Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on sleep quality and postoperative comfort of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods We divided 96 patients who were to receive PCI into the test group and control group with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the test group were given systemic nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention.The sleep quality and incidence rate of complications were compared. Results The sleep quality in the test group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01 ).The ineidience of waist-back pain,dysuria,induced emiction,eatheter emietion,anaesthesia of lower limbs,fidget in the test group also decreased compared with the control group(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusions Systemic nursing intervention could improve the sleep quality and postoperative comfort for PCI patients

AIM:There are some reports about the treatment of spinal cord injury with neural stem cells(NSCs) transplantation,but the ideas about the transplantation time and patterns and detection indexes are still different.In this study,the effects of cryopreserved NSC transplantation on the axonal regeneration after the spinal cord injury in rats were observed.METHODS:The experiment was carried out in the experimental animal center of China Medical University from June 2005 to June 2006.①Thirty-six adult Wistar rats,either male or female and 250-300 g,were provided by the experimental animal department of China Medical University.Neural stem cells were isolated from 10 neonate rats and cultured.All treatments for animals were accorded with the animal ethical criteria.②NSCs at logarithmic phase were cryopreserved at-70 ℃ for 2 weeks and labeled with 5-bromodeoxyuridine(Brdu) after rewarming.After the models of spinal cord injury were established,the NSCs were transplanted into the injured site immediately.Thirty-six rats were randomly divided into NSC transplantation group,DMEM solution group,and control group.③NSC survival and migration were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the reconstruction of spinal cord were detected by horseradish peroxidase(HRP) staining.RESULTS:Of the 36 spinal injured model rats,4 died of overdose of anesthesia,and 5 died of infection,but all were supplemented.Brdu-labeled positive NSCs were detected in the injured spinal cord after transplantation on the 7th day,and increased on the 14th day,then gradually decreased since the 28th day till disappeared.The number of HRP positive cells in transplantation group was significantly higher than DMEM solution.CONCLUSION:Cryopreserved NSCs can survive in the injured site after transplantation and promote the reconstruction of axoplasm pathway of injured spinal cord.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyper-fractionated three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) combined with transcatheter arterial chemeembolization (TACE) for heating patients with inoperable primary liver cancer.Methods One hundred and two patients with inoperable advanced primary liver cancer were divided by random digits table method into control group with 49 cases treated with TACE and observation group with 53 cases treated with hyper-fractionated 3DCRT combined with TACE.The short-term efficacy,adverse reaction and survival rate of the 1st,2nd and 3rd year and serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) expression after treatment in two groups were observed.Results The complete remission rate,progress rate and total efficiency were 17.0％ (9/53),11.3％ (6/53),73.6％ ( 39/53 ) in observation group,2.0％( 1/49 ),28.6％ (14/49),51.0％(25/49 ) in control group.There were significant differences between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical significance in adverse reactions between two groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ).The survival rates of the 1 st,2nd and 3rd year in control group were 51.0％ ( 25/49 ),28.6％(14/49),14.3％(7/49),the median survival time was 15 months;while those in observation groupwere 71.7％(38/53),52.8％(28/53),39.6％(21/53) and 20 months.The survival rates of the 2nd and 3rd year in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group respectively (P ＜0.05 or ＜0.01 ).The rate of patients with no obvious serum AFP protein change between observation group [ 9.8％(4/41) ] and control group [ 31.6％(12/38) ] had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Hyper-fractionated 3DCRT combined with TACE for treating patients with inoperable primary liver cancer has good clinical efficacy,it is worthy of clinical practice.

Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiation dose fractionation treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 75 NSCLC patients were treated with hypofractionated 3DCRT( observation group),while 73 cases were treated with conventional fractionated radiotherapy (control group).The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed;Survival after treatment were followed up in 1,2,3 years.Lung function was detected before and after radiotherapy treatment,including FVC,FEV1 and CLCO.Results The total effective cases of control group were 47 cases patients ( 64.4％ ),observation group's was 60 cases ( 80.0％ ),total effective rate had statistically significant difference ( x2 =4.50,P ＜ 0.05 ).Survival of control group after treatment in 1,2,3year were 50.7％,24.7％,8.2％,the median survival was 13 months,observation group's were 73.3％,45.3％,20.0％,and 19 months.The survival of these two groups was statistically different (x2 =8.07,6,94,4.22,all P ＜ 0.05 ).The patients blood system side effects of observation group were significantly lower than the control group ( x2 =4.73,P ＜0.05 ) ;acute radiation pneumonia,esophagitis of these two groups had no significant difference in the incidence( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion Hypofractionated 3DCRT treatment of advanced NSCLC had good effect,and its adverse reactions was low,and it was worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To establish the specific chromatogram of Fufang Shexiang injection and simultaneously determine five com-ponents( menthol,borneol,patchouli alcohol,muscone,α-asarone) in the injection by GC. Methods:The sample solution was extracted by a solid-phase extraction method. The separation was performed on a DB-WAX GC capillary column with an FID detection. Results:The specific chromatogram had six common peaks, and the similarity was above 0. 91. The five chemical components(menthol,borne-ol,patchouli alcohol,muscone,α-asarone) were well separated and with good linear relationship, the recoveries were between 95. 1 and 102. 6%, and RSD was less than 3. 0%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The specific chromatogram combined with multi-component determination can reflect the overall quality of Fufang Shexiang injection, which can be used for the quality control of the preparation.

Aim To prepare and characterize a monoclonal antibody against recombinant glutathione S-transferase(GST) for purifying GST fusion protein. Methods The GST-follistatin fusion protein was expressed by using a pGEX4T-1 expression vector in Escherichia coli BL21 and purified by glutathione-resin affinity column chromatography. Then female Balb/c mice were immunized with the GST-FS, The immunized splenocytes were fused with NS-1 hybridoma cells. Dreparation of the mAb was used by conventional hybridoma techniqal. The mAb purified by protein A, was culpled with Sepharose4B to purify further GST fusion protein by affinity chromatography. Results The SDS-PAGE showed that the GST fusion protein could be purified effctively by specific mAb affinity chromatography as same as by glutathione-resin affinity chromatography. Conclusion mAb affinity chromatography will be a ecnomical and useful method and it can be used for secondary purification of GST fusion protein following glutathione-resin affinity chromatography.

Objective To study the effect of obesity and overweight on the hospital stays and total course of common pneumonia in children and the possible reasons.Methods A total of 455 children with common pneumonia aged from 2 to 7 years were enrolled in this study,including 147 obese children,141 overweight children and 167 normal weight children.Then all the children were divided into 2 groups based on age:≥ 2-4 years group and ≥ 4-7 years group.The information of the patients was collected from the medical records management system of our hospital,and including gender,age,weight,height,hospital stays,total course,peripheral blood cell counts (white blood cell,neutrophil,monocyte and lymphocyte),C-reactive protein (CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),IgG,IgA,CD4 + T,CD8 +T and the history of recurrent pneumonia.Results In ≥ 2-4 years group,the average length of the hospital stays of common pneumonia in obese and overweight children was longer than that in the normal weight children(P =0.037,0.009),and the total course of common pneumonia in obese children was longer than that in the normal weight children (P =0.014).In ≥ 4-7 years group,the average length of the hospital stays and total course of common pneumonia in obese and overweight children were longer than those in the normal weight children (the hospital stay:P =0.002,0.000,the total course:P =0.004,0.001).In ≥2-4 years group,the peripheral blood cell counts(white blood cell,neutrophil,monocyte and lymphocyte),CRP,ESR,IgG,IgA,CD4 + T,CD8 + T,CD4 + T/CD8 + T and the history of recurrent pneumonia were of no significant difference among obese,overweight and normal weight children (all P ＞0.05).In ≥4-7 years group,the peripheral blood cell counts(white blood cell,neutrophil,monocyte and lymphocyte),and ESR were of no significant difference among obese,overweight and normal weight children (all P ＞ 0.05),but the levels of IgG,CD4 + T and CD4 + T/CD8 + T in obese and overweight children were lower than those in the normal weight children,and the obese children were more notable in this aspect (P ＜ 0.05).And obese and overweight children were more likely to suffer from recurrent pneumonia.Conclusions Obese and overweight children with common pneumonia aged from 2 to 7 years may need longer hospital stay and total course than normal weight children.Impaired immunity may be the main reason for the ≥4-7 years group,but in the ≥2-4 years old group,it may be attribute to some non-immune factors.

The paper is to establish a method for simultaneous determination of 5 kinds of alkaloids in ephedra and poppy which are in Kechuanning tablets. Solid-phase extraction (SPE) was adopted in pretreatment, and a UPLC method with 2 different wavelengths had been developed: 210 nm for the detection of morphine, codeine phosphate, ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 251 nm for papaverine hydrochloride. The column used was Acquity UPLC BEH C18 (100 mm x 2.1 mm ID, 1.7 microm) with linear gradient elution using acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 0.4 mL.min-1, and the column temperature was 30 degrees C. The linear response range was 0.375 0 - 12.50 microg.mL-1 for morphine, 0.064 32 - 2.144 microg.mL-1 for codeine phosphate, 0.030 06 - 1.002 microg.mL-1 for papaverine hydrochloride, 1.126 - 37.52 microg.mL-1 for ephedrine hydrochloride, 0.287 8 - 9.592 microg.mL-1 for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (r = 0.999 7). The average recoveries of these compounds were 99.26%, 100.6%, 95.29%, 100.1% and 97.48%, respectively. This is a more reasonable and credible method of quality control for Kechuanning tablets.

Objective To explore the effect of task-driven teaching methodology based on the action research on cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. Methods The 80 nurses recruited in 2011 were assigned in the control, receiving routine training while another 80 nurses recruited in 2012 were in the study group, where task-driven teaching methodology was used based on the action research. The two groups were compared in terms of results of theoretical and operational examinations. Result The study group was significantly better than the control group in the scores of theoretical and operational examinations ( P < 0 . 05 ) . Conclusion The task-driven teaching methodology based on the action research not only increases the examination results, but also improves the effect of teaching.
