Objective To evaluate the effeciency and safety of the implantation of phakic iris-fixated intraocular lens for high myopia. Methods 12 cases(18 eyes)with the mean spherieal equivalent refraction was(-15.12?5.23)diopters of myopia, following up 3~6 months after surgery(averaging 5.1 months)were enrolled.Visual acuity, intraocular pressure, contrast sensitivity, glare sensitivity, corneal endothelium and the stable of intraocular lens and the turbid level of lens were observed. Results A postoperation uncorrected visual acuity of(0.73?0.21)was observed in 18 eyes at 6 months. There was significant difference as compared with preoperation corrected visual acuity of(0.52?0.17)(P

OBJECTIVETo observe the segregation of sex chromosomes in the spermatozoa of a 46, XY/47, XXY patient with oligozoospermia.
METHODSThe number of X and Y chromosomes of the ejaculated spermatozoa from the patient with mosaic 46, XY/47, XXY was analysed by X/Y dual fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH).
RESULTSOf the 100 spermatozoa analysed, 97 showed either one X chromosome-specific green signal or one Y-chromosome-specific red Y signal in each spermatozoon and only 3 showed no signal. The frequencies of X- and Y-bearing spermatozoa were 49% and 48% respectively. The ratio of X- to Y-bearing spermatozoa was about 1:1 as expected. There was no statistical difference between the chromosome XX and XY frequencies in each spermatozoon from the patient in comparison with those estimated in the control.
CONCLUSIONThe spermatozoa of 46, XX/47, XXY mosaic patients have a normal gonosomal complement, which allows infertility treatment to be carried out by ICSI.

The facultative anaerobic and strict anaerobic microorganisms enriched and acclimated during the anaerobic digestion process are crucial for the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion system. Most of the problems encountered during running anaerobic digestion processes could be effectively improved via stimulation of microbial metabolic activity. Benefited from the rapid development of microbiome techniques, deeper insights into the microbial diversity in anaerobic digestion systems, e.g. the microbe-microbe interactions and microbe-environment interactions, have been gained. A complex and intricate metabolic network exists in the anaerobic digestion system of solid organic wastes. However, little is known about these interactions and the underlying mechanisms. This review briefly summarized the representative interactions between microbial communities during anaerobic digestion process discovered to date. In addition, typical issues encountered during the anaerobic digestion of solid organic wastes and how microbes can tackle and alleviate these issues were discussed. Finally, future priorities on microbiome research were proposed based on present contribution of microbiome analysis in anaerobic digestion system.
