microRNAs (miRNAs)are endogenous non-coding RNAs,which play important roles in the regulation of gene terms.miRNAs affect almost every physiological process of the body,and many diseases are related to the disorders of miRNAs.Current studies show that the abnormal expressions of miRNAs are closely relate to the tumorigenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.So miRNAs can be used as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for the gastric cancer.
2.Myocardial protective effects of rosuvastatin in patients with unstable angina pectoris undergoing coronary stent implantation

Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effects of rosuvastatin in patients with unstable angina pectoris undergoing coronary stent implantation.Methods Patients (90 cases) with unstable angina pectoris undergoing coronary stent implantation in No.215 Hospital of Shanxi Nuclear Industry from January 2014 to May 2016 were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin,and patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin.The levels of CK-MB,cTnⅠ,h-FABP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-6,IL-10,and IL-18 were compared between two groups.Adverse drug reaction and major adverse cardiac events of two groups were recorded.Results After 24 h operation,the levels of CK-MB,cTnⅠ,hs-CRP,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-10,and IL-18 of two group were significantly higher than those before operation (P < 0.05),and those in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05).There was no difference in h-FABP between two groups before and after operation (P < 0.05).The level of IL-6 in the observation group after operation was higher than that before operation,but the difference was not significant (P < 0.05);The level of IL-6 in the control group was significantly higher than that before operation and that of observation group (P <0.05);The rates of drug adverse reactions and major adverse cardiac events were similar in two groups.Conclusion Compared with same doseatorvastatin,the effects of rosuvastatin in muscle damage and inflammatory response are better,and do not increase adverse reactions.
4.Effects of isoflurane inhalation during reperfusion on different degrees of global cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury in rats

Objective Isoflurane preconditioning has been shown to protect against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury.The purpose of this study was to investigate if isoflurane inhalation during reperfusion hasany protective effects.Methods Fourty-two SD rats weighing 318-365 g were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham group(n=6),control group(n=18)and isoflurane group(n=18).Control group and isoflurane groupwere further divided into 10,15 and 20 rain ischernia subgroups(subgroup A,B,C,n=6).In isoflurane group1.4% isoflurane in air was inhaled immediately after reperfusion was started for 30 min.Two days before theexperiment the animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal chloral hydrate 300 mg?kg~(-1).Microdialysis catheterwas inserter into right hippocampns using stereotactic technique and fixed.BIS microelectrodes were placed in thebrain.Vertebral arteries were permanendy occluded by electric coagulation.Bilateral common carotid arteries wereexposed and atranmatic sutures were placed around them.Globol cerebral ischemia was produced by tighteningcarotid sutures and maintained for 10,15 or 20 min(subgroup A,B,C).Cerebral iscbemia was confirmed by lossof righting reflex,dilated pupils,loss of light reflex,BIS=0 and isoelectric potential on EEG.Carotid sutureswere then released for reperfusion.Isoflurane inhalation was started right after the beginning of reperfusion andmaintained for 30 min.Neurologlc outcome was assessed by motor performance according to Combs(0-10,0=severe dysfunction,10=no dysfunction)at 24 h,48 h and 72 h of reperfusion.Microdialysis samples werecollected before during and 0-15,15-30,30-45 and 45-60 min after ischemia for determination of glutamateconcentration.Three days after ischemia the animals were sacrificed and brains were removed for microscopicexamination of hippocampns CA1 region.The number of apoptotic(TUNEL positive)neurons were counted and thepercentage(the number of TUNEL positive neurons/the total number of neurons)was calculated.Results Theglutamate content in hippocampus was significantly lower in isoflurane group than in control group duringreperfusion(P
5.Efficacy of early versus late reconstruction for anterior cruciate ligament rupture:a systematic review

[Objective]To determine the efficacy of early versus late reconstruction for anterior cruciate ligament rupture.[Method]The author searched MEDLINE(1950-2007.4),OVID(1950-2007.6),PUBMED(1950-2007.7),the CBM(1978-2007.6),WanFang(1981-2007.6),and hand-searched several related journals for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)and quasi-randomized controlled trials(quasi-RCTs)involving the efficacy of early versus late reconstruction for anterior cruciate ligament rupture,the quality of the included trials was assessed.RevMan 4.2.8 software was used for statistical analysis.[Result]Ten studies were included(1RCT,9 CCT).The results of meta-analysis indicated that the huge heterogeneity consist in as follows:intraarticular meniscus tears of the knee,extension deficit of the knee,comparison of lysholm of the knee after the operation.No statistically significant differences between the two operative procedures were observed as follows:including the result of incidence of intraarticular chondral damage of the knee,comparison of Lachman test of the knee found after the operation as well as the result of incidence of comparison of Pivot test of the knee found after the operation.Statistically significant differences were more observed in the late reconstruction in the clinical outcome of both intraarticular arthofibrosis and flexion deficit of the knee found after the operation than that of early reconstruction.[Conclusion]Although result obtained on the basis of CCT with a lager bias and one RCT,the author still conclude that statistically significant differences are more observed in the late reconstruction in the clinical outcome of both intraarticular arthofibrosis and flexion deficit of the knee found after the operation than that of early reconstruction.More high quality,large-scale randomized controlled trials are required for the accurate conclusion in treating it.

Objective To study the effects of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?) on hypermetabolism of skeletal muscle protein in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and explore the mechanisms. 7.Synthesis of Resveratrol Dimer Induced by Pheophorbide and Its Enhancing Effects on Free Radical Elimination and Analgesic Activity

Objective] To explore a new method of synthesis of resveratrol oligmer induced by photosensitizers, further analyze its free radical scavenging activity and analgesic activity. [Method] Resveratrol was dispersed in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution, mixed with pheophorbide, then illuminated by laser at 630nm. The oligmers in the filtrate were analyzed by HPLC-MS and isolated by preparative liquid chromatography. Free radical scavenging activity was determined by DPPH and ABTS method, and the analgesic effect was measured by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. [Result] A new peak occurred and reached stable in reactive solution after 20 min illumination. It was identified as the dimer of resveratrol with conversion of 35%. Its concentrations on inhibition of 50% DPPH and ABTS radical were respectively 230 μg·mL-1 and 273 μg·mL-1. It reached maximum pain threshold at 180 min, and the inhibition rate of writhing number was 62.6% with better effects than resveratrol. [Conclusion] Reseratrol can be polymerized to the dimer after pheophorbide excited by red light, the resveratrol and its dimer both have the ability of eliminating free radicals and analgesic effects, but the dimer has the stronger activity.
8.Degradation of PDLLA cage in the intervertebral fusion

[Objective]To observe the degradation process of PDLLA in the intervertebral fusion.[Method]Twenty goats were divided into 4 groups as experimental group,and their L_(3~4)intervertebal spaces were implanted with PDLLA cage containing pieces of graft bone.Animals were sacrificed at 4,8,12,16 wks and specimens were taken for observation of the degradation process and bone fusion by gross observation and electronic microscope.Another 12 goats were used as normal fusion control group.Their L_(3~4)space were grafted with bone block for fusion.[Result]The degradation rate was non-lineal.In the early stage of fusion,the main degradation and decrease of molecular weight was shown at the superficial decomposition.With the proceeding of fusion and degradation,as the kydrolyzation speeding-up,internal decomposition by self-catalyse resulted into the collapse and total disassemble of the PDLLA.The PDLLA cage maintained its shape in the early stage and its biomechanical strength decrease in late stage but was still enough to keep the structure from collapse,till the fusion was achieved in the bone implant area.[Conclusion]The velocity of degradation of PDLLA is slower than the speed of bone regeneration of bone fusion,so the PDLLA cage could provide sufficient support during the process of intervertebal fusion and is a suitable choice of degradative material for cage in the intervertebal fusion.
9.Exogenous vascular endothelium growth factor accelerating repair of subchondral necrotic region of femoral head in rabbits

Objective To observe the role of vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF) in promoting vascular reconstruction and bone repair in the necrotic region of femoral head in rabbits. Methods The femoral head necrosis model was made by liquid nitrogen frozen. The necrotic femoral head was transfected by adenovirus human VEGF121 (Ad-hVEGF121) to observe the bone formation in subchondral necrotic region by means of histological method, measure BMD value by SPA-2 analyser and measure bone trabecular morphology by image analysis. Results Revascularization level, bone formation rate, bone quality and quantity and mineralization level in subchondral necrotic region of gene transfection group were significantly higher than the control groups that had more subchondral bone resorption compared with gene transfection group. Conclusions VEGF may have effect in promoting bone formation and revascularization in subchondral necrotic region of femoral head, indirectly protecting the necrotic bone trabecula from being absorbed and avoiding descending of subchondral mechanics function.
10.Application of computer-added measure system in the practice training of root canal therapy

Objective:To test the validity of the computer-added measure system in pre-clinical practice training of root canal treatment with resin transparent tooth models.Methods:Two groups of students prepared resin transparent tooth models in three ways.Transparent root canal preparation was conducted by the first group, blind root canal preparation and blind followed by transparent preparation were conducted by the second group. Resin transparent tooth models were scanned frontally and laterally before and after the preparation. The computer-added measure system was used to evaluate the effect of instrumentation.
