Objective To investigate the effect and significance of cyclinD1, p27 and p16 in the genesis and progress of the colorectal carcinoma by analyzing their expression and their relation with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemistry one-step method was used to examine the expression of cyclinD1, p27 and p 16 respectively in 53 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of normal colorectal tissues. SPSS13.0 statistic software was used to analyze the correlation of their abnormal expressions to colorectal carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of cyclinD1 was 64.15% (34/53) in the colorectal carcinoma tissues and 6.67% (2/30) in the normal colorectal tissues (P < 0.01). The positive expression rate of p27 was 30.19% (16/53) in the colorectal carcinoma tissues and 76.67% (23/30) in the normal colorectal tissues (P < 0.01). The positive expression rate of p 16 was 43.40% (23/53) in the colorectal carcinoma tissues and 83.33%(25/30) in the normal colorectal tissues (P < 0.01). Compared moderately and well differentiated carcinoma with poor differentiated carcinoma, each of these three indicators had significant difference (P <0.05). Compared with A+B stage and C+D stage in Dukes stage of colorectal carcinoma, each of these three indicators had significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusions The changes of cyclinD1, p27 and p16 are related to the occurrence and malignant degree of colorectal carcinoma which can provide an important reference to the clinical biology manifestation and prognosis of the patients suffering from colorectal carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the effect of Hongjintian decoction on the levels of serum MDA , SOD, NGF, MBP and bFGF of physical fatigue athletes.Methods 40 students of physical education college were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each group.After the end of sport, the experimental group were given Hongjintian decoction, and control group were given sugar water, the levels of serum MDA, SOD, NGF, MBP and BFGF in two groups were detected.ResuIts Compared with control group, the level of MDA in experimental group was lower(P<0.05), and the level of SOD was higher (P<0.05); NGF and BFGF levels were higher in experimental group(P<0.05), MBP level was lower (P<0.05).ConcIusion Hongjintian decoction can significantly reduce serum MDA, MBP levels, increase serum SOD, NGF and BFGF levels of physical fatigue athletes.

Objective To make a bioinformatical analysis of the specific allergen pTSX1 cDNA clone obtained from Humulus pollen in allergic asthma by immunological screening and gene cloning. Methods Bioinformatical approaches, including sequence analysis, sequence alignment, genetic makeup, protein structure and function prediction, were used. Results The analysis of the specific allergen pTSX1 cDNA showed that the gene had no reading frame and coded a protein with 204 amine acids. The analysis of amine acids sequence coded by the pTSX1 cDNA showed that the protein identity of this gene product might be one of ribosomal proteins. Conclusion The pTSX1 cDNA cloned from Humulus pollen in allergic asthma is a new gene, and the protein coded by pTSX1 gene may be one of ribosomal proteins.
