Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(01):-
Through studies of xanthones from Polygla tenuifolia, one of the main medicinal plants of Polygala , the structural characteristics and spectroscopic rules (including IR, UV, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR data)of xanthones from Polygala were summarized, combined with the reference reports of this type of compounds from the other plants of Polygala. It is helpful to the structure elucidation of xanthones.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare the slow_released implantable adriamycin tablets and to establish the standard of quality control METHODS:Slow_released implantable adriamycin tablets were prepared with polylactic acid as carrier and were implanted into rabbit’s eyes for observation UV_spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of adriamycin in impla_ntable tablet RESULTS:The average weight of the implantable tablet was 4 56mg The absorption value and concentration showed a good linearity in a range of 0 86~10 72?g/ml(r=0 9 993) The average recovery was 99 20%,RSD=0 43%(n=5) CONCLUSION:The slow_released adriamycin tablet is simple in preparation technic and feasible in quality control method
6.THE PHARMACOKINETICS AND BILIARY EXCRETION OF PRAZIQUANTEL IN RATS BY DIFFERENT ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Praziquantel ( PQT ) concentrations in plasma after iv 20 mg/kg decayed rapidly with tip of 0.36 h. The absorption of PQT was rapid following the intramuscular doses of 10,20,40mg/kg or intragastic dose of 100mg/kg, but the phase of elimination was much longer than that after iv. Both of MAT1m and MATig were greater than MRTiv. The bioavailability of ig was 13.2%, suggesting a strong first-pass effect. The kinetics of PQT elimination was linear after intramuscular dose of either 10 or 20 mg/kg, but nonlinear process was found when the dose was increased to 40mg/kg.By any route of iv, im and ig administration, the concentrations of PQT in the bile were much lower than the peripheral plasma concentrations and changed in parallel to the later with high levels after iv, medium levels after im and much low levels after ig.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum nitric oxide levels in the early stage after rat liver transplantation. Methods Male Sprague Dawley rats were used as do- nors and recipients of orthotopic liver transplantation, and the time of cold preservation and anhepatic phase was 4 h and 25 min respectively.Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into groups A,B and C (n=16 each). The samples of blood were taken from vena cava and hepatic tissues from left lobe 2 h, 4 h,6 h in groups A,B and C respectively after liver graft reperfusion.ALT and NO levels in serum were detected, and the expression of NF-?B in hepatic tissue was examined by immunohistochemical technique.Amounts of bile flow in 5 min after liver graft reperfused initially were measured. The pathological changes in liver tissues were observed. Results Amounts of bile flow in 5 min in group A (3.73?1.11?l) were greater than those group B (2.35?0.92?l) and group C (2.23?0.81?l) (P

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;34(3):188-192
It is confirmed that the adult cells can be re-programmed to embryonic stem cells(ESCs) by presenting some certain factors in oocytes in the clone process of animals. In recent years, some transcription factors that can induce pluripotent stem cells(iPS) have been identified and which made it possible to obtain induced pluripotent stem cells similar to embryonic stem cells. iPS provides a unique platform to study the pluripotent mechanism and to establish some specific disease models. This major scientific discovery can not only avoid the use of ES which involves ethics debate, but also lead the stem cell research to a new field.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(18):3598-3602
Various column chromatography, such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, and semi-preparative HPLC was used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents from Cinnamomum cassia. The structures were determined on the basis of NMR and MS spectral data analysis, together with the comparison with literature data. Fifteen compounds were isolated from the 85% aqueous ethanol extract of C. cassia, and their structures were identified as (2R, 3R)-5,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavan-3-ol( 1), (2R, 3R)-5,7-dimethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavan-3-ol (2), coumarin (3), cinnamic acid (4), (E)-2-hydroxy-phenylpropionic acid cinnamoyl ester (5), 3, 3', 4, 4'-tetrahydroxy biphenyl (6), methylstictic acid (7), epi-boscialin (8), (1R,2S,3S,4S)-2,3-epoxy-1, 4-dihydroxy-5-methyl-5-cyelohexene (9), 4,5-dihydroxy-3-methyl cyclohex-2-enone (10), cis-4-hydroxymellein (11), and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxyl-cinnamaldehyde (12). Compounds 5-11 were obtained from this genus plants for the first time.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(18):-
Objective To observe blood plasma matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) of the patients with different types of carotid plaque and investigate the relationship between MMP-9 and carotid plaque vulnerability. Methods Totally 64 patients were examined by CDI, TCD, cranium CT, MRI, DSA and nerves function score (NIHSS) to judge their types of carotid plaque. Their plasma levels of MMP-9 and C-reactive protein (CRP) were detected. Results Plasma MMP-9 had direct correlation with plaque vulnerability(r=0.92,P
