1.Finite element analysis of kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis treated by different osteotomy methods

BACKGROUND: Kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis is sagittal or coronal imbalance, but there is a lack of study on its orthopedic biomechanics, and biomechanics is of great significance for the reconstruction of spinal stability after orthopedic surgery.OBJECTIVE: To establish a three-dimensional (3D) finite element model of kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis treated by osteotomy on software, and to analyze its biomechanical properties, thus providing theoretical basis for clinical practice.METHODS: A 3D finite element model of kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis was established based on CT data, and the predetermined angle of the osteotomy at L2 was measured. Afterwards, vertebral column decancellation and vertebral column resection were stimulated, and then the biomechanical parameters were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The 3D finite element models of kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis treated by vertebral column decancellation or vertebral column resection at L3 were established successfully. (2) The stress on the screw and contact at each segment in the vertebral column decancellation group was significantly higher than that in the vertebral column resection group except for S1. (3) To conclude, both two methods can reconstruct the sagittal balance,but vertebral column decancellation exhibits significantly higher stress on the screw. Indeed, the incidence of internal fixation failure and complications in vertebral column decancellation is higher than that in vertebral column resection at the same segment and angle.

3.Clinical research on efficacy of 25 G vitrectomy for traumatic cataract

?AIM: To observe the efficacy of 25G vitrectomy for traumatic cataract.?METHODS:Retrospective analysis of 70 cases (70 eyes) of traumatic cataract treated by 25G vitrectomy with lensectomy from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital was made for the study.In the patients, there were 43 males ( 43 eyes ) , 27 females ( 27 eyes ) , aged from 22-51 years old with an average of 35.23±2.54 years, mean visual acuity was 0.10±0.03.They were all followed up for 6 -12mo postoperatively. Anterior segment, fundus, complications, best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) and intraocular pressure were observed during the follow - up. BCVA preoperatively, 1wk postoperatively, 1 mo postoperatively, 6mo postoperatively were compared.? RESULTS: All the patients underwent the surgery successfully, and visual acuity improved at different degrees. The differences of BCVA preoperatively compared with 1 and 6m postoperatively were all statistically significant ( P <0. 05 ). Postoperative complications:5 cases with corneal edema, 10 cases with ocular hypertension, 4 cases with ocular hypotension, 5 cases with retinal spotting.The symptoms improved after symptomatic and supportive treatment.? CONCLUSION: 25G vitrectomy with lensectomy is effective on treating traumatic cataract, with decreased operation risk, complications and improved visual acuity.
4.The early diagnostic value of serum Cys-C、β~2-MG、RBP in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To evaluate the Cys-C、β~2-MG、RBP as marker三of early diagnosis in patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅱ(DN).Methods ninety patients with DN were divided into three groups according to urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),that is normal,micro and mass group.Serum Cys-C、β~2-MG、RBP、BUN,Crea were detected and parallelly contrasted in the three groups and control group with thirty healthy people.Results compared with the control group,the serum Cys-C、β~2-MG、RBP of micro and mass group both significantly increased and the normal group had no significant difference.The positive rate of Cys-C、β~2-MG,RBP in mass group was respectively 100%、100%、96.1%;the positive rate in micro group as follows:Cys C (92.3%)>B2-MG(84.6%)>RBP(66.6%)>Crea(46.1%)>BUN(28.2%).Conclusion serum Cys-C、β~2-MG、RBP have high positive rates in patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅱ(DN).They can be used as early diagnostic marker of diabetic nephropathy Ⅱespecially Cys-C.
5.Limitation and coping strategies of anti-neoplasic angiogenesis therapy

Anti-neoplasic angiogenesis therapy is a rising new treatment model for cancer in recent years, and it has been established the status of first-line treatment in the relevant anti-neoplasic fields. With the extensive clinical applications, the anti-neoplasic angiogenesis therapy have gradually showed some of its limitations and shortcomings,such as drug resistance, uncertain therapeutic window, lack of effective biomarkers, et al. However, we can overcome these disadvantages through combined chemotherapy, reasonable chemotherapy protocols and anti-VM therapy.
6.Histone methylation and hematological malignant

The N-terminal tail of histone exposed to the surface of nucleosomes could be covalcnfly modificated. Chromatin condensation is controlled by modification of the amino acid residues in the histone effects functionally on the nuclear processes and DNA expression. A large number of study show that improper change of the state of methylations in lysine and arginine side chains of histone can induce hematological malignant. Modulation of histone methylation can inhibit cell cycle and induce apoptosis in hematological malignant ceils.
7.Correlation analysis of short stature and testicular development

Objective To compare the difference between the short stature and normal boys testicular vol-ume,and to investigate the relationship between the short stature and testicular development.Methods Testicular testing for 70 cases of short stature by color doppler ultrasound from 4 to 12 years old,calculation of testicular volume average(MVT),references for the boy normal testicular volume provided by Peking union medical college hospital and the Beijing children's hospital,compared the above two groups.The short stature's height,weight,body mass index (BMI)for correlation analysis.Results The MVT of the short stature group were lower than normal,compared with the normal group differences statistically significant(P<0.05);The weight,BMI,MVT of idiopathic short stature had a tendency to decrease compared with complete lack of growth hormone deficiency from 10 to 12 years old;The short stature's height had low relativity with MVT(r=0.393,P=0.01 ),the weight had middle relativity with MVT(r=0.508, P<0.01),and the BMI had low relativity with MVT(r=0.352,P<0.01).Conclusion The testicular development of short stature is relatively slow,which should make early intervention for the gonad development of short stature.
8.Study on the diagnostic method of microcirculation disturbance of patients with chronic hepatitis B

ObjectiveTo study the diagnostic method of microcirculation disturbance of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Methods81 patients with CHB and 5 normal volunteer were observed.Hypoxia-induciable factor was detected by immunohistochemistry stain,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α were detected by chemiluminescence and HA was detected by RIA,ultrastructure of liver was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM).ResultsAccompany with the pathological changes of liver in patients with CHB,the strength and range of expression of HIF-1 α enhanced,HA and TXB2 of serum rised gradually( all P < 0.05 ),but 6-Keto-PGF1α of blood plasma fell- off.The electron microscope showed that erythrocyte aggregation,stenosis and blockage of sinus hepaticus turned obviously,collagen fibers deposition and basal membrane formation aggravated gradually.ConclusionAssociated detec tion with HIF-1 α、HA 、TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1 α can reflect the condition of microcirculation of liver perfectly.
9.The Evaluation of Curative Effect and Safety Posteolateral Cervical Disc Herniation Discectomy Via Posterior Approach

Objective To investigate the indication,safety and the validity of intervertebral discectomy via posterior approach.Methods There were 8 cases in our group.All received posterolateral intervertebral discectomy and nerve root decompression via posterior approach.The average follow-up period was 5.2 years.The improvement on pain and neurological signs were evaluated.Results Pain disappeared completely in 5 patients and significantly alleviated in the other 3.As to muscle strength and tendon jerk,we observed significant improvement in 6 patients and improvement in the other 2 patients.7 patients got back to their original work and 1 patient shifted to an easy job.No patient had complication.Conclusions Nucleus pulposus removal via posterior approach was a secure and effective one for posterolateral cervical intervertebral disc herniation.
10.The Effect of Yinxingdamo Injection on Changes of Serum NSE of Patients with Moderate Brain Injury

Objective To observe the effects of different doses of Yinxingdamo injection on changes of nerve-specific enolase (NSE) of patients with medium-sized brain injury and discusse the mechanism of Yinxingdamo injection in the treatment of brain injury. Methods The contents of serum NSE in 33 cases of craniocerebral injury were dectected by ELISA test and the results were analyzed. Results NSE levels in patients with brain injury were significantly higher than normal people (p <0.05). Yinxingdamo injection can reduce the content of NSE for brain injury patients. This reduction related with the dosage of the medicine, showing the higher the dosage is used, the greater reduction may be.Conclusion Yinxingdamo injection can reduce NSE in serum of patients with brain injury, and this may be the mechanism of Yinxingdamo injection in treating craniocerebral injury.
