Healthy China has been a national strategy,of which ethical implications and values manifest in the following aspects:firstly,it surpassed the instrumental good,resultant good and extrinsic good of medicine and health,and eventually established the ultimate value position of health as objective good,itself good and intrinsicgood;secondly,the strategy provided a good opportunity and atmosphere to develop the health morality and health ethics,which is beneficial to the different social subjects to clarify their moral responsibility for the health;thirdly,the strategy is beneficial to breaking the ethical dilemma in the current healthcare system,for example,the nature of welfare and its regression objective is unclear.

In recent year , there are some questions about abortion of disposal .Though the aborted fetus is un-born, the aborted fetus in different stage has the different attribute of ethics .It should be considered with the hu-man right and the personality right .The value in embryonic stem research and organ transplantation of aborted fetus has raised some problems , such as ethical review , the choice of test sample .The existing legal provisions are not sufficient to solve practical problems .We should disposal aborted fetus of different stage through the way of more moral significance .

Health science popularization industrialization is a necessary choice for the development of health popularization business.However,in the process of health science popularization industrialization,there exists certain difficulties to balance the contradiction between profitability and public welfare.In theory,the public welfare goal of health science popularization can be realized by industrial profitability means;therefore,the ethical dilemma about it can be solved.In the policy practice,the government may be the main body of the health popularization while profit-making organizations may carry out the health popularization.The government can promote the health popularization industrialization by purchasing health popularization from the relative organizations.
6.Study on Legal Protection of Subject's Right of Informed Consent in Clinical Trial

As a patient's right,informed consent has been acknowledged universally.Both hospital and patients attach great importance to normal informed consent during clinic.But the subjects' right in clinical trial didn't draw enough attention,which leads to encroachment of the subjects' right and even the clinical disputes.The law and rule,based on the ethics principle,can enhance the protection of the subject's right of informed consent.In this article,the problem on the legal protection against the infringement of the subject's right and the corresponding counter-measures are discussed.

With the development of the neonatal intensive care technology,the livability of premature infants arises greatly.But the evidently increased handicap and unknowable prognosis have brought series of social problems.The author assumed that!abandoning or ending treatment of premature infants who have no social value after cure and who are about to die soon after born correspond to ethics principle.Hospital ethics committee should play role in the decision making of cure.
