1.Clinical analysis of 48 children with mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,to facilitate clinical diagnosis and improve treatment.Methods A retrospective study was performed,and the data of 48 treated cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were analyzed.Results There were 32 males and 16 females, with male to female ratio of 2:1.Less than 1 year age reported 7 cases,accounted for 14%;1 -3 years,19 cases, accounted for 40%;>3-7 years 18 cases,accounted for 38%;and>7 to 10 years,4 cases,accounted for 8%.The youngest patient was 2 months and 10 days old,while the maximum age of patient reported was 9 years.Conclusion Highest prevalence of mycoplasma pneumonia was in 1 to 7 years age group children.Clinical manifestations were fever,cough and wheezing.Use of azithromycin,erythromycin or combination therapy all achieved good outcome.
2.Analysis of the levels of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D in autumn and winter among children of Shenmu city,Shaanxi province

Objective To investigate the levels of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D in autumn and winter among children of Shenmu city,Shaanxi province,and to provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of rickets in this area.Methods From June 2016 to December 2016,a total of 277 children in the children's health clinic were sleceted.The morning fasting blood was extracted and serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Among the 277 cases,there were 181 males and 96 females,including 163 infants(58.8%),75 toddlers(27.1%),24 preschool children(8.7%) and 15 school-going children(5.4%).The median (interquartile range) of serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D was 33.21 (14.93)nmol/L.Among all children,4.3% had severe vitamin D deficiency,15.9% had moderate deficiency,57.0% had mild deficiency,7.9% had insufficient vitamin D levels,11.9% had suitable vitamin D levels,while 2.9% had excess of vitamin D.There was no statistically significant difference in the level of 25-hydroxyl vitamin D between different age groups(H =10.133,P >0.05),and different gender groups(Z =0.712,1.094,0.476,0.000,all P >0.05).The levels of serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D in serum extracted in autumn were higher than those extracted in winter(75.96% vs.90.75%,x2 =11.27,P <0.05).Conclusion There is significant deficiency of serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D in Shenmu children,which significantly increased in winter.The outdoor activities should be strengthened and the vitamin D should be timely supplemented to prevent the occurrence of rickets.
3.Analysis of Mmultiple Viral Antigens in Pediatric Patients Detection Result by Direct Immunofluorescence Method

Purpose] To detect respiratory virus antigen by direct immunofluorescence method and provide evidence for early diagnosis of children with viral infection of the respiratory tract disease.[Methods] Select 398 cases of respiratory tract infection in hospitalized children, pharynx in exfoliated cells in respiratory syncytial virus by direct immunofluorescence(RSV), adenovirus(ADV), influenza virus type A(IFVA),influenza virus type B(IFVB), parainfluenza virus type 1(PIV1), parainfluenza virus type 2(PIV2) and parainflue-Nza virus type 3(PIV3) of 7 common viral antigens were detected, and carried on statistics analysis.[Results] In 398 cases of children with respiratory tract infection, 91 cases were positive, the positive rate was 22.86%. The highest for respiratory syncytial virus in 37 cases(40.66%) followed by parainfluenza virus type 3 in 19 cases(20.88%), influenza virus type B in 14 cases(15.38%); The positive rates of acute tonsillitis, capillary bronchitis, pneumonia, acute bronchitis and upper respiratory were 46.67%(14/30),40.00%(20/50), 26.67%(40/150), 18.42%(7/38), 7.69%(10/130) respectively; With the growth of age, the respiratory tract virus infection rate gradually decreased(P<0.05), one year old the viral infection rate was 76.92%;it occurred in the winter season of respiratory tract infection in children .[Conclusion] The main virus in children with acute respiratory infection in the local area is RSV. Virus infection decreases with the increase of age, treatment should be careful in the use of antibiotics.
4.Effects of new derivatives of 1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione on angiogenesis in chick chorioallantoic membranes

Aim To investigate the effects of new derivatives of 1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione on angiogenesis in chick chorioallantoic membranes(CAM). Methods The blood vessels of CAM were calculated to determine the antiangiogenic effects of different new compounds. Results Among the 18 new derivatives of 1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione , compound 1,2,3,4,11 and 13 showed significant inhibition on angiogenesis of CAM.Conculsion The 6 new derivatives of 1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione screened out in this experiment may be novel angiogenesis inhibitors.
5.The cDNA cloning of human granulysin Mr 15000 and Mr 9000 active segments from CTL activated by allogenic antigen

Objective; To clone, sequence and analyze the coding sequences of the Mr 15000 and Mr 9000 active segments of natural granulysin derived from human CTLs activated by allogenic antigen ,in order to establish the basis for further purifying and investigating the immune - impairing mechanism of granulysin. Methods; The coding sequences of the Mr 15000 and Mr 9000 granulysin gene were amplified from the total RNA of activated CTLs of healthy person after reverse transcription by Nested - PCR, inserted into pET32a ( + ) vectors and then transformed into E. Coli TOP10, respectively. The recons were identified by PCR, endonuclease digestion and sequencing. Results: The whole coding sequences of the Mr 15000 and Mr 9000 active segments were successfully cloned as expected. The accurate pET32a - Mr 15000 and pET32a - Mr 9000 recons were obtained through Colony - PCR, endonuclease digestion and sequencing. There lied polymorphism on the 119 th amino acid of the product encoded by GLS gene. Conclusion; The coding sequences of the Mr 15000 and Mr 9000 active segments of human granulysin can be obtained and cloned by the methods mentioned above and can be used for subsequent research.
6.Development and application vehicle-mounted wireless tele-consultation system

The vehicle-mounted wireless tele-consultation system involves computer network technology, satellite communication technology and multimedia video technique in, which is composed of GPS, vehicle -mounted satellite communication sub-system, automatic satellite-tracking sub-system and computer control system. The system can be applied to medical command, operation tele-instruction, tele-education, tele -consultation, uploading medical service data and searching electronic medical information,and thus the field medical treatment and medical service are both improved. This paper introduces such aspects of the system as its principle, components, functions and application to medical service support.
7.Pharmacokinetic studies of scutellarein and glucuronide scutellarin in rats

Aims To establish a UPLC-MS/MS meth-od for the determination of plasma concentration of scutellarein and its metabolite and to study their phar-macokinetics in rat plasma. Methods The analysis was achieved by BEH C18 column with a mobile phase composed of 0 . 1 % formic acid in acetonitrile and 0 . 1% aqueous formic acid using step gradient elution. A TQD tandem mass spectrometry equipped with electros-pray ionization source was used as detector and opera-ted by multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) positive ion mode. After intravenous injection of scutellarein, the concentrations of scutellarein and its major metabolite glucuronide scutellarin in rat plasma were determined at different time points. The pharmacokinetic parame-ters were calculated by DAS 2. 0 software. Results Good linearity was achieved for scutellarein, the ex-traction recovery was between 80 . 5 % to 90 . 5 %, the precisions and accuracy were good. The result showed the pharmacokinetic profiles of scutellarein and glucu-ronide scutellarin both fit to the two-compartment mod-el. Conclusion The above mentioned method is spe-cific, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the pharmacoki-netic studies of scutellarein and its metabolite.
8.Effect of salmeterol/fluticasone (SM/FP) on inflammatory factors in children with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of salmeterol/fluticasone (SM/FP) on serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 80 children with bronchial asthma from January 2015 to October 2015 in department of pediatrics of first affiliated hospital of Zhejiang Chinese medicine university were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given routine clinical treatment, the experimental group were treated on the basis of the control group with salmeterol/fluticasone (SM/FP), for 4 weeks.The serum IL-2, IL-4, IFN-α, T-lymphocyte subsets and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group, the serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin experimental group were higher, IL-4 in experimental group was lower ( P <0.05 ); the serum CD3 +T, CD4 +T and CD4 +T /CD8 +T levels in experimental group were higher, the serum CD8 +T was lower than those in control group (P<0.05); the total efficiency of the experimental group (92.5%) was significantly higher than that of control group (75.0%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The salmeterol/fluticasone (SM/FP) has the good efficacy in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children, which could effectively regulate T lymphocyte subsets proportion and the level of cytokines.
9.Toxicology and tissue distribution of Ruthenium (II) CO-releasing molecules and its interaction with endogenous substances.

Carbon monoxide has been proved to be an important signal molecule in body. Transition metal carbonyl compounds are solidified form of carbon monoxide. Numerous studies have shown that Ruthenium carbonyl carbon monoxide releasing molecules have a strong pharmacological activity. In this paper, five Ruthenium (II) carbonyl CORMs 1-5 were synthesized and their toxicology, tissue distribution and interaction with blood endogenous substances were investigated. The results showed CORMs' IC50 to fibroblasts are ranged from 212.9 to 2089.2 micromol x L(-1). Their oral LD50 to mouse is between 800 to 1600 mg x kg(-1). After repeated administration, CORMs 1 and CORMs 5 haven't shown an obvious influence to rats' liver and kidney function, but caused the injury to liver and kidney cells. The in vivo distribution result revealed the majority of CORMs were distributed in blood, liver and kidney, only a small part of CORMs distributed in lung, heart and spleen. They could scarcely cross the blood-brain barrier and distribute to brain. The non-CO ligands in structure have an obvious relevance to their in vivo absorption and distribution. Interestingly, CORMs could enhance the fluorescence of bovine serum albumin, and this enhancement was in direct proportion with the concentration of CORMs. Under different conditions, interaction of CORMs with glutathione got different type of products, one is Ruthenium (II) tricarbonyl complexes, and Ruthenium (II) dicarbonyl complexes.
10.Prognosis of combined liver-kidney transplantation

Objective To analyze the curative effects and survival results of combined liver kidney transplantation (CLKT).Methods From 2002 to 2011,the clinical data of 36 Chinese patients who underwent CLKT were retrospectively analyzed in our centre.The age of recipients was 47.4 ±13.1 years.Four patients had undergone liver transplantation and 7 patients kidney transplantations before CLKT, respectively. The complications and the survival were analyzed. Results The survival patients were followed up for 47.9 months (29.1 - 115.7).The cumulative 1-,3 and 5-year patient survival rate was 88.7%,85.4% and 81.4%; The 1,3- and 5-year survival rate of liver graft was 79.8%,76.3% and 72.3%; The 1-,3- and 5 year survival rate of kidney graft was 85.7%,82.4% and 78.2%.Three patients underwent liver re-transplantation due to severe biliary complications,and one patient kidney re-transplantation due to renal allograft dysfunction.Conclusion CLKT is a effective treatment for end-stage liver disease with renal insufficiency and achieves excellent results.
