OBJECTIVE:To observe the influence of antioxygens(sodium hydrogen sulphite,sodium thiesulfate,disodium edetate)on the stability of rivanol solution.METHODS:The rivanol content was determined by UV-spectrophotometry,and the stability of the rivanol solutions containing different antioxygens was observed by accelerated test.RESULTS&CON?CLUSION:Sodium hydrogen sulphite,sodium thiesulfate and EDTA can not improve the stability of rivanol solution and sodi?um thiesulfate can reduce the stability of rivanol solution.

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on the curative effect and cardiovascular events in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods128 patients with UAP were enrolled in Jinhua Central Hospital from August 2014 to August 2016, and 128 patients with UAP were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All the patients were given low salt and low fat diet.Two groups of patients were anti-platelet aggregation, blood pressure, lipid-lowering and other conventional treatment, observation group on the basis of simultaneous atorvastatin calcium 40mg/d, oral, once every month.The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C, HDL-C and the incidence of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThere was no case of cardiac death in the observation group and the control group.The incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was 9.38%, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of TC, TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and control group, respectively.The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAtorvastatin can significantly improve the efficacy of unstable angina treatment, and reduce blood lipid levels, reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events, improve the prognosis.

Objective To detect the expression of CRF and CRF receptors in colonic mucosa of DSS induced colitis in mice model and to study the effect of CRF and CRF receptors on the development.Methods Six to eight weeks healthy female BALB/c mice were divided into control group and DSS group.Setting up DSS colitis model and colitis was evaluated by the disease activity index(DAI) and histological score.The immunofluorescence technique was used to assay the CRF1 and CRF2 receptors expression in colonic mucosa.The expression of CRF and CRF receptors protein were analyzed by western blotting.Results DSS colitis was set up successfully with significant inflammation in colonic mucosa by the disease activity index (DAI) and histological score.Immunofluorescenee staining evidenced that expression of CRF1 receptor in DSS colitis group has no significant deviation compared to control group(P ＞ 0.05),while the expression of CRF2 receptor was elevated in DSS colitis group compared to control group (P ＜ 0.05).CRF2 receptor was localized in epithelial cells and mononuclear cells in the lamina propria.The levels of CRF and CRF2 receptor protein by western blotting were higher in in DSS colitis group compared to control group (P ＜ 0.05).The level of CRF1 receptor protein in DSS colitis group had no significant deviation compared to control group(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of CRF and CRF2 in colonic mucosa of DSS colitis may participate in the development of colitis.

Objective To study the method of development of PHT PB resistant amygdala kindled rats. Methods By examining the effects of the antiepileptic drugs PHT and PB in a group of rapidly kindled rats,the 40 animals with different sensitivity to these drugs were selected. Then using immunohistochemistry method to determinate the expression of PGP in the brain of the rats. Results Using determination of the after discharge threshold for evaluation of PHT′s and PB′s anticonvulsant effects, 6 animals showed no increase in their ADT at repeated test trials with PHT or PB (from PHT PB resistant rats), and 6 animals exhibited reproducible increase in ADT about 100% after injection of PHT or PB (from PHT PB nonresistant rats). In 1958. Kala-azar was basically eliminated in Jiangsu province. Because vigorous control measures were taken afterwords, only 11 Kala-azar patients were detected during 1973-1985. For general evaluation of control measures of Kala-azar, an overall survey on a relatively large scale was conducted in 1991-1992 in 56 townships located in 14 counties of 4 prefectures and cities. The results showed that neither new Kala-azar patient was detected nor infectious sandfly was found, the immune status of population was similar to those in which Kala-azar has been eliminated. We consider the control measures of Kala-azar in Jiangsu province is more consolidated than ever and the province has now tured to be a non-endemic area.

Objective To discuss CT appearance and differential diagnosis of costal cartilage fracture in adult.Methods CT findings of 30 costal cartilage fractures in 20 cases were analyzed.Results On the basis of fractural location and CT appearanes,the fractures were divided three types:14 line-like fracture in 10 cases,9 local focal cleft within the costal cartilage in 6 cases and 7 massed fractures in 4 cases.Conclusion CT is of great value in diagnosing costal cartilage fracture.
