1.Research of traffic illegal behaviors in road traffic injury in Yunnan province during 2010

Objective To study the prevalent situation of the traffic illegal behaviors ,characteristics of high occurrence and its related risk factors among the residents in Yunnan during 2010 to offer the scientific basis for making the related strategy and countermeasure of road traffic injury prevention and control .Methods By adopting the multistage stratified proportion random cluster sampling method ,the permanent residents aged over 18 years old were randomly sampled from each family for conducting the survey during 2010 .Then the prevalent situation and characteristics of unsafe traffic behaviors were analyzed .Results the oc‐currence rate of unsafe traffic behaviors was 59 .09% .The helmet wearing rate was 40 .45% ,the wearing rate of safe belt in drivers was 46 .75% ;the drunk driving rate was 18 .05% ;The fatigue driving rate was 29 .06% ;the rate of driving without license was 16 .25% .The populations of having high traffic illegal behaviors were male ,ethic minorities ,unmarried people and blue‐collar work‐ers .Conclusion The unsafe traffic behaviors of Yunnan residents is still serious .
2.Advances in the study of antitumor activities of the marine mollusks extracts

The extracts of marine mollusks( Abalone, Aplysia, Sepia, Arcagranosa linnaeus, Cyclina sinensis, Myti-lus coruscus, Chlamys farrei, Meretrix meretrix, Ostrea, Sinonovacula constricta and Solen gradis) classified as poly-saccharides, proteins and peptides, possess the antitumor, anti-aging, and anti-bacterial activities. Cancer patients undergoing long-term chemotherapy usually suffer from the damage to vital organs, and resistances affecting the outcomes of chemotherapy. Therefore, it is imperative to search for anti-cancer drugs with low toxicity and high efficiency. At present, several marine mollusks are being studied. Summary on the antitumor activities of the marine mollusks extrats is presented, which might provide a basis for the development of marine anti-cancer drugs.
3.Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Pregnancy Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Pregnancy Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale(P-ESES) among Chinese population. Methods The Chinese version of P-ESES was translated from the original one,back-translated and adjusted for cultural adaptation. The reliability and validity were tested among 274 eligible pregnant women recruited in one obstetric outpatient clinic from a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou using convenience sampling. Results The content validity index (CVI) of the Chinese version of P-ESES was 0.98. Factor analysis extracted three common factors,which explained 60.649% of the total variance,and each item had high fac-tor loading quantity(>0.4). The test-retest reliability was 0.531,and Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.804. Conclusion The Chinese version of the P-ESES has been proved to be reliable and valid. It is a valuable tool for evaluating exercise self-efficacy among pregnant women in mainland China.
4.Correlation of exercise, self-efficacy and knowledge among pregnant women

Objective To investigate the relationships between exercise and exercise self-efficacy and knowledge in pregnant women. Methods A total of 274 pregnant women were recruited from a tertiary level first class hospital from July to November 2015 in Guangzhou by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with the social relational scale, the Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionaire, the Pregnancy Exercise Self-efficacy Scale, the Pregnancy Exercise knowledge Scale. Results Only 22.6% (62/274) of the women met the international guideline for exercise. Score of the exercise self-efficacy and exercise were positively correlated(r=0.203, P=0.000). Score of the knowledge and exercise were positively correlated(r=0.103, P=0.032). Score of the exercise self-efficacy and knowledge were meaningless(r=0.098, P=0.106). Conclusions It is suggested to take more actions to enhance the recognition of pregnant women for exercise. Conviction formed after thinking knowledge gradually, by faith again dominate action, ultimately promote the perinatal health of pregnant women.
5.Efficacy of CO2 fractional laser combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on refractory verruca plana

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of CO2 fractional laser combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA)-mediated photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) for the treatment of refractory flat wart.Methods The 80 patients with facial flat wart were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).The observation group was treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with 5-ALA-PDT,and the control group was treated with 5-ALA-PDT only.Those with residual lesions after the first treatment were treated with the second or third times.The interval duration between treatments was 2 weeks.The efficacy and the adverse reaction were evaluated after the 2-week,4-week and 6-month after the last treatment.Results Compared with prior treatment,the facial lesions achieved complete response and improvement.The total effective rate of the observation group were 90.0% (36/40) and 72.5% (29/40) for the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were 2 cases of pigmentation occurred in observation group and 3 cases in control group.The complications including infection and hypertrophic scar were seldom occurred in the two groups.Conclusions The safety and efficacy of CO2 fractional laser combined with ALA-PDT are better than that with ALA-PDT only in the treatment of refractory flat wart.
6.Executive functions in patients with frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy

ObjectiveTo investigate the executive functions of the frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy patients.MethodsFifty-five epilepsy patients (twenty-five frontal lobe epilepsy patients and thirty temporal lobe epilepsy patients) and fifty age,gender and education matched healthy controls were evaluated by means of Mini Mental State Examination ( MMSE ).Executive function was assessed using Stroop color words test and trail making test.ResultsMMSE total score of frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy patients were ( 26.02 ± 0.30) and (25.82 ± 0.67 ),respectively.There was significant abnormality between epilepsy patients and the controls (P <0.05).Compared with normal control group,FLP group and TLP group took longer time and their score was lower in stroop color words test (P<0.05).There were significant difference between FLP and TLP on card B and C's reading time,correct number and strcop interference effects (P<0.05).The epilepsy patients performed significantly worse than the controls in whole trail making test (P<0.05).The scores indicate that the TLE group outperformed the FLE group on all analysis values (P < 0.05 ).ConclusionThe frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy patients have executive function deficit.The FLE group has prominent deficits in executive functioning.
7.Expressions of APOBEC3s in HaCaT keratinocytes carrying the genome of human papillomavirus type 11 and regulatory effects of interferon-alpha on the expressions

Objective To investigate mRNA expressions of apolipoprotein B mRNA-editing enzyme catalytic polypeptide-like 3 family (APOBEC3s or A3s) as well as expressions and subcellular distribution of major A3 proteins in HaCaT keratinocytes carrying the genome of human papillomavirus type 11 (HPV11.HaCaT),and to evaluate regulatory effects of exogenous interferon-alpha (IFN-α) on the expressions of A3s.Methods The basal levels of A3A,A3B,A3C and A3H mRNA expressions were measured by real-time fluorescence-based quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) in HPV11.HaCaT cells and normal HaCaT cells.Cultured HaCaT,HPV11.HaCaT and Hela cells were treated with recombinant human IFN-α 2b (rhIFN-α2b) at concentrations of 104,105 and 106 IU/ml for 6,24 and 48 hours separately,and those receiving no treatment served as the normal control groups.Then,qRT-PCR was performed to measure mRNA expressions of A3A,A3B,A3C and A3H in these cells.Immunofluorescence staining was conducted to observe the expression and distribution of A3A protein in cells after the treatment with rhIFN-α2b for 6 hours.Results As qRT-PCR showed,the basal levels of A3A,A3B and A3C mRNA expressions were all significantly higher in HPV11.HaCaT cells than in normal HaCaT cells (all P < 0.05).After stimulation,the mRNA expressions of the four A3 members increased to different extents with the increase in rhIFN-α2b concentrations,and the increase in A3A mRNA was the most significant.Compared with corresponding normal control groups,the mRNA expression of A3A was significantly increased in HaCaT cells (35.77 ± 5.01 vs.1.00 ± 0.05,P < 0.05),HPV 11.HaCaT cells (15.34 ± 2.14 vs.0.99 ± 0.01,P < 0.05) and Hela cells (24.60 ± 5.45 vs.0.97 ± 0.03,P < 0.05) after the treatment with rhIFN-α2b at 106 IU/ml for 6 hours,while the increase in A3B,A3C and A3H mRNA expressions was no more than 9-fold in these cell lines after that.Enhanced staining for A3A was observed in nuclei and cytoplasm of the 3 cell lines after the treatment with rhIFN-α2b at 106 IU/ml for 6 hours.Conclusions HPV11 transfected into HaCaT cells can activate intracellular A3s,especially A3A.IFN-α may play an immunoregulatory role by inducing high levels of A3A expression.

In this studies, an anticancer peptide was isolated from the enzymatic hydrolysate of Mytilus coruscus.CCK-8 assay was used as guide in activity screening through the isolation process of membrane filtration, DEAEsepharose chromatography, Sephadex G-25 exclusive chromatography and RP-HPLC. An anticancer peptide was obtained and identified as Asp-Leu-Tyr.

Objective:To evaluate the expression of apoptosis related gene Fas Ligand(FasL) in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cells HepG2 and its significance in apoptosis.Methods:The recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3.1hisB- FasL was transfected into HCC cells HepG2 by lipofection, and then soluble FasL was examined in the supernatant of culture cells by EIA, FasL expression in HepG2 cells were detected by immune histochemistry. After stained by annexin V and propidium iodine, cells were passed throw flow cytometer and examined by fluorescence microscope and sym-focus laser scaning microscope.Results:In comparison with untransfected cells,the soluble FasL could be detected in the supernatant of transfected cells, Fas L can be expressed in the membrane and cytoplasm of transfected cells. The apoptotic cell rate in transfected cells was 36.30%, as the control, untransfected cells was 11.53%.Moreover, the different stage of apoptotic cells could be distinguished by annexin V and propidium iodine stain.Conclusion:This supports a novel pathway of HCC cells were apoptotic itself via the CD95-CD95 ligand system without involvement of immune cells.

Objective: To study the inclusion effect and rules of azalea oil (rhododendron anthopogonoides marxim) and ? cyclodextrin(? CYD) in different proportion. Methods: An optimal condition for the preparation of the azalea oil ? CYD was established by orthogonal test. Results: The optimal condition was that stiring, 30 ?C , 30min, ? CYD:oil=8g∶1mL Conclusion: This optimized process is simple, stable and efficient.
