Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
This paper reports the treatment of 65 cases with Verruca Acuminate, 35 cases with the fulguration while 30 cases with the combined fulguration with injection poly i:c and both were compared. The results showed that the cure rate of the fulguration group was 68.6%, and that of the combined therapy group was 96,5%. The cure rate of the latter group revealed higher (P

Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(08):-
The treatment for endometrial cancer refers to surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Some disputable issues in the treatment are existing.Based on the recent clinical trial results, the choice of surgical modality, the role of lymphadenectomy, radiation and chemotherapy are present and discussed in this article.
3.The innovations of surgical treatment for cervical cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2008;20(6):363-365
In recent years, many surgical innovations have been made from cervical cancer, such as trachelectomy, laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and surgery for advanced or recurrent cervical cancer, etc. The surgical innovations improve treatment effects, as well as postoperative quality of life.
4.Roles of vascular endothelial growth factor and insulin-like growth factor-1 in retinopathy of prematurity
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(6):590-593
Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP)occurs in the premature infant especially very low birth weight infants. It is an important reason which cause vision loss in children. The main pathological feature of ROP is retinal neovascularization.Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) play a vital role in neovascularization by controlling the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells. In recent years many clinical studies have shown that intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF and increasing serum IGF-1 level of premature infants in early time is an effective method to prevent ROP.This article, according to the background of domestic and foreign relevant researches, reviews roles of VEGF and IGF-1 in ROP.
5.Targeted therapy in the present status and prospect of ovarian cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(9):577-580
Despite multimodel chemotherapy after successful surgical cytoreduction for ovarian cancer, disease recurrence continues to be problematic. Therefore, exploring new treatment strategy has already become urgent matter of the moment. Biological targeted therapies have been studied to overcome chemotherapy resistance. The most promising one at this time is bevacizumab. Results from phase Ⅱ and phase Ⅲ trials were excited.Deeper understanding of biologic pathway in ovarian cancer, and more biologic targets undergoing clinical trial will develop a new world for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
6.Protective effect of Grape seed proanthocyanidin on learning disabilities in a rat model with radiation brain injury
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2016;(2):128-133
Objective To observe the protective effect of grape seed proanthocyanidin extract ( GSPE) on learning disabilities after radiation injury brain in rats. Methods 120 male Wistar rats were divided into control group, model group, high and low dose GSPE groups. The radiation injury brain models were established using a method of linear accelerator irradiation in 22 Gy.The morphological changes of neu-rons in hippocampus were observed with HE staining; the expression of phosphorylated extracellular signal regulated kinase 1/2 ( ERK1/2) and growth associated protein-43( GAP-43) were detected by immunohisto-chemistry;the contents of malonalde hyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured respec-tively by thiobarbituric acid( TBA) and xanthine oxidation( XTO) methods;the learning ability was assessed with shuttle box. Results Compared with the model group, the GSPE groups showed a decreased degree of nerve cell morphological injury; and increased ERK1/2 activities((13.20±1.45)/view,(27.40±2.52)/view,(19.80±1.30)/view),GAP-43 expression level((52.93±2.07)/view,(66.50±0.77)/view,(73.05± 2.40)/view) and SOD activities((79.82±5.26) U/mg,(76.20±6.86) U/mg,(80.12±5.76) U/mg)(P<0.05);and decreased the contents of MDA((71.62±1.88) μmol/g,(76.41±1.94) μmol/g,(72.32±1.98)μmol/g)(P<0.05).Shuttle box testing showed that the active avoidance reaction rate was increased(7 d:(56.23±2.56)%;14 d:(44.66±2.79)%;28 d:(50.40±2.16)%)(P<0.05)and passive avoidance latency was shorted(7 d:(34.11±1.57)s;14 d:(45.52±1.88)s;28 d:( 39.52±1.79)s)(P<0.05) in GSPE groups. The above mentioned changes were more significant in high dose of GSPE(P<0.05) .Conclusion GSPE has protective effect on learning disabilities of radiation injuries brain, which is related to enhance ERK1/2 activ-ity and the expression of GAP-43.
7.Adjuvant therapy in patients with uterine sarcomas
China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Purpose:To study the adjuvant therapy in uterine sarcomas,to decrease local recurrence and metastases and improve survival. Methods:Analysis of the management of 113 cases of uterine sarccoma , retrospectively. 30 cases were treated weith surgery alone , 25 with adjuvance radiation , 34 with postoperative chemotherapy, 21 with surgery and chemo radiation. Results:The 2 year pelvic recurrence and metastases with surgery alone were 43.3 % and 30 0 %,32 0 % and 28 0 % with postoperative radiation,44.1 % and 20.6 % with postoperative chemotherapy, 23.8 % and 23.8 % with postoperative combination of chemo radiation. But there was no significant difference between surgery alone and postoperative adjuvant therapy. Conclusions:Postoperative radiotherapy can improve local control, adjuvant chemotherapy can decrease metastases, both can improve disease free survival, but can not improve overall survival for uterine sarcomas.

9.Analysis of Effect of Powder for Ascending and Descending on Treated or Initial Treatment Patient with Cough
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(7):549-550,559
Objective] To analyze the effect of powder for ascending and descending on patients with different cough. [Method] The treatment group patients had still cough with conventional western medicine for two weeks, and initial treatment group patients had not any treatment after cough. All these patients were treated with powder for ascending and descending according to different Chinese traditional medicine syndromes cough. [Results] There were 49 patients, and 17 cases were the initial diagnosed group and 32 patients were the after treatment group. Patients with the improvement of the symptoms of cough and throat were effective in 15 cases(88.2%), while in patients with the improvement for sputum symptoms in initial group were 16 cases(94.1%), and 27 case(84.4%) in treatment group. It had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.006, P=0.940). Cough concrete improvement between the two groups showed no significant difference(χ2 =0.006, P =0.465). Between the two groups cough, throat and sputum symptoms overall improvement rate was 87.8%(43/49), no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Regardless of the treatment patients or untreated patients, treatment with powder for ascending and descending had good effect in improvement of the symptoms of cough, and the improvement of throat and sputum was effective, too.
