Objective To discuss the effect of C?reactive protein(CRP) levels in pregnant women with gestational metabolic syndrome ( GMS ) , and to analyze the risk factors of GMS. Methods Seventy pregnant women with GMS received regular check and hospital delivery in Yuebei People’ s Hospital Affiliated to Shantou University from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected as study group,and 100 normal pregnant women as control group. Information regarding age,gestational weeks,admission blood pressure,height and body mass index( BMI) before pregnancy was recorded. Biochemical indicators including C?reactive protein ( CRP ) , fasting plasma glu?cose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL?C),high density lipoprotein ( HDL?C) were tested. The correlation between CRP and GMS was calculated and the risk factors of GMS were analyzed. According to CRP levels,all pregnant women were divided into four groups to based on quartile method subjects, and the relationship of CRP levels and the incidence of GMS were evaluated between four groups. Results ( 1) The age,pre?pregnancy BMI,baseline blood pressure of GMS group were higher,gestation?al weeks was smaller than the control group(P<0. 05). (2)The CRP,FPG,TC,TG,LDL?C of women with GMS were higher than those of normal women((12. 6±32. 9) mg/L vs. (0. 39±0. 37) mg/L,(6. 04±1. 73) mmol/L vs. (4. 64±0. 29) mmol/L,(6. 77±2. 68) mmol/L vs. (4. 49±0. 57) mmol/L,(4. 54±2. 84) mmol/L vs. (2. 56±0. 90) mmol/L,(3. 69±1. 25) mmol/L vs. (2. 65±0. 51) mmol/L),and the differences were statistical?ly significant( t=2. 21,6. 72,6. 97,5. 63,6. 61;P<0. 05) ,while there was no significant difference about HDL?C level between the two groups(P>0. 05). (3)Multiple regression analysis showed that the risk factors of GMS were age,pre?pregnancy BMI,CRP,TG and TC(OR 1. 530(1. 095?2. 136),18. 427(4. 402?77. 142),4. 917 (1. 928?12. 537),2. 665(1. 379?5. 149),4. 114(2. 304?7. 348),P<0. 01),BMI and TC were the significant risk factors of GMS( P=0. 000) ,while the gestational weeks,LDL?C seemed to had less importance in identifying GMS(P>0. 05). (4)According to CRP levels,the incidence rate of GMS was 20. 69%,42. 67%,56. 06% and 72. 00%(χ2=15. 28,P=0. 002) . When CRP≥20. 0 mg/L,the incidence rate of GMS was significantly higher than the other three groups, and there were statistically differences between different groups ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion There are pre pregnancy overweight and / or obesity,abnormal glucose metabolism,blood pres?sure,lipid metabolism disorders such as multiple metabolic abnormalities aggregation in pregnant women with GMS. BMI and TC are the significantly risk factors for GMS. The gestational weeks,HDL?C and LDL?C have less importance in identifying GMS. The blood serum CRP is closely related to GMS and involved in the pathogenesis of GMS. THe increase of CRP level is one of the important signs of the onset and progression of GMS.

Objective To explore changes of the immune function of red blood cells in gastric disease.Methods RBC C3b receptor rosette(RBCC3bRR)and RBC immune complex rosette(RBCICR)were tested in chronic gastritis group(n =103),duodenal ball ulcer group(n =75)and control group(n =30)to evaluate the immune function of RBC.Results RBCC3bRR were(20.83 ± 5.16)％ in the control group,(16.26 ±5.17)％ in the chronic gastritis group and(13.65 ± 5.19)％ in the duodenal ball ulcer group.RBCICR were respectively(7.63 ± 4.09)％,(10.59 + 4.45)％ and(10.04 ± 4.13)％ in these three groups.RBCC3bRR of chronic gastritis and duodenal ball ulcer were lower than control group(P ＜0.0l),while RBCICR were higher than normal control group(P ＜0.05 and P ＜0.01 respectively).There was no significant difference on RBCC3bRR and RBCICR between HP negative chronic gastritis and HP negative duodenal ball ulcer and between HP positive chronic gastritis and HP positive duodenal ball ulcer(P ＞ 0.05).RBCC3bRR of HP positive chronic gastritis and duodenal ball ulcer was significantly lower than that of HP negative(P ＜ 0.05and P ＜ 0.01 respectively),RBCICR significantly higher than that of HP negative(P ＜ 0.01).After HP eradication,RBCC3bRR of patients with chronic gastritis and duodenal ball ulcer was increased significantly (P＜0.05 and P ＜ 0.01 respectively).RBCICR was significantly lower than before treatment(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion HP infection,chronic gastritis and duodenal ulcer can decrease the immune function of red blood cells.

Chronic neck pain is a common chronic musculoskeletal disorder. Research on neck muscle fatigue contributed to the understanding the pathogenesis of chronic neck pain. The influences caused by the neck muscle fatigue, such as the change of cervical proprioception and balance, could easily lead to chronic injury. Changes in morphology and recruitment strategy of cervical muscle could decrease muscle endurance, which bring about further damage. Targeted therapy and training can relieve muscle fatigue, improve muscle function, and reduce the recurrence rate. Surface electromyography has unique advantages in the evaluation of cervical muscle fatigue. The assessment of muscle fatigue could provide for assistance to the treatment and curative effect of chronic neck pain.

Objective To investigate the penetrative ability of amlodipine gels and to evaluate their effect on the survival of rat dorsal ischemic random skin flaps.Methods 0.5 ％,1.0 ％,1.5 ％,2.0 ％,and 2.5 ％ amlodipine gels were made.The accumulative penetrative quantities of amlodipine through rat skin were assayed with a modified Franz's diffusion cell in vitro.Pure gel without amlodipine,0.5 ％ and 1.5 ％ amlodipine gel were respectively applied on rat random ischemic skin flap once a day for 7 days.The viable area was measured on the seventh postoperative day and the quantities of amlodipine within skin flap were also detected at 2 and 6 hours after application of amlodipine gel.Results The accumulative penetrative quantities of amlodipine increased in time-and concentration-dependent manner (P＜0.05).Accumulative quantities of 0.5 ％ and 1.0 ％ amlodipine gel were lower than those of 1.5 ％,2.0 ％,and 2.5％ gel,respectively (P＜0.05).The quantities of amlodipine within flap tissue in 1.5 ％ amlodipine gel was higher than that of 0.5 ％ amlodipine gel (P＜0.05).The survival area of flap in 0.5 ％ amlodipine gel group (391.4±65.4) mm2 was higher than those of the pure percutaneous gel group (192.9±56.8) mm2 and the control group (191.0±50.2) mm2(P＜0.05),but no significant difference was seen between 1.5 ％ amlodipine gel group (265.7+88.3) mm2 and control group (P＞0.05).Conclusions Amlodipine could penetrate into skin tissues.0.5 ％ amlodipine gel could significantly increase survival area of ischemic random skin flap.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the distance from the upper and lower resection margin and the gastric cancer patients with R0 resection and no distant metastasis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 281 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital,the relationship between the age,sex,tumor size,tumor size,vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,type of gastric cancer,tumor location and operation mode was analyzed.To compare the survival time of patients with different upper and lower margins.Results:The increase of the distance from upper resection margin was significantly related to the tumor size＞5 cm,TNM stage,type of gastric cancer,tumor location,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The distance of lower resection margin was significantly correlated with tumor size＞5cm,vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,type of gastric cancer,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);Themedian survival timein patientsof upper resection marginr□3cm with 48 months of the 5-year follow-up period was significantly higher than that in patients of the resection margin＞3cmwith 46 months (P＜0.001).Themedian survival timein patientsof lower resection margin□3cm with 45 months of the 5-year follow-up period was significantly higher than that in patients of the resection margin＞3cm with 44 months (P＜0.001).Conclusion:Gastric cancer postoperative upper and lower resection margin was significantly related with tumor size,TNM staging factors,and the median survival time of upper and lower resection margin＞5 cm was significantly lower than that of the resection margin3 cm.

Objective To assess if the ratio of ApoB/ApoA1 is related to the metabolic syndrome and its components. Methods 709 adults living in Chongqing were enrolled. Weight, height, blood pressure, waist circumferences, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) , fasting serum insulin(FIns) and lipids were measured. ApoB/ApoA1 ratio, BMI and insulin resistance index were calculated. Results ApoB/ ApoA1 ratio was increased in subjects with insulin resistance(IR)and MS. Compared with the low ApoB/ ApoA1 ratio group, the high ApoB/ApoA1 ratio group was more likely to get MS(OR=3.5)and IR(OR =2.3) (P<0.001). Conclusions ApoB/ApoA1 ratio is strongly associated with IR, MS and its components, and a high ApoB/ApoA1 ratio is a valuable marker of MS.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare argininate betulinic acid,and to investigate the effect of the proliferation of triple-negative human breast cancer cell MDA-MB-231. METHODS:By using argininate as the solubilization carrier,argininate betulinic acid was prepared by co-grinding equal molar ratio of betulinic acid and argininate. The argininate betulinic acid was characterized with powder X-ray diffractometry,infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The solubility of betulinic acid and argininate betulinic acid were compared. MTT method was used to assay the effects of 15,30,60,120 μ g/mL betulinic acid, argininate betulinic acid and 5-FU on the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cell. RESULTS:Prepared argininate betulinic acid was a new phase which was different from the physical mixing of argininate and betulinic acid,among which carboxyl group of betulinic acid and amino group of argininate formed as a salt,and the salt had no obvious melting peak. Betulinic acid was almost insoluble in water. The solubility of betulinic acid in argininate betulinic acid aqueous solution was 50.72 μg/mL. Compared with betulinic acid,the inhibitory rate of argininate betulinic acid on the growth of MDA-MB-231 cell was increased significantly(P<0.05), there was no statistical significance between its effect and 5-FU(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Argininate betulinic acid with good solubility is prepared successfully,and can inhibit the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cell.

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of virtual reality in labor pain management by Meta analysis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials on the impact of virtual reality on labor pain was searched by PubMed (Medline), Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, Embase, CINAHL, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang database, Chinese biomedical database, and VIP database from their inception until July 2021. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bais of included studies. Meta-analysis was performed using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) software Version 3.Results:Totally, 658 pregnant women were identified in the search, which were narrowed down to 8 studies. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the virtual reality group decreased the labor pain compared with the normal nursing group ( MD=-1.13, 95% CI-1.59 to -0.67, P<0.01), especially during the active phase of labor ( MD=-1.20, 95% CI-1.96 to -0.45, P<0.01). Besides, compared with the normal nursing group, the virtual reality group had a shorter first stage duration of labor ( MD=-0.93, 95% CI-1.51 to -0.34, P<0.01) and a lower level of anxiety ( SMD=-1.54, 95% CI-2.22 to -0.85, P<0.01). However, there was no significant difference between two groups in the pain scores during the latent phase of labor ( MD=-0.41, 95% CI-1.30 to 0.47, P>0.05) and the second stage duration of labor ( MD=-0.37, 95% CI-3.27 to 2.53, P>0.05). Conclusions:The findings of this Meta-analysis showed that the virtual reality significantly reduced the labor pain, shorted the first stage labor duration and lowered anxiety level. However, due to the limited quantity and quality of the included studies, its conclusions need to be verified by more large sample multicenter randomized controlled trials with rigorous design in the future.
