Objective：To confirm the effects of the macrophages and NO in the fibrosis formation of transplanted kidneys with chronic rejection. Methods：The quantitive immunohistochemistry was employed to observe the changes of relative quantitiy of macrophages, NO, collagen Ⅲ andⅣ， and to reveal the association between the increases of macrophages， NO， histopathologic damages, deposition of collagen Ⅲ and Ⅳ, finally, to infer the roles of the macrophages and NO in the fibrosis formation of transplanted kidneys with chronic rejection. Results: The macrophages accumulated and increased in the glomeruli, the tubules and the intersiticia tissue of kidneys, which was companied by the increased expression of collagen Ⅲ and Ⅳ during the early and middle stages. However, the macrophages and NO could not be detected, which was companied by the decreased deposition of collagen Ⅲ and Ⅳduring the advanced stage. There were significant differences between the 3 types(glomerulus disease type,blocking vessel type and intersticial sclerostic type) (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion：The increase of macrophages and the NO may closely interrelated with the fibrosis formation in transplanted kidneys with chronic rejection.

Objective To understand the status of clinical study and development trend of TCM preserving and health care based on bibliometric analysis. Methods Literature related to TCM preserving and health care in CNKI was searched by computers. NoteExpress3.0.4.6732 was used to conduct metrology analysis on publication time, keywords, literature sources, high-frequency authors, study level, publication institutes and fund program, with a purpose to discuss the research condition of this field. Results Totally 2921 valid articles were achieved after screening, including 342 conference articles, 2624 journal articles, 115 academic dissertations. The publication amount increased each year; the cumulative amount of the literature showed a J-type growth trend, and did not translate into a logical pattern of growth curve; spiritual emotion, diet therapy, health intervention were high-frequency keywords; literature source distribution was in line with Brad law; the first eight core journals were Modern Health, Family Medicine, Health Magazine, Guangming Journal of Chinese Medicine, Health Science, China Journal of Basic Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese Health Care, Chinese Medicine Modern Distance Education of China; publication institutes were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; fund programs were mainly national projects. Conclusion TCM preserving and health care show a good development trend, with large space for development, requires more researches.

ObjectiveTo explore change trend of Cardiac Troponin Ⅰ (cTnI) and Heart Fatty Acid-binding Protein(H-FABP) in serum during the perioperation of valve replacement.MethodsForty patients with heumatoid valvular heart disease were selected for this study,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups.Blood samples were taken from center vein,and the serum levels of cTnI and H-FABP were determined.The change of the serum levels of these two markers at different time points was recorded and compared between two groups.ResultsThere were significant differences in the concentration of cTnl in the cold crystalloid cardioplegia group ( F between group =2744.397,P ＜0.01 ; F interaction =125.345,P ＜0.01 ).There were significant differences in the concentration of cTnI in the cold blood cardioplegia group ( F between group =1056.357,P ＜ 0.01 ; Finteraction=64.242,P ＜ 0.01 ).There were significant differences in the concentration of H - FABP in the cold crystalloid cardioplegia group ( F between group =1775.022,P ＜0.01; F interaction =34.297,P ＜0.01 ).There were significant differences in the concentration of H -FABP in the cold blood cardioplegia group ( F between group =3064.451,P ＜0.01; Finteraction=60.472,P ＜O.01 ).ConclusionsH-FABP is suitable for early diagnosis of myocardial injury because of its myocardial specificity.There are positive correlation between the peak of H-FABP and myocardial injury.There are effective and short period of window for prediction of myocardial injury caused by H-FABP.H-FABP may be served as a good myocardial injury diagnostic markers.

It elaborates the importance of designing a patient-centered hospital environment, and presents the concept of such a design. The authors hold that such a concept is mostly composed of systematic, people-oriented, informationized and variability designs, and describe the design trends in contemporary hospitals. It is also pointed out that patient-centered principle should be dominant in building a contemporary hospital, as the guideline and development trend, as a satisfactory hospital environment makes a hospital more competitive.

Flow cytometry analysis of DNA ploidy level and S-phase fraction (SPF) was carried out in 24 snap-forzen tissue specimens of ovarian carcinoma. The relationship of DNA ploidy level and SP-F with age,clinical stage, ascites, histologic type,pathological grade,lymphocyte infiltration and psammoma bodies was analyzed.Results showed that the relationship of DNA ploidy level and SPF with ascites and pathological grade was significant. Aneuploid portion and SPF in patients with ascites or pathological grade Ⅲ or Ⅱ were higher than those in patients with no ascites or pathological grade I. The author considers that DNA ploidy level and SPF of ovarian carcinoma can serve as a relatively independent objective index which reflects tumor's biological behaviours,and will be of great auxiliary value to early diagnosis and therapy of ovarian carcinoma.

In this study, two experimental patterns of autogenous nerve replantation in situ and centrocentral nerve simple suture were performed on the rabbit median and ulnar nerves. By light and transmission electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry, the results showed that autogenous nerve replantation in situ could inhibit neuroma formation, and its mechanism might that two proximal stump axons could conjunct within interpolated graft segment, and the nerve simple suture could not inhibit neuroma development for lack of proper environment for conjunction of two proximal stump axons.

ObjectiveTo investigate the influences of routine-dose loratadine on the positive patch test reaction to nickel sulfate.MethodsA double-blind,controlled and randomized study was carried out.A total of 121 patients with a positive patch test reaction to nickel sulfate were divided into two groups to receive loratadine 10 mg (experimental group,n =61 ) or placebo (control group,n =60) once daily for 14 days.The patch testing of nickel sulfate was performed on day 11,and clinical evaluation of the test was carried out on day 14 after the start of treatment.The intention to treat population was used for data analysis.ResultsNo changes were observed in the intensity of patch test reaction to nickel sulfate in 55 patients in the experimental group or 53 patients in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the percentage of patients showing changes in the intensity of patch test reaction(9.8％ vs.11.7％,x2 =0.11,P ＞ 0.05).ConclusionThe routine-dose loratadine has no inhibitory effect on the intensity of skin patch test reaction to nickel sulfate.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of dengue fever (DF) in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center (HEMC) in the year of 2014. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in the clinical data of 487 cases of DF patients. Results The incidence of DF accounted for 27.18% ( 527/1939) of the total emergeney fever cases. In 487 DF cases with detailed data, 261 were male, and 226 were female; 312 were young aged, 88 were middle aged, and 87 were old aged. For the systemic symptoms, fever accounted for 87.5%, headache 48.3%, and muscular soreness 47.6%. Cough ( 16.6%) , pharynx pain ( 16.8%) and running nose ( 10.9%) were common in respiratory symptoms; poor appetite ( 14.4%) and nausea ( 10.3%) were common in gastrointestinal symptoms. The abnormal laboratory parameters were mainly shown as WBC count ( 48.25%) and PLT count ( 41.68%) , following by creatine kinase ( CK, 39.49%) , aspartate aminotransferase ( AST, 34.12%) , and lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH, 31.96%) . Less cases had abnormal renal function. The distribution of Chinese medical syndrome types was shown as damp-heat blockage (65.7%), syndrome involving Weifen and Qifen simultaneously (23.6%), and Qi-yin deficiency (10.7%). Conclusion In the year of 2014, DF in Guangzhou HEMC occurred mainly among the youth people, the incidence of male DF was similar to that of the female DF, and DF cases usually have the primary symptoms of fever, aversion to cold, headache and muscular soreness. Bleeding is seldom seen in the DF patients, a few cases are complicated with the damage in the blood, liver and myocardium, and most of them have good prognosis.

Objective:To study the influence of triptolide on neutrophils asthmatic mice of WBC and EOS in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.Methods:Using ovalbumin ( OVA) combined with lipopolysaccharide ( LPS) method to establish sensitized asthmatic mice,BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 32 neutrophilic asthma group ( NA group ) , neutrophil triptolide intervention group (TLN group),neutrophil dexamethasone group (DXN group) and normal control group (NC group),n=8,hemocytometer calculated for each group of mice bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ( BALF) of the total number of WBC and EOS;smears stained Switzerland View in-flammatory cell infiltration.Results: In bronchioalveolar lavage fluid, numbers and infiltrations of WBC and EOS were significantly decreased in the DXN,TLN group than those in the NA group(P<0.05);but were significantly higher than the NC group (P<0.05), the DXN group above parameters were significantly higher than the TLN group ( all P<0.05 ) .Conclusion: Triptolide can reduce the total number of BALF WBC and EOS,inhibit lung WBC,EOS infiltration,ease neutrophilic airway inflammation.
