1.Pushing scapula reset anterior dislocation of shoulder with fracture of surgical neck of humerus
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To seek a new closed reduction for anterior dislocation of shoulder with fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Method 6 cases in present study were well followed up.There were 4 males and 2 females. The average age was 42.5 years old;the average time of injury to reduction was 3.5 hours. After local anesthesia,on prone position, one hand carried on the head of humerus, another pushed the scapula. All cases were treated successfully.Result According to the Neer criterion, 4 cases were excellent,2 cases were satisfactory. Conclusion Anterior dislocation of shoulder with fracture of surgical neck of humerus can be succeeded in manual reduction.

5.T helper cell 17 (Th17) and its role in solid organ transplantation
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2013;19(8):636-640
T helper 17 cells (Th17) are a novel subset of CD4+ T cells that undergo differentiation from naive CD4 T cells through the activation of a key nuclear transcription factor,retinoic-acid-receptor-related orphan receptor γt (RORγt),and in the presence of multiple cytokines, such as transforming growth factorβ1 (TGF-β1),interleukin6 (IL-6),as well as IL-23.Th17 cells induce their biological effect by secreting IL-17A and other cytokines.Research has demonstrated that Th17 cells have an intimate relationship with acute/chronic transplant reactions and that Th17 cell lineages have the possibility to become the new target for treating transplant rejections.Identification of Th17 cells also provides an additional strategy for inducing immune tolerance.
7.Follow-up study of peer education program on HIV/AIDS among senior high school students in Shanghai
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of peer education program on HIV/AIDS prevention among senior high school students. Methods Three senior high schools were randomly selected from Hongkou District of Shanghai as sample schools. One hundred and forty-three students from one class of each school were randomly selected as intervention group, and 152 students from another class of each school were served as control group. Six class hours of peer education program on HIV/AIDS prevention were conducted among intervention group. The same questionnaires which contained knowledge of reproductive health,HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases were administered before the program, one week and one year after the program. Results The knowledge scores before the program, one week and one year after the program in intervention group were 21.66?8.71,31.72?7.78 and 30.97?8.46,respectively,and those in control group were 22.32?9.24,22.61?8.66 and 22.51?9.16,respectively. There was no significant difference in the knowledge scores before the program between intervention group and control group, while there were significant differences in the knowledge scores one week and one year after the program between intervention group and control group (P

10.Effect of GPS On Stimulating Murine Lymphocyte Proliferation
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish Polysacchoride(GPS)was observed to have mitogenic activity on murine spleen cell proliferation in vitro,The results showed that this mitogenic activity of GPS may be directed to B Iymphocytes,i.e.GPS is a new mitogen of murine B lymphocytes.Furthermore,it was found that B lymphocytes stimulated by GPS was M? depedent and T cell-indepedent.On the contrary, antibodies and IL-2 production was inhibited by GPS in vivo.
