Objective To explore the feasibility for determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water with DB-5, Rtx-1 and DB-1 capillary columns. Methods For the mild solubility of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water, chloroform and tetrachloromethane were analysed by static headspace gas chromatography with DB-5, Rtx-1 and DB-1 capillary columns and electron capture detectorECD, external standard method was used for quantification. Results Three kinds of columns were used for determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane,the retention time was lower than 3 min, for chloroform and tetrachloromethane the average recovery rates were 92.06%-104.95% and 78.33%-103.22% respectively, RSD were 2.06%-2.71% and 1.76%-5.59% respectively. Conclusion DB-5, Rtx-1 and DB-1 capillary columns are suitable for determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water.

Methods Eight kinds of leafy vegetables samples were collected at five wholesale markets and five supermarkets in Xi’an from 2007 to 2008. The content of 15 kinds of pesticides residues were analyzed by GC method and the evaluation was made according to GB 2763—2005. Objective A large number of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are widely used for the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in China. The aim of this study is to systematically review the existing clinical evidences on TCM treatment for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Randomized controlled trails(RCTs) of TCM treatment of cerebral hemorrhage were identified, eligible studies were included, the methodological quality of inclusive trails was assessed by the modified Jadad scale. The Cochrane Collaberation’s Revman 5.20 was used for data analysis. Results 69 RCTs were available and included. Meta-analysis indicated that relative risk of overall effective rate of Sanqi, Ciwujia, Chuanxiongqin and Naoxueshu were significant difference; SMD(95% CI) of neural function defect score was SMD=-0.46, 95%CI(-0.56,-0.35)of Sanqi, Danshen, Qingkailing, Liangxuetongyufang;SMD(95%CI) of the reduce of cerebral hemorrhage was SMD = -0.98, 95% CI(-1.32, -0.63)of Danshen, Dahuang, Ciwujia, Qingkailing, Liangxue-Tongyufang. Conclusions The evidence currently available showed that the TCM which included do not increase the death rate and adverse reaction of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage, TCM could reduce neurological deficit and improve the absorption of hematoma.

Objective To explore the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule Dendrobium luminous pill combined with amiotide eye drops in the treatment of vitreous opacity.Methods According to the digital table, 120 patients with vitreous opacity were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional amiotide eye drops treatment,and the observation group was given compound Xueshuantong capsule Den-drobium luminous pill for treatment on the basis of conventional therapy.The clinical effect was observed and com-pared after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 66.67%,which was significantly higher than 38.33% of the control group(χ2 =9.09,P <0.05).The total effective rate of young patients in the obser-vation group was 78.79%,which was significantly higher than 51.85% of the elderly patients(χ2 =8.24,P <0.05). The vitreous opacities total effective rate of the observation group after treatment within two years was 58.33%,which was significantly higher than 28.33% of the control group(χ2 =11.67,P <0.05).Conclusion Compound Xue-shuantong capsule Dendrobium luminous pill combined with ammonia iodine peptide drop has a positive effect in the treatment of ocular fluid of vitreous opacity,improve the clinical total effective rate,recovery of affected vision,and avoid the recurrence of vitreous opacity after operation,has the advantages of safety,effectiveness,which should be widely applied in clinic.

The neurovascular unit (NVU) consists of neurons,gllal cells and microvessels,etc.There were complex interactions among the various cellular components,which form as a uniform entirety preferably.Anong the various cellular components of NVU,the signal transduction occurred disorders during cerebral ischemia,resulting in neuronal and extracellular ratrix destruction,and thus occurring cerebral infarction and hemorrhagic transformation.Therefore,the treatment of ischemic sttroke should be based on the protection of the overall function of NVU.This article describes the changes and protection of NVU after cerebral ischemia.

Heparanase (Hpa) is the only β-D-glucuronidase of degading heparan sulfate proteoglycans in the body of mammalian.Studies have confirmed that Hpa accelerates angiogenesis in multiple physiopathological processes; however there are still a few studies about the expression and role of Hpa after cerebral ischemia.This article mainly introduces the relation between Hpa and angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia.

Objective To study the convenient, safe and effective surgical intervention methods for correcting prominent wide lower face. Methods According to the wideness of mandibular angles, single or combined surgical treatments were performed by an intraoral approach under nerve block and local infiltration anesthesia, such as grinding mandibular angles, curved osteotomy of the angles and osteotomy of ascending ramus outer layer, partial masseter muscle resection, partial buccal fat pad removal and liposuction of cheek to reconstruct the whole lower face contour. Resnlts In the 71 cases followed up for 4 to 24 months, 60 cases were excellent, 9 were acceptable and 2 were unsatisfactory. The total satisfactory rate was 97 %. Conclusion According to the characteristics of prominent wide lower face, single or combined surgical treatments are performed to reconstruct the bone and soft tissue of lower face. This operative method is simple, safe and consistent with cosmetic surgery principle with little complications.
