In recent year , there are some questions about abortion of disposal .Though the aborted fetus is un-born, the aborted fetus in different stage has the different attribute of ethics .It should be considered with the hu-man right and the personality right .The value in embryonic stem research and organ transplantation of aborted fetus has raised some problems , such as ethical review , the choice of test sample .The existing legal provisions are not sufficient to solve practical problems .We should disposal aborted fetus of different stage through the way of more moral significance .

ObjectiveTo study the clinical features, treatment and prognosis of hepatic hemangioma. MethodsClinical treatment of 160 cases of hemangioma was analyzed retrospectively, including partial hepatectomy in 66 cases, suture ligation in 30 cases, hepatic embolization performed in 37 cases, radiotherapy in 27 cases. Follow up was made from six months to 3 years. ResultsPartial hepatectomy has a recurernce rate of 4% in 3 years . Suture ligation was found with recurernce rate of 40% for 3 years. Hepatic artery embolization failed to hamper the growth of hemangiomas in 67% of the 37 cases. ConclusionPartial hepatectomy is the treatment of choice for patients suffering from a single huge hemangioma.

Objective To investigate the expression of human leukocyte antigen F (HLA-F) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and to evaluate its relation to clinicopathological features and prognosis of HCC.Methods HLA-F expression of tumor lesions and their adjacent normal liver tissues from 115 HCC patients were analyzed by immunohistochemistry,and its relationship between HLA-F expression and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of HCC patients was also analyzed.Results HLA-F expression was positive in 47.0％ (54/115) of the HCC lesions and in 10.6％ (7/66) of the normal liver tissues (x2 =24.799,P ＜ 0.05).HLA-F expression in HCC lesions was significantly correlated with portal vein invasions (x2 =7.644,P =0.006),tumor number (x2 =4.210,P =0.040) and patient sex (x2 =6.759,P =0.009).The mean survival time of the HLA-F positive HCC patients was 34.0 months(95％ CI:27.5-40.5 months),which was significantly shorter than that of HLA-F negative HCC patients(44.6 months,95％ CI:38.3-50.9months) (x2 =5.148,P =0.023).HLA-F expression was an independent predictor of overall survival of HCC patients.Conclusions Positive HLA-F expression is negatively correlated with the prognosis of HCC patients.

Objective To investigate the relationship among HbA1c、urine microalbuminuria (UmAlb)and blood lipids in pa-tients type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital were enrolled in the study in 2012.Ac-cording to the test results of HbA1c,the people enrolled in the study were divided into two groups,group A:HbA1c <6.5%,60 cases totally;group B:HbA1c≥6.5%,60 cases totally.UmAlb and blood lipids were measured.Results Compared with group A, UmAlb、TC、TG and LDL-C concentrations increased significantly in group B(P <0.05),while HDL-C decreased significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion In type 2 diabetic patients whose HbA1c≥6.5%,UmAlb,TC,TG and LDL-C concentrations increased obvi-ously and the risk of diabetic complications increase.

OBJECTIVE: To work out scientific computation and evaluation method for the working performance of dispensers so as to improve the service quality and motivate the enthusiasm of the dispensers.METHODS: The performance of each dispenser consisted of the coefficient of dispensing prescriptions and coefficient of colligation(weight ratio: 80%∶20%).The coefficient of dispensed prescriptions was derived from the number of prescriptions in the foreground(counter),the quantity of drugs dispensed and the number of dispensed prescriptions in the background;and coefficient of colligation was derived from the service quality and work performance of dispensers.The individual bonus was decided by his performance coefficient.RESULTS: The monthly quantitative evaluation indicators and evaluation results of the work performance and service quality of each pharmacist became available.As compared without this evaluation system,the differences among dispensers in performance coefficient and in dispensing error were markedly decreased after the practice of performance evaluation,and the irrational prescriptions were able to be corrected in time.CONCLUSIONS: The quantitative evaluation method has motivated the working enthusiasm of the dispensers and enhanced both the working efficiency and service quality.Besides,this system can be modified based on the practical situation to be generally approved.

Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of PAK5,CyclinD1 in HCC and its relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis.Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PAK5 and CyclinDl in 76 cases of HCC tissue and 31 cases of adjacent liver tissue.The correlation between the abnormal expression of PAK5 and CyclinD1 and clinicopathological factors and prognosis was also analyzed.Results The PAK5 expression in tumor lesions and adjacent tissue was 86.8％ (66/76) and 54.8％ (17/31) (x2 =12.962,P ＜ 0.05).Meanwhile,the CyclinD1 was positive in 73.7％ (56/76) of the HCC tissue and in 41.9％ (13/31) of the adjacent tissue (x2 =9.691,P ＜0.05).The expression of PAK5 was significantly correlated with sex (x2 =5.063,P =0.024),tumor diameter(x2 =9.159,P =0.002) and portal vein-emboli (x2 =4.469,P =0.035).CyclinD1 expression was correlated with portal vein-emboli (x2 =4.842,P =0.028),TNM (x2 =7.930,P =0.005).PAK5 expression was positively correlated with CylinD1 (γ =0.284,P =0.033).The mean survival time of PAK5positive patients after operation was shorter than the PAK5 negative patients(x2 =7.104,P =0.008).By Cox multiple factors analysis,the PAK5 expression was independent impact factors affecting the prognosis of HCC patients (RR =0.186,P =0.012).Conclusion In HCC patients positive PAK5 expression predicts poor postoperative survival.

Objective To analyze the voluntary blood donors of Shaoguan city in recent 10 years HIV infection status and distri‐bution characteristics ,and to take effective prevention and control measures ,in order to reduce the risk of HIV infection through blood transfusion .Methods HIV screening test in the early by the reagent of two different manufacturers ,from 2005 to 2014 vol‐untary blood donors specimens of 265 771 doses of blood donation in Shaoguan ,and early screening positive specimens confirmed by Center for Disease Control of Shaoguan .Results The voluntary blood donors of Shaoguan in the 10 years that initial screening test anti‐HIV positive were 310 cases ,and 35 cases confirmed positive;The confirmed positive rate was 1 .317/10 000;The HIV infec‐tion rate in 2012 was highest (2 .867/10 000) and there were 9 cases ,which was significant difference (P<0 .05) .The district of the maximum rate was New Fengxian ,which was 5 .369/10 000 ,and different districts had significant difference (P<0 .05) .The epidemiology survey about HIV infections found that male were 30 cases(85 .71% ) ,which was significantly more than women;By age distribution ,most HIV infections were 18 to 35 years old young adults ,which accounted 26 cases(74 .29% ) .Married and un‐married people infected respectively accounted 28 .57% and 71 .43% .The occupations of HIV infections were scattered with farm‐ers ,staffers ,the service industry ,cadres in the majority .The HIV infection rate with low education was relative higher ,which had some relationship to educational level .The residents and the non‐residents infected respectively accouted 71 .43% and 28 .57% ;Blood donors for the first time of HIV infections were 24 cases (68 .57% ) .Blood donors for the second time of HIV infections were 11 cases (31 .43% );Other virus co‐infection respectively were 2 HBV infections ,1 HCV infection and 3 syphilis infections .The route of transmission was mainly through sexual transmission that was mainly heterosexual transmission ,which was 33 cases (94 .58% ) .Conclusion The voluntary blood donors of Shaoguan with HIV is on the rise ,and give priority to with male youths spread through heterosexual sex .It should be pay high attention to by the government ,society and blood stations ,and strengthen the propaganda work of AIDS prevention and control checks ,and minimize the risk of HIV transmission by blood transfusion in or‐der to guarantee the safety of clinical blood transfusion .

Gaschromatography-tandemmassspectrometrywasadoptedtoidentifythehydroxylatedmetabolites of polychlorinated biphenyls and analyze the target compounds in fishery products. After the silylation derivatizaiton at 60 ℃ for 40 min, the MS spectrum of derivatives was obtained by GC/MS/MS under fullscan mode, and the fragment ions with the highest relative abundance were identified as m/z 399, 399, 399, 399, 399, 448 and 469, respectively which were defined as the precursor ion for product ion scan. The MS/MS spectrum was obtained under multiple reaction mode ( MRM ) by GC/MS/MS. And the product ions corresponded with the precursor ions were m/z 364, 364, 364, 364, 364, 433 and 434, respectively. The target compounds can be identified accurately by GC/MS/MS. In the present study, we took seven hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyls as target compounds including 3-OH-PCB101 , 4-OH-PCB106 , 4-OH-PCB112 , 4'-OH-PCB101 , 3-OH-PCB118 , 3-OH-PCB138 and 3-OH-PCB180 . According to the identification method stated as above, the MS and MS/MS spectra of seven compounds were obtained. The compounds can be qualified and quantified by the identification method. The limits of detection ranged from 0. 02 to 0. 14 μg/L, and the limits of quantification ranged from 0. 09 to 0. 48 μg/L. The method has been applied to identify the hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyls in fishery products.

Objective To study the efficacy of sacral nerve stimulation combined with tolterodine in patients with female idiopathic overactive bladder (IOAB).Methods A total of 200 female patients diagnosed with IOAB from January 2005 to January 2011 were included in the study,and according to random number table method were divided into treatment group and control group with 100 cases in each.Each group was divided into 3 subgroups according to urinary frequency and urgency,urge incontinence,and both of them together.In the treatment group,patients received percutaneous sacral nerve stimulation and tolterodine 2 mg orally,1 time/d,while in the control group,only given tolterodine 2 mg orally,1 time/d,treatment for 3 months.The voiding diary and urodynamics parameters were observed between the two groups before and after treatment and application of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) to evaluate the psychology of concomitant depression and anxiety score.Results After treatment,the average number of urination,daily average unit urine,the single biggest urine and urine feel capacity (FDV),the maximum capacity of the bladder pressure (MCBC),maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) in two groups were improved,and the daily average unit urine,single biggest urine and FDV,MCBC,Qmax in treatment group after treatment were higher than those in control group [daily average unit urine:urinary frequency and urgency (248 ± 46) ml/times vs.(150 ± 77) ml/times,urge incontinence (249 ± 69) ml/times vs.(144 ± 81) ml/times,both of them together (247 ± 69) ml/times vs.(170 ± 46) ml/times; the single biggest urine:(320 ± 87) ml/times vs.(212 ± 44) ml/times,(315 ± 65) ml/times vs.(211 ± 56) ml/times,(333 ±59) ml/times vs.(201 ±66) ml/times;FDV:(176 ±64) ml vs.(142 ±44) ml,(190 ±69) ml vs.(142±55) ml,(188 ±60) mlvs.(138 ±49) ml;MCBC:(265 ±46) ml vs.(203 ±50) ml,(288 ±48) ml vs.(197 ± 41)ml,(287 ± 43) ml vs.(189 ± 44) ml],there were significant statistical differences (P ＜ 0.01).The SDS and SAS scores were reduced in two groups after treatment,and the SDS and SAS scores in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group [SDS scores:urinary frequency and urgency (33.0 ± 6.2) scores vs.(44.0 ± 5.9) scores,urge incontinence(31.1 ± 6.2) scores vs.(41.6 ± 6.1) scores,both of them together(33.4 ± 7.2) scores vs.(44.5 ± 5.0)scores;SAS scores:(30.3 ± 4.4) scores vs.(41.3 ±4.4) scores,(33.3 ±5.8) scores vs.(42.5 ±6.4) scores,(31.9 ±4.7) scores vs.(43.5 ± 5.6) scores],there were significant statistical differences (P＜ 0.01).Conclusions The combined treatment of tolterodine and sacral nerve stimulation can not only improve the voiding dysfunctions symptoms but also the concomitant depression and anxiety in patients with female IOAB,thus improving the patient's quality of life.

Objective To report a simple formula to estimate phosphate removal by standard four-hour hemodialysis in Chinese patients.Methods A total of 165 MHD patients in Huashan Hospital were enrolled.Effluent dialysate samples were collected during treatment to estimate the total amount of phosphate removal.Pre-dialysis levels of serum phosphate,potassium (K+),hematocrit(Hct),parathyroid hormone(iPTH),carbon dioxide combining power(CO2CP),alkaline phosphatase (AKP),Kt/V,and ultrafiltration volume,age,gender,dry body weight,blood flow,phosphate clearance of dialyser,phosphate concentration of dialysate at 60 min after the start of HD were obtained.80％ observations were randomly selected for formula building by backward stepwise and the remaining 20％ observations were used to validate the formula.Results The formula was described as Tpo4 =88.6 ×C60-0.03 ×Age + 1.07 ×Gender +0.06 ×Clearance-4.59,where C60 was phosphate concentration in dialysate measured 60 min into HD and Clearance was the phosphate clearance of dialyser.Formula validation further suggested good predictive ability.Conclusion This study derives an approach to quantify phosphate removal by a simple formula,which will be helpful for clinicians to treat patient individually.
