease, because the procedure causes less trauma.

Objective To analyze the disorder status of calcium-phosphorus metablism in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Serum calcium, serum phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus product and PTH were detected in 70 patients with maintenance hemodialysis ,and compared with the indicators of K/DOQI guidelines. Results There were 36 cases over 50 years age and 34 cases less than 50 years age in 70 cases, and there were no significant differences in serum calcium, serum phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus product and PTH between two groups (P >0.05). The longer the dialysis, the more obvious changes of serum phosphorus and PTH levels, and there were significant differences(P <0.05). In 70 cases ,46 cases(65. 7%) serum calcium,34 cases(48.6%) serum phosphorus ,40 cases(57. 1%) calcium and phosphorus product,28 cases(40%) PTH met the requirement of K/DOQI guidelines, only 18 cases (25.7%) of all indicators reached the K/DOQI requirements. Conclusion The calcium-phosphorus metablism in most hemodialytic patients still cannot reach the K/DOQI guidelines.

Objective By comparing the effects of different combined therapy,to explore the best therapy in prevention of intrauterine adhesions (IUA)after Transcervical resection of adhesions (TCRA).Methods Eighty patents with serious or moderate IUA were randomly divided into four groups.Group A:Artificial cycle combined with ball pouch, sodium hyaluronate gel.Group B:artificial cycle combined with intrauterine device(IUD),sodium hyalur-onate gel.Group C:large doses of estrogen drugs combined with ball pouch, sodium hyaluronate gel.Group D:large doses of estrogen drugs combined with IUD,sodium hyaluronate gel.Postoperative patients of TCRA were treated by the four therapies respectively for three months. All patients came back for hysteroscopy in one month and three months after operation. Results Following -up period was 6 -12 months. After three months treatment, the total endometrial cavity cure rate was 21.3%(17 /80),the total effective rate was 67.5%(54 /80).The cure rate of group C was 45.0%,which was obviously higher than those of the other three groups, the differences were statistically insig-nificant(group C vs.group A,χ2 =4.29,P <0.05;group C vs.group B,χ2 =6.14,P <0.05;group C vs.group D,χ2 =4.27,P <0.05).After three months treatment, the endometrial thickness were measured during ovulatory period. The thickness of group C was obviously thicker than those of the other three groups, the differences were statistically insignificant(group C vs.group A,t =10.28,P <0.01;group C vs.group B,t =12.80,P <0.01;group C vs.group D,t =5.02,P <0.01).Five months after the operation,in the aspect of menstrual blood volume, the total cure rate was 23.8%(19 /80),the total effective rate was 71.3%(57 /80).And the cure rate of group C was 45.0%,which was obviously higher than those of the other three groups, the differences were statistically insignificant(group C vs. group A,χ2 =4.29,P <0.05;group C vs.group B,χ2 =6.28,P <0.05;group C vs.group D,χ2 =4.27,P <0.05).Conclusion The therapy of large doses of estrogen drugs combined with ball pouch and sodium hyaluronategel can significantly improve the prognosis of serious or moderateIUA,and better than other combined therapies.

Femoral neck fractures in pediatric fractures account for less than 1% which is very rare, and its mechanism is commonly caused by high-energy trauma. If children with femoral neck fracture cannot receive timely and effective treatment, they are at high risk of avascular necrosis of the femoral head (AVN), coxa vara, bone nonunion, premature physeal closure, leg length discrepancy and other complications. Surgical treatment is currently preferred over conservative treatment, which has a higher complication rate. Among them, AVN is one of the most common and the most difficult complications to manage. So far, no effective treatment measures and reliable predictors have been reported, and the related factors affecting the occurrence of AVN have also been controversial. Once femoral head necrosis occurs in children, the prognosis is not ideal due to the lack of appropriate treatment methods. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress on the related factors of AVN after femoral neck fracture in children based on the literature reports in the past decade.

Methods: Animal models of heart failure were induced by subcutaneous injection of a large dose of ISO, and were randomly divided into model group, Shenmai injection group, captopril group, high, middle and low dosages of Heyinganxin Fang group and normal group with 9 in each group. To determine the indexes of LVSP, LVEDP, +dp/dtmax ,-dp/dtmax and heart weight, and determine Ca2+ concentration in cardiomyocytes by ow cytometer. Results: Compared with normal group, the indexes of heart weight, Ca2+ concentration and LVEDP in model group increased, but indexes of LVSP, +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax decreased obviously(P
