Objective To improve both the technique and the clinical application of CT-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy for sacral lesions. Methods CT-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy was performed in 21 patients with sacral lesions. By using Ackerman drilling needle, trigger type biopsy needle or Chiba needle, both bony and non-bony specimens were collected. Results The procedure was successfully done in all patients and the pathologic diagnosis was obtained in 95.2%. Failure occurred in one case as only necrotic tissue and blood clot were collected in biopsy. Conclusion As a simple, safe and reliable technique, CT-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy is very helpful in making correct preoperative diagnosis, providing important preoperative reference for the surgeons.

Objective To investigate effect of Splenic Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder on urinary retinol-binding protein and CRP in children of mycoplasma pneumonia infection with asthma .Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases of control group were given conventional anti-inflammatory treatment, azithromycin.30 patients of Experimental group were treated with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder treatment, two groups were treated for 7 days.30 cases of healthy children were selected, given no any treatment.After treatment, urinary retinol binding protein, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, cough, wheezing symptom recovery, C-reactive protein, blood and other changes were compared between two groups.ResuIts Two groups of children with urinary retinol binding protein, urea nitrogen, creatinine levels were improved in different degrees, and in experimental group, urinary retinol binding protein, urea nitrogen and creatinine decreased significantly compared with control group (P<0.05).Two groups of children with asthma and wheeze improved in different degrees, and cough wheeze, cough and wheeze recovery time of experimental group had more improvement than those of control group ( P<0.05 ) .Two group of C reactive protein and white blood cell level both improved in different degrees, and the experimental group of C reactive protein and white blood cell levels were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).ConcIusion Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder can significantly improve the infection status of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, and relieve cough and wheeze symptoms, lower urinary retinol binding protein and C reactive protein level, improve kidney function damage induced by hypoxia.

Breast cancer is one of reproduction-endocrine related tumors, so the risk factors including environmental and genetic factors which can disrupt anabolism and function of estradiol may increase the risk of breast cancer. Persistent environmental endocrine disruptor chemical (EDCs) can disrupt anabolism and function of endogenous hormone and the degree of disruption may depend on genetic polymorphism. EDCs and metabolic enzyme genetic polymorphism were discussed in this paper. To study the risk factors of breast cancer, both of the environmental factors and the genetic factors should be included.

Objective To discuss the application of nursing care in CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of the pancreas.Methods The perioperative nursing measures were carried out in 21 patients receiving percutaneous biopsy of the pancreas under CT-guidance.Active,effective and comprehensive nursing procedures were adopted to closely cooperate with the whole process of percutaneous biopsy as far as possible.Results All the patients could actively cooperate with the physician during the whole process of percutaneous biopsy and the surgery was successfully completed in all patients.The technical success rate with only single puncture was 100%.No obvious complications occurred after the procedure.Conclusion In order to ensure that the patient will be able to cooperate with the CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of the pancreas,that the operation time can be shortened and that the postoperative complications can be avoided,perioperative nursing care is indispensable.

It is difficult to treat the internal carotid arterial (ICA) wall disease between C2 to C7 segment ( the definition of ICA by E. Bouthillier,1996) with present interventional radiological measurements , includling pseudoaneurysm, giant or wide neck aneurysm and complicated carotid cavernous fistula. Some literatures have reported a few cases treated with coronary covered stent (e.g. Jomed coronary stent, Symbiot coronary stent), with favorable results . However, these kinds of coronary covered stents are too rigid, with uneasinees to pass through in tortuous ICA, and often resulting in injury of vascular wall. The utility of covered stent in intracranial artery also caused controversies of exclusion of origins of arterial branches. We analyzed the functional anatomy of ICA and reviewed our experimental results and primarily clinical application on professional intracranial covered stent with special designed structure and delivery system for ICA, in order to explore the possibility of utility of covered stent in intracranial arteries.

Phenotypic conversion process of cells in blood vessels occurred after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA), which is similar to “recall” of angiogenesis. This article is an attempt in reviewing the major themes and more recent findings dealing with the phenotypic conversion and cellular source in three layers of arterial wall after PTA in the adult.

The methylation of CpG island in promoter region of E-cad gene which usually leads to inactivation of E-cad gene is closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of a variety of gastrointestinal cancer, such as esophageal carcinoma, gastric carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma,cholangiocellular carcinoma, carcinoma of gallbladder, pancreatic carcinoma and colorectal cancer. Further study would probably guide the early diagnosis, gene therapy, prophylaxis and predicting recurrence of tumor metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer.

Objective:To repair unilateral incomplete cleft lip with Noordhoof's incomplete cheiloplasty. To analyze the properties of the technique and to emphasize the key points of the operation design and manipulation. Methods:52 cases of unilateral incomplete cleft lip were received Noordhoff treatment. The characterization of operative method, results and attention were analyzed. Results: 51 cases are totally healed successfully except 1 case is healed successfully by re-operation for losing balance onto the floor. Conclusion: With Noordhoof's surgical technique for unilateral incomplete cleft lip, parenchyma of the lip is utilized mostly, the nosewing outboard incision is avoided. The shape of vermilion is more satisfactory.

Objective:To investigate the effects of ursolic acid on proliferation and apoptosis of hepatic carcinoma cell line HepG2 and its partial mechanism.Methods:The human HepG2 cells were cultured by different concentrations of ursolic acid.The inhibitions of ursolic acid on cell proliferation were determined by using MTT.The effects of ursolic acid on on cell apoptosis and cell cycle were detected by using flow cytometry.The expressions of pERK1/2 and Cyclin D1 proteins after culturing by different concentrations of ursolic acid were tested by using Western blotting.Results:The human hepatoma HepG2 cell proliferations were inhibited by different concentrations of ursolic acid,and the effects showed dose and time-dependent manner(P＜0.05).The cell apoptosis rate for human hepatoma cell line HepG2 was achieved to the maximum under 60 μ mol/L ursolic acid for 72 h,which was (78.723 ± 3.623)％.Ursolic acid could significantly increase the Go/G1 phase cells proportion,and induce HepG2 apoptosis.Ursolic acid could inhibit the expressions of pERK1/2 and Cyclin D1 proteins,and inhibitory effects showed more apparent along with the concentration and time gradually increasing.Conclusion:Ursolic acid could inhibit the proliferation of human hepatic carcinoma HepG2 cell line,block of cells in G0/G1 phase,and promote the cell apoptosis.This might be related with down-regulation of the expressions of pERK1/2 and Cyclin D1 proteins.

Objective To study the effect mechanism of anticancer synergic (KangAiZengXiao,KAZX) decoction on gastric cancer in immunologic deficit rats with implanted tumor. Methods Forty rats were divided into normal control group(n=10), model group(n=15) and KAZX treating group(n=15). Model group and KAZX group were subcutaneously injected axillary the left upper limb with 0 5ml gastri cancer cells,MGC-803 cell(1?10 7/ml) after irradiated by 60 Co(dose:10Gy). Then the three groups were treated with KAZX decoction or distilled water every day, respectively. After three weeks, the rats were sacrificed,and blood WBC, the weight of spleen, activity of NK cell and transformation efficiency of lymphocyte were also detected.Results The rate of loaded tumor in KAZX group was significantly lower than in model group(20% vs 66 7%,P
