Objective To explore the clinical effect and adverse effects of tiggio combined with oxaliplatin on the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, 88 cases with advanced gastric cancer were selected as the samples in Yangling demonstration zone hospital. All the patients were randomly divided into the control group (n = 44) and the observation group (n = 44). The control group and the observation group were treated with tiggio and tiggio combined with oxaliplatin respectively, and the clinical effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared. Results The total effect in the observation group was 91.0％, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.0％), (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 27.3％, while in the observation group was 9.1％ the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, the clinical effect is significant, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, high security, worthy of promotion.

OBJECTIVE:To domminate the quality of Xinning capsule,the contents of Puerarin in Xinning capsule was determined by HPLC.METHOD:Puerarin was separated on Spherisorb C18 column and detected at 250nm,by using methanol-water-phosphoric acid (280∶720∶0.15)as mobile phase.RESULTS:The resolution was greater than 1. The number of theoretical plates calculaled for Puerarin peak was 8310;The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.2～2μg with the correllation coefficient 0.9999.The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD=2.47%(n=7).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and fast,and can be used for quantitative analysis of Xinning capsule.

OBJECTIVE:To domminate the quality of Fushuye,the contents of baicalin in Fushuye was determined by HPLC.METHOD:Baicalin was separated on Spherisorb C18 column and detected at 278 nm,by using methanol-4g.L-1 phosphoric acid (50∶50) as mobile phase.RESULTS:The resolution was 4.5.The number of theoretical plates calculaled for baicalin peak was 3800.The standard curve was linear over the range of 20 ng～900ng,with the correlation coefficient 0.999 9.The average recovery was 99.88% with RSD=1.54%(n=5). CONCLUSION:The method is simple and fast,and can be used for quantitative analysis of Fushuye.

Objective To investigate the role of interferon ?on smooth muscle cells proliferation and migration after balloon injury. Methods Animal model of rabbit iliac artery balloon injury was set up, smooth muscle cells derived from injured artery were cultured. Smooth muscle cells were divided into four groups ( control, TGF ? 1, IFN ?, TGF ? 1 and IFN ?).Cells from each group were treated with medium or TGF ? 1 (10 ng/ml) and/or IFN ?(500 u/ml) for 72 h separately. Smooth muscle cell proliferation was determined by cell count and MTT, migration of smooth muscle cells was also detected. Matrix metalloproteinase 2 was also detected by zymography. Objective To explore the role of serotonin(5-HT) in obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) and the difference in platelet 5-HT content between OCD and healthy controls, the obsession and the compulsion subgroup. Methods The concentration of serotonin (5-HT) in twenty-seven patients with OCD and twenty-seven patients without OCD were detected in the study. Results Platelet serotonin level in patients with OCD ( ( 139 ±172 ) μg/L) was lower than that in patients without OCD ( ( 248 ± 215 ) μg/L), and the differences were significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The present results support the hypothesis that 5-HT hypofunctionality contribute to OCD. And the differences between the obsession and the compulsion subgroup in the role of 5-HT are significant.

AIM: To study pattern recognition of the fingerprint of Polygonum orientale from Guizhou Province. METHODS: 20 batches of samples,Polygonum orientale,come from different producing areas and harvest time were carried out to gain fingerprints by HPLC-DAD,as compared with retention time and ultraviolet spectra of standard substances.The pattern recognition of the characteristic fingerprint of Polygonum orientale,known as cluster analysis and principal component analysis,formed. RESULTS: The fingerprint of 20 batches of Polygonum orientale showed 12 characteristic peaks,in which 9 common peaks were confirmed.the samples were grouped into 3 types of harvest time. CONCLUSION: The quality of Polygonum orientale in Guizhou Province is stable,the pattern recognition of the fingerprint provides the experimental basis for manufacture and quality control of Polygonum orientale.

To study on the phylogenetic characterization of the VP1 genes of coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16) causing hand-food-mouth disease (HFMD) isolated from Anhui province in 2014. A total of 413 throat swab specimens from HFMD patients were collected during January to November, 2014 for the isolation and identification of enteroviruses using real-time RT-PCR assays. The VP1 regions of CVA16 isolates were amplified using RT-PCR and sequenced. And the phylogenetic tree was constructed among the VP1 regions of those isolates, the different genotypes and sub-genotypes of CVA16 strains. A total of 97 enteroviruses were isolated from 413 samples, the positive rate was 23.49% (97/413), including seventeen CVA16, seventy six HEV71 and four other enteroviruses. The results of the phylogenetic tree showed that 17.CVA16 strains isolated from Anhui in 2014 clustered within B1b evolution branch of B1 genotype. The nucleotide and amino acid sequence identities were 95.30%-100% and 98.70%-100% among the isolates, respectively, but within B1b branch of 17 strains formed several small transmission chains. The nucleotide acid of 17 CVA16 isolates in Anhui province were closed to the strains isolated from Yunnan, Hunan, Guangdong, Tibet and Jiangsu, especially from Hunan in 2013 and from Shenzhen of Guangdong in 2014, the identity were 96.40%-99.70%. The CVA16 strains isolated from Anhui in 2014 were all belong to genetic subtype B1b of B1 genotype was dominant, and among those isolates, several small virus transmission chains had formed with co-circulating and evolution.

Objective To compare the compression properties of articular cartilage and polyinyl alcohol hydro-gel(PVA-H)as artificial carlage.Method Unconfined compression tests were conducted on articular card-lage and PVA-H,including stress-strain tests,creep tests and stress relaxation tests.The stress-strain rela-tionship of articular cartilage and PVA-H were measured.Result The compression modulus of articular card-lage was higher than that of PVA hydrogel.The average compression modulus of articular cartilage and PVA hydrogel was(3.6492±0.6199)Mpa and(1.5951±0.1469)Mpa,respectively.Condusions The experimental results revealed the differences existed between articular cartilage and PVA-H and this would be useful to fur-ther improve the mechanical properties of artificial cartilage.

Aim To investigate the effects of new derivatives of 1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione on angiogenesis in chick chorioallantoic membranes(CAM). Methods The blood vessels of CAM were calculated to determine the antiangiogenic effects of different new compounds. Results Among the 18 new derivatives of 1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione , compound 1,2,3,4,11 and 13 showed significant inhibition on angiogenesis of CAM.Conculsion The 6 new derivatives of 1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione screened out in this experiment may be novel angiogenesis inhibitors.

Aims To establish a UPLC-MS/MS meth-od for the determination of plasma concentration of scutellarein and its metabolite and to study their phar-macokinetics in rat plasma. Methods The analysis was achieved by BEH C18 column with a mobile phase composed of 0 . 1 % formic acid in acetonitrile and 0 . 1% aqueous formic acid using step gradient elution. A TQD tandem mass spectrometry equipped with electros-pray ionization source was used as detector and opera-ted by multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) positive ion mode. After intravenous injection of scutellarein, the concentrations of scutellarein and its major metabolite glucuronide scutellarin in rat plasma were determined at different time points. The pharmacokinetic parame-ters were calculated by DAS 2. 0 software. Results Good linearity was achieved for scutellarein, the ex-traction recovery was between 80 . 5 % to 90 . 5 %, the precisions and accuracy were good. The result showed the pharmacokinetic profiles of scutellarein and glucu-ronide scutellarin both fit to the two-compartment mod-el. Conclusion The above mentioned method is spe-cific, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the pharmacoki-netic studies of scutellarein and its metabolite.
