1.Great attention to the standard training and certification system for interventional neuroradiologist
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(08):-
During the past decades, interventional neuroradiology has become one of the most important modalities for treatment of cerebral vascular diseases. Chinese doctors have made great progress in this field, and their diagnosis and treament have also reached the international level in some territories. Following the need of specialized development for interventional neuroradiology, more and more problems have arisen and even caused argument in this field. To resolve the issue and promote the healthy and fast development of interventional neuroradiology,it is time for us to formulate the standard training and certification system for interventional neuroradiologist.
2.A rational recognition of interventional teatment for diabetic foot
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(07):-
According to program of vascular examination of diabetic foot, the first choice is vascular ultrasonography as the general survey, followed by CTA and MRA for assessment of bilateral lower extremities arterial morphological changes. Lastly, arterial angiography including DSA still remain as the gold standard for estimation. The main pathologic changes of diabetic foot including arteriolar and microvascular disorders induce the extemely important interventional treatment especially the local thrombolytic infusion to be the real practical management besides local PTA and stenting are furthermore in consideration. As a general metabolic disease, the serial treatment should also include promoting blood flow, removing blood stasis and improving microcirculation . Evaluation of interventional treatment for diabetic foot should undertake not only the vascular stenosis and restenosis ,but also the relief of clinical symptom and improvement of amputation level.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
Through the exploration and practice, the interventional nursing care has become an important part of Interventional Radiology, which bears a close relations to the pros and cons of the interventional therapeutic quality. The interventional nursing has been developing along the direction to become an independent nursing specialty. At the same time, various issues that affect the interventional nursing development start to emerge. At present, the setting up of a system to strengthen the establishment of the special care unit and human resources is urgently needed. The following measures are indispensable to promote the sustainable development of interventional care: to raise special awareness,to work out nursing routine and quality control standards,to explore the proficiency in order to stabilize nursing team,to pay attention to specialty education and to establish an integration mode for standardized training and professional development.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(09):-
Objectives To investigate the variation of serum ghrelin levels in simple obesity and its clinical implication. Methods Serum ghrelin level was measured by EIA and compared with healthy controls to understand its relationship with insulin, height, body weight and BMI.Results ①The serum ghrelin level of simple obesity group was significantly lower than that of normal group(P

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2014;23(10):861-864
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two different partial splenic embolization (PSE) methods in treating portal hypertension due to cirrhosis, and to statistically analyze the difference between the two PSE methods. Methods Sixty-two patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension complicated by hypersplenism were divided into group A (peripheral embolization group) and Group B (lower- pole embolization group). Partial splenic embolization with sponge was carried out in all patients of both groups. Before and after PSE color Doppler ultrasoundgraphy was performed to determine the inner diameter of the portal vein and splenic vein, the velocity and rate of flow, the length and thickness of spleen, etc. The results were compared between the two groups. Results The splenic embolization area within 60% - 80%was obtained in 42 patients, and the embolization area>80%was seen in 20 patients. After PSE, decreased flow velocity as well as flow rate was detected in all patients, and both the length and thickness of the spleen were also significantly reduced when compared with the data determined before PSE. The differences between the two groups were statistically significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Partial splenic embolization can effectively relieve the portal hypertension caused by cirrhosis, and selective peripheral arterial embolization is superior to splenic lower-pole embolization in decreasing the portal pressure.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2010;19(4):331-336
The coronary covered stents have been more and more used to treat intracranial arterial diseases for recent years, and the hot point in study has gradually changed from clinical application of coronary covered stents to the fundamental and clinical trial of specially-designed intracranial covered stentsThe covered stents are mainly employed for the treatment of intracranial arterial disorders, including giant,wide-necked or minute cerebral aneurysms, intracranial pseudoaneurysms caused by a variety of reasons, fusiform or dissecting aneurysms of vertebral-basic artery, and internal carotid cavernous fistula, etc. It is very difficult for current surgical or endovascular treatment, both materially and technically,to deal with the above mentioned intracranial disorders. The covered stent can restore the anatomic shape of artery by direct sealing the aneurysmal neck and the fistula. The complications of covered stent treatment include defect of cranial nerves, occlusion of parent artery or branches. This article aims to review the related medical literature published both at home and abroad,to make a retrospective analysis of the therapeutic results, and to put forward some issues of common interest.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(5):798-799
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of polyp of vocal cord. Methods The clinical data of 187 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the 187 cases, 164/187 cases were cured, 21 cases had obvious improvement, 2 cases have no effect, general effective rate is 98.9%. Conclusion Suspension laryngoscope were visual field widen and visual, every kind of surgical instruments binding equipments improve operation accuracy and reduce complication to acquire better clinical therapeutic effects.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2013;29(10):879-881
[Summary] This retrospective analysis showed that the level of apolipoprotein E was significantly higher in diabetic nephropathy group compared with normal albuminuria group [50.4 (40.8,65.9) vs 46.2 (38.6,56.8)mg/L,P<0.01].Difference in urinary albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR) among the groups based on the tertile of apolipoprotein E were significant (P< 0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that apolipoprotein E was independently associated with ACR (β =0.14,P<0.05).

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(09):-
50%) of the stent at 2 weeks follow-up,so did 3 cases at 12 weeks follow-up,and the total stenosis rate was 37.5% and 5 cases manifested full endothelialization(3 different locations of the sample all manifested full endothelialization) ,3 cased manifested partial endothelialization(at least 1 location of the sample didn't show full endothelialization) ,and the two terminal parts were easier to get endothelialization than the central part. Before and after the stent implantation, hepatic function of all cases didn't demonstrate any obvious changes. Conclusions Balloon-expandable covered stent can be implanted in canine hepatic artery successfully, with good apposition ability, full endothelialization, and no influence on hepatic function.
