In recent years , along with the continuous accumulation of clinical experiences and the improvement of surgical devices, the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has become a perfect treatment method and been widely used in the clinic . Hence , the coronary heart disease ( CHD ) patients have received better treat-ment results. However, the in-stent restenosis is still a big problem after PCI. The combination of Chinese and modern medicine in the prevention of restenosis has become a focused hotspot . In order to further under-stand this issue , this article discussed the Chinese and modern medicine mechanism in order to provide more thoughts for clinical practice .

Objective To evaluate the effect of Dachengqi decoction,omeprazole and cisapride in the treatment of gastric cancer radical operation in serum gastrin and motilin.Methods 88 cases of gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy from May 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and treatment group with each 44 cases.Patients in both groups were given routine treatment and symptomatic treatment.Control group received omeprazole Enteric-coated capsules 20mg,qd,cisapride tablets 10mg,tid,treatment group received more Dachengqi decoction 200mL,bid,respectively by intragastric injection and retention enema,two times a day,a total of 21 days of treatment.The clinical efficacy,serumgastrin,plasma gastric motility,gastric juice volume and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05); After treatment,gastric juice volume of two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,the gastric juice volume in the treatment group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);Compare with pre-treatment,after treatment,the serum gastrin,plasma gastric motility levels of two groups were significantly higher,and the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Omeprazole,cisapride combined with Dachengqi decoction in the treatment of gastric cancer radical operation was obvious and high safety.

Objective:To observe the effect of subtle adjustment of the cervical spine combined with Shu Jing Ding Xuan (Neck-relaxing and Dizziness-alleviating) Decoction for cervical vertigo.
Methods:An open-label, randomized and parallel controlled clinical study was designed. Subtle adjustment of the cervical spine combined with Shu Jing Ding Xuan (Neck-relaxing and Dizziness-alleviating) Decoction was used for patients in the treatment group, whereas subtle adjustment alone was used for patients in the control group. The results in the two groups were statistically analyzed after two courses of treatment.
Results:The recovery rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 20.6%and 88.2%respectively, versus 14.7%and 73.5%in the control group. The inter-group differences were statistically significant (both P<0.01).
Conclusion: Subtle adjustment of the cervical spine combined with Shu Jing Ding Xuan (Neck-relaxing and Dizziness-alleviating) Decoction is better than subtle adjustment alone for cervical vertigo.

ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the level of resistin and the insulin resistance(IR) and the incorporation of microamount albuminuria(MA) of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).MethodsTwo hundred and twenty T2DM patients and 40 normal subjects (control group) were enrolled in this study.Two hundred and twenty T2DM patients were divided into 4 groups,IR group (group A,79 cases),non-IR group (group B,48 cases),IR complicating MA group (group C,51 cases),non-IR complicating MA group(group D,42 cases).The fasting serum resistin was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA),and the fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting insulin (FINS) was also determined.ResultsThe level of fasting serum resistin in group A,B,C and D was higher than that in control group [(33.45 ± 1.37),(23.36 ± 1.47),(44.45 ± 1.39),(37.45 ±1.57) μ g/L vs.( 17.44 ± 1.26 ) μ g/L],and there was significant difference among 5 groups (P ＜ 0.01 ).The level of fasting serum resistin in group A was higher than that in group B (P ＜ 0.01 ),and the level of fasting serum resistin in group C was higher than that in group D (P ＜ 0.01 ).The level of fasting serum resistin was both higher in group C and D than that in goup A and B (P＜ 0.01 ).Correlation analysis showed the fasting serum resistin was positively correlated with body mass index(BMI),FPG,HbA1c and FINS in group A(r =0.35,0.46,0.37,0.49,P ＜0.05),and the fasting serum resistin was positively correlated with HbA1c,BMI,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in group C(r =0.45,0.32,0.37,0.29,P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionsSerum resistin may participate in the process of IR and the formation of MA.It may become one of the diagnostic standard of the IR and one of the important index to estimate the MA.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastafin intensive treatment before percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and its affects on serum interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-8.Methods Sixty ACS patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment with 30 cases each.Control group received conventional therapy,while observation group was added with atorvastafin intensive treatment before PCI on the basis of conventional therapy.The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels were detected before PCI at 24 h,3 d and 6 months after surgery,and the occurrence of cardiac adverse events were observed within 30 days after surgery.Results The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels between observation group and control group had no statistical differences before surgery (P＞ 0.05).The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group at 24 h,3 d and 6 months after surgery,respeclively [ IL-6:( 11.56 ± 4.95 )ng/L vs.(20.24 ± 8.67) ng/L,(8.51 ± 3.65) ng/L vs.( 18.83 ± 8.07 ) ng/L,(5.60 ± 2.40) ng/L vs.( 10.02 ±4.29) ng/L;IL-8:(50.34 ± 21.57) ng/L vs.(74.50 ± 31.93) ng/L,(30.80 ± 13.20) ng/L vs.(53.30 ± 22.84)ng/L,( 26.00 ± 11.14 ) ng/L vs.( 40.61 ± 17.40 ) ng/L ] ( P ＜ 0.05 ).There was no cardiac adverse event in observation group within 30 days after surgery.There was 1 case who occurred angina pectoris at 16 days after PCI in control group,and the syrnptoms disappeared after emergency treatment.Conclusions The atorvastatin intensive treatment before PCI can effectively decrease the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in ACS patients and has the effects of anti-inflammatory and protecting myocardium from damage.
