Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective:To explore psychosocial factors of depressed elderly patients. Methods:33 elderly people with the first episode of depression diagnosed according to CCMD-3, and elderly healthy people were investigated with EPQ, SSRS (social support rating scale), LES (life event scale) and MMSE (mini mental state examination). Results:The rates of psychiatric family history, somatic diseases, risk factors for vascular disease and long-term difficulties were significantly higher in the depressive group than in control group. The score of MMSE was significantly lower in depressive group than in control group. The scores of negative life events and problems in social intercourse were significantly higher in depressive group than in control group. There were lower score of social support and its utility in the depressive group than in control group. The score of neuroticism was significantly higher in the depressive group. Most depressive elderly patients had the personality of neuroticism. Conclusion:Chronic stress, high neuroticism and severe cognitive impairment are important risk factors for depression in late life.[

Objective To evaluate the effect of an equivalent uiform dose optimization (EUD) based optimization algorithm in sparing the organ at risk (OAR) of tumor treated with intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT).Methods 10 patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC),10 patients of esophagus cancer,6 patients of rectum cancer were randomly selected from all patients received IMRT treatment. Then physical optimization constraints (dose/dose-volume constraints) were designed as EUD optimization, while the physical objectives for targets and other OAR were unchanged. Results There was statistically significant difference in protecting OAR in 8 NPC patients of PLANED group compared with those of PLANNO_EuD group (t values were 2.590,2.352,3.656,2.148,2.283,3.683,2.192,2.353,2.146,2.276,2.126,P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in protecting OAR in 10 cases of esophageal cancer between PLANEUD group and PLANNO_EUD group (t value were 0.408,0.427,0.920,P > 0.05).There was statistically significant difference in protecting OAR in 6 cases of rectum cancer of PLANED group compared with those of PLANNO_EUD group (t values were 2.332,2.693,2.279,2.244,P < 0.05).Conclusion EUD optimization can reduce the doses to OAR which may be quite helpful to reduce the occurrence rate of OAR complications.

Objective To study the Effect of Liuwei anxiao capsules combined with omeprazole for the gastric electrical parameters and gastrointestinal motility related indexes of patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 86 patients with functional dyspepsia in our hospital from December 2014 to July 2016 were selected, and all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group, the control group were treated with omeprazole, the observation group were treated with Liuwei anxiao capsules on the basis of the control group, then the total effective rates of different symptoms, signs, gastric electrical parameters and gastrointestinal motility related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of observation group with abdominal pain, abdominal distension, early satiety and belching were all higher than those of control group (P<0.05).3,7 and 14 days after treatment, compared with the pre-treatment, the difference of gastric electrical parameters between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),the ratio of normal slow rhythm rhythm, main electrogastric power and electrogastric frequency in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05),the percentage of bradycardia was lower than that in control group (P<0.05);there were significant differences in the indexes of gastrointestinal motility between the two groups before treatment (P<0.05),the level of MTL before and after meals was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the levels of SS before and after meals were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liuwei anxiao capsules combined with omeprazole in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in patients with significant effect, can significantly improve the patient's gastric electrical parameters and gastrointestinal motility related indicators, and improve the clinical symptoms.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(6):737-740
Objective:To explore the inflammatory responses of macrophages treated with Helicobacter pylori. Methods:Cytokines IL-23,IL-10,TNF-α and IL-8 in cell culture supernatant of macrophages stimulated with Helicobacter pylori were determined by ELISA kits, and the expression of intracellular proteins NOS2 and COX2 in Helicobacter pylori treated macrophages was analyzed by Western blot. Then, the apoptosis of Helicobacter pylori stimulated macrophages was detected by flow cytometry. Results:The secretion of cytokines IL-23,IL-10,TNF-α and IL-8 in the culture supernatant of Helicobacter pylori treated macrophages increased significantly (P<0. 05),and the expression of NOS2 and COX2 was enhanced evidently(P<0. 05). Meanwhile, helicobacter pylori could induce the apoptosis of macrophages obviously ( P<0. 03 ) . Conclusion: The inflammatory responses of macrophages treated with Helicobacter pylori would be promoted to inhibit or kill Helicobacter pylori, furthermore,Helicobacter pylori could induce the apotosis of macropha-ges.

BACKGROUND:Open reduction and Kirschner wire tension band technique has been a traditional surgical method for the treatment of patela fracture. However, there stil exist some complications such as Kirschner wire slippage and breakage. Cable-Pin system is a new fixation device. A series of good clinical results has been achieved in patients with patela fracture using this fixation device through a minimaly invasive way. OBJECTIVE:To compare and investigate the clinical results of minimaly invasive fixation with Cable-Pin system and Kirschner wire tension band technique for patela fracture and the complications. METHODS:Eighty patients with radiology-confirmed transverse displacement of patela participated in this trial, and were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients underwent a minimaly invasive technique and the others had conventional open surgery using Kirschner wire. At postoperative intervals of 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months, pain was measured by Visual Analogue Scale scores, range of motion was measured by goniometry, and knee function was evaluated using the Bostman clinical grading scale. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Easement of pain was better in the minimaly invasive surgery group than in the control group at 1 and 3 months after treatment (P < 0.05). Above dominance disappeared at 6 months after treatment. At 3-24 months, the knee flexion training was faster and flexion angle was greater in the minimaly invasive surgery group, and results were significantly better than in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of discomfort fixation-induced complications was lower in the minimaly invasive surgery group than in the conventional open surgery group (P < 0.05). These data confirm that after minimaly invasive fixation with Cable-Pin system, pain was noticeably lessened, range of motion of affected knee was great, the recovery of knee function was better, the incidence of complications was reduced, and the repair effect was better than the conventional Kirschner wire fixation.
